I always get my oil changed here even though the dealership may be free (regular oil only). I don t have to schedule it in advance and I feel better about the service. Today they noticed one of our car s front marker lights were out. I hadn t even noticed (most people don t). I just had the car in for service to fix a broken turn signal and marker on the rear and that shop didn t even check the front. These guys are thorough and quick. Kudos to Daniel and team.

We came here for an oil change. It was around $70 for the High Mileage Oil Change. Way more affordable than the dealership was going to charge us (where we bought our car from), they were asking $130. Grease Monkey knew exactly what oil type our car needed.We know sometimes you go to a mechanic for one thing and come out with a long list of problems and the engine light on, so we were wary of this but to our relief none of that happened.They only came back with reports of 4 things needing to be replaced and it was all filter related. Which wasn't a big deal for us. We declined 3/4 of the filter changes and they didn't try to push the service on us like other places do. It's been about 3 days and no engine or other service light is on.We didn't have an appointment but they took us right away and it took around 15 or so minutes to complete. Nice guy at the front desk. Good experience overall :)They also have a small table with crayons and coloring books for the kids.

This is a decent garage. They got me in right away, but I also got there right as they opened. Everyone was very nice and kept me well informed about the progress of my car during the oil change and windshield wiper replacement. My only issue is that they put way too small of windshield wipers on my car. These new ones miss a pretty good middle section of my windshield now and they're not the best quality. I guess I'll be replacing them myself within the new few weeks.

The staff was friendly and willing to take care of my needs, but I was most impressed with the ownership and the respect they gave with my unfortunate vehicle situation. They took the time to provide education, and an opportunity to get more information to them and work with me to a supportive outcome. 5-star reply time!Both Google and the business told me they were open today, they have a sign on the door that even says closed on Sunday. This needs updating![Edited after fast owner reply!]

Got the 16 point inspection for a very reasonable price. Also used a 10 dollar off coupon available on their website. There was no wait when I got there, so in and out in under 30 minutes. They offer coffee and water. My only minor carp is there was no coffee prepared and available at this time. Overall happy with the service. Would recommend.

Everything depends on what day of the week and what time of day. I was there today, Monday, at 3:30, and there was no line. The service is always fast and friendly, and this time they even replaced a dead tail light. I had no idea they could do that.

I m bad with names but the older gentleman was awsome. Checked my AC and determined it had a significant leak and needs to go to a shop. He spared me the $200 recharging fee and sent me on my way! I ll give these guys my business in the future!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I loved going to this Grease Monkey because it never seemed too busy and they were always fast. It was also pretty clean inside compared to other places. I did recently move South and decided to take my car to the Grease Monkey in Normandy Park. When they serviced my car, they pulled out the cabin air filter (picture shown) and it was black! I know that every time I went to this Edmonds location, they never brought up the cabin air filter, so I think it s safe to say that they never checked it. The employee at the Normandy Park location told me that they are supposed to get cars in and out in 12 minutes, but she also said that it is almost impossible given everything that needs to be inspected. I totally get trying to get cars in and out quickly, but you shouldn t skimp out on the inspection. I would much rather wait longer if it meant that things were going to be checked. For this reason, that s why I have to only give two stars. Like I said, there are lots of good to this location like cleanliness, friendly employees, etc. But I d rather the job be done right, as opposed to fast.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. Came out with the airbag light on. They were very rude when I pointed out the problem. They denied any responsibility and claimed it was just a coincidence. Upon inspection we found they had disconnected the lead to a collision sensor next to the oil filter. They also charged for resetting the oil light and did not do that either. Do not go here unless you enjoy incompetent people working on your car. They don't know what they are doing.

Very professional and gave me options for their recommendations before doing anything. My engine light was on and they were able to figure out the problem easily. Vacuumed out my car really well, which wasn t expected but greatly appreciated! Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend coming here. Friendly people working there. They seem to really know what there doing. I don't usually go to places to get my oil changed but I didn't really have a choice due to all my tools being in storage.Also didn't expect to pay $200 dollars for a oil change and steering fluid to be put in my vehicle.

I went there with my daughter. We didn't have an appointment. She had the oil and transmission fluid changed. The staff were friendly. It was clean. They did the work in a timely manner. The price was reasonable. The waiting room is small (but so are the competition).

I have been loyal to this business since 1995, when the prevous owners bought it. They recently sold. I wanted to give the new owner a go and had my oil changed a month ago. I stopped in today as my vehicle showed low in oil. The previous owner always topped off my oil between oil changes. This new owner would not. He insisted I had to have an oil change eventhough it was not due by mileage or date. I will not be coming back.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Had a car in front of mine and was still done in 20 min total. Super nice staff and no pressure after presenting me with a couple items of service my car needed. I really like their clocked 20 min guarantee

New management. Very rough around the edges. Nothing like it was before. EDITED - Talked to the manager Ryan. He changed my view and took care of everything. This is the way it used to be. I came in there Saturday to get my 2013 gmc terrains oil changed, transmission serviced and rear differential serviced. Very good customer service and very quick. They also ran the codes for my check engine light and wrote the codes down for me. Come to find out it was a serious issue and I am very glad they were so thorough and told me to get it fixed right away. Because come to find out it is covered under my power train warranty and my warranty only has one month till it expires. Your guys saved me a lot of money with their sense of urgency on taking care of the issue. So thank you all for that

Had my oil changed 1 month ago here, for the first time. At the beginning of the week my car registered minimum oil level, checked and sure enough it was. Added one quart to check for leaks could not see any; had a mechanic look at it today, they didn't find any leaks, seems like they are stingy on how much oil they put in. Customers be aware check your oil levels before leaving or I'd recommend finding a better quality shop.
