I want to start off by saying I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. This is the best service I have ever received at any dealership. I ve had so many cars serviced and purchased. This is hands down #1 in customer service to me. From the sales team, manager, finance team and the service department. Best genuine people you will ever meet. It s always clean inside, people are all willing to help you no matter what. Best coffee/tea machine . If you are looking for a great vehicle check out Mazda. They are loaded with quality courses #1 for performance. Test drive one and you will be happy. Several models and trims you will not be disappointed. Smooth ride, excellent price and tool notch service. You will be happy. If you have an older model it s time for an upgrade! No I don t work here and I was not paid to say this. It s genuinely total customer satisfaction . They make buying and owning a car a great experience. Stop by you will be glad you did

It was SUCH a breath of fresh air to purchase a car from Doug's Lynnwood Mazda! After some awful experiences with other dealerships prior to visiting this dealership, this location was such a blessing. I was very frustrated as I couldn't find the exact car and terms, I was looking for however when I came to Doug's, my husband & I worked with Dotan, and we found the perfect CX5 that my needs and then some. He easily got us approved for the vehicle that looked like it was brand new even though it was a 2018. Glen in finance was also such a pleasure to work with, he had such a great sense of humor and made the finance aspect of buying a car a breeze! I greatly appreciate all the staff at this location, it was such a great experience and I recommend their location to anyone. After my negative experiences of pushy salesmen trying to sell me vehicles that didn't meet my needs just to get a sale, I just about lost hope. Doug's is the place to go to find the perfect car, financing, little to no sales pressure, and of course a fantastic experience. Thank you! I am so happy with my purchase!-The Johnson Family

Jon Seely is the best person to rely on with the difficult task of buying or leasing a car. What sets him apart from other salesmen is his remarkable ability to help you figure out what car you actually want, with no pressure, and then working out the best deal.I walked into Mazda with the intention of only gathering information about leasing another Mazda. Instead, I left with my Mazda dream car which was down to Jon since he found the exact car I wanted at a great price.Jon makes the whole process easy he listens to what you want, he gives you various options, and clearly explains the different pricing costs so you understand all the charges in full with no hidden fees. To sum up, Jon is fantastic at what he does, is straightforward and easy to talk to, he made leasing a new car stress-free, and on top of it he s a super nice guy. I will be going back to him when it is time to buy/lease another car.

I came to this dealership after a bad experience at a prior mazda dealership where I was pressured to buy as soon as I walked in the door and hassled for leaving without a new car. I was pleasantly surprised at Doug's mazda-I made an appointment with Michael Hinton and not once was a pressured into buying. He made it a pleasant experience and was very patient with all my questions and was very transparent with me. If you are like me, and dread buying a car because of overly aggressive sales people, I would recommend Doug's Lynnwood Mazda. The whole team provided a very pleasant buying experience.Thanks!

I walked in the door with my own lender, ready to go. They financed me with a higher interest rate over the weekend, and said it would be easy to change on Monday to a lower rate. Come Monday morning, I could not get a response from them until Wednesday, saying they couldn't make the lower rate work. I already have my own lender approval, and they are unwilling to work with lenders other then their own with higher fees etc. I feel like they will tell you anything you want to hear, and once you leave the lot you are out of luck. I am currently refinancing a 4 day old loan, thanks Dougs.

While my initial experience with Doug's Lynnwood Mazda was good up to the point of purchasing a car, I have to say that my post-purchase experience has been very disappointing. The dealership has proven to be unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive.On multiple occasions, I've had to reach out to ensure that my car repayment account was properly managed and to address issues regarding my car plate. The need for repeated follow-up reflects a lack of attention to detail and customer care. Moreover, interactions with the staff over the phone have been marked by rudeness and unprofessionalism, further souring my experience.Please consider other dealerships for Mazda if possible for you.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a car dealership, but my experience was 10 out of 10. This was my first time purchasing a car and Luke made the whole experience easy to understand and completely enjoyable! I would recommend everyone work with him specifically! He was honest, respectful, never pushy, and a pure joy to work with. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgable about the cars and all their features, because he actually owns and drives Mazda himself. I went to other dealerships and walked out because I didn't get the level of service I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommending all my friends to Luke!

I recently located a Mazda on-line that was on the lot at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda. Jon Seely promptly answered all my questions and set up the appointment to drive the car. I arrived from out of town, the car was ready to show, drive and ultimately drive off the lot. Jon knows the Mazda product, down to the details, I highly recommend him to guide you through a no-pressure, all-professional happy Mazda owner experience.

After having mediocre and disappointing experiences with upwards of five other dealerships, Matt, Luke, Glen, and team at Doug s were a serious breath of fresh air! I knew what car I wanted and I just wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible and the team at Doug s were the most fair in my opinion, and the easiest to talk to. This is my first time buying a new car and it was nerve-racking but they made it go so smoothly and I was able to drive there after work and just pick up my car after filling out paperwork since I was able to text with Matt throughout the day. The team at Doug s are professional, no pressure, friendly, and entertaining! Another dealership sold a car out from underneath me that I was willing to put a deposit on, and with no deposit, I showed up to the car parked out front with a sign with my name on it! Special touch! I was greeted with cold water bottles and they stayed late to help me finish the deal since I had to come late after work! Thanks guys! Side note, the atmosphere is nice and the bathrooms are clean and smell good!

Doug's is a bewildering zombie dealer. I bought a new car from them, but they refused to order any accessories for it, claimed some accessories clearly listed on the Mazda website don't exist; meanwhile Mazda of Everett was able to order them for me in just three days.I dropped off my new car for service, and later discovered their service phone line is designed to prevent you from reaching a real human. Very frustrating!When I picked up the car, they said they found evidence of rodents in my brand new engine bay. But did they bother to remove the rodent droppings? No, I had to ask them. Did they tape up the exposed wiring? No, I had to ask them. The service advisor acted as if I was annoying him, then asked if I had any weekend plans? Totally bizarre, Doug's clearly doesn't want long-term customers.

Jon Seely was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive via email and text, even on a weekend evening. He patiently walked me through every step of the way and was transparent throughout. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything so I could confidently make a decision. I would strongly recommend Jon to anyone, whether you're looking for a car, or just want more information to help you make a decision!

I had an amazing car leasing experience at Doug s Lynnwood Mazda. Alberto is an expert sales guy who really knows the cars and helped me compare several models. I ended up trading up my CX-5 for a CX-50 and it s an amazing car. John and Glen in finance helped me nail a really sweet deal. I love the car. Thanks!

I purchased my 2024 CX-5 in October and could not be happier, not just with the car, but the entire purchasing process. I worked with Alex in sales and Glen in finance and am so thankful that they both made the entire experience pleasant and stress free, and were kind and patient with the millions of questions I had as I had not purchased a new car in over ten years. There was never any pressure at any point to buy or upgrade, and I feel like I received a fair price on both my new car and trade in. I cannot recommend them enough.

I m so glad Luke was sitting at the front desk the day I came in to inquire about a new Mazda. He was kind, patient and helpful through the whole process. Luke never pressured or steered my decision, he wanted to help me to get the exact car I desired.I can t say I enjoyed my experience with the GM, but thankfully I didn t have to interact with him that much.

After months of looking around and pricing and research, after far too many contacts to dealers and being told "We do not have the car you see on our website, it has already been sold" I got what I wanted for a fair price and got good trade in value for my former car. Alberto was great and made sure everything was taken care of the finance person made it all as easy as it could get. I am very happy with my new Mazda.

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I worked with Jon Seely, he was extremely helpful and responsive. I did not have a car at the time of my purchase and Jon was willing to work with me remotely to get everything setup so I just had to sign paperwork when I showed up. I am extremely happy with my CX-50 and will definitely come back to Doug's Lynwood Mazda in the future.

This is my second car I've purchased from Doug's. They have a great team that is there to help. I worked with Jason who was well informed and very nice. We came to a deal the same day and I left happy with my purchase. If you are looking for an honest and helping salesman, look for Jason you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a vehicle here and had a great experience. Dotan was my salesperson and at no point did he make me feel pressured or rushed. I have had bad experiences at dealerships before so it was a relief to have everything feel easy and up front. The team even went the extra mile to remove some things out of my car that I couldn't get myself.

The best car buying experience I ve ever had, hands down. Dotan was awesome, everything he promised via phone/email was honored. Chanell in finance was awesome as well. Everything was very efficient, the car I wanted was barely off the truck and they worked with the service department to get its pre delivery inspection done as well as a full detail and tank of gas. This whole process took about 2 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon which was very impressive. Can t say enough good things, thanks so much Doug s!

We just bought a new CX-50 from these guys and would recommend this dealership to our friends! We live in Seattle and reached out to the dealership about the car we were interested in. I corresponded with Dotan over email about pricing before deciding to come in and see the car. Once we got there, Jason Kim took care of us in trading in our car and honoring the pricing that Dotan had discussed with me over email. Jason was very professional and worked to get us the best deal they could offer for both our trade in and the car price! He was really chill to chat with and we never felt pressured at any point in time. We also loved that they didn t tack on random dealer fees or charges like some other Mazda dealers we ve had experience with. That really helped us build trust with them. Once we agreed on a price we worked on financing with Chanell who is incredibly friendly and fantastic. Our whole experience was smooth and we look forward to continuing business and servicing with this dealership moving forward! Bonus: they re very dog friendly and everyone treated our pup with so much love!

I went to Doug's Mazda and two wonderful gentlemen Dotan and Paul did everything to help me. It was fast honest service. No run around, hidden fees or changing of salesman. I bought a great car that I love and I will definitely come back. They went above and beyond.

Was on my way up to the dealership to finalize a purchase when I called to verify that it was, in fact a purchase, not a lease. The price just seemed too good to be true. Turns out the price they quoted was a lease. Honest mistake, no big deal, but I told the salesperson that I needed to think about it and would call him the following day. I ended up finding a car online through a different dealership the next day and texted the salesperson to let him know so he could focus on a different sale and received the most unprofessional text response, and he even chided me for spelling his name incorrectly. Until that response, the interaction had been really good. The dealership has great reviews, so it may just be one bad apple, but I'd be wary of working with DotAn (definitely not DotUn).

The team at Doug's is the absolute best. From start to finish, they made the process easy, informative, and stress-free. Words can't describe how happy I am to be driving around in my new car!I met with Jason Kim initially who helped me figure out which car options met my needs (style, functionality, budget). He was patient and friendly throughout, and took the time to walk me through the options I was interested in. Once I made a decision on which I wanted, he helped work out a great deal for the value of the car.This is my first time leasing a car, and Glen in finance took the time to walk me through a Leasing-101 conversation. He was honest and straight forward on what the best options were for add-ons, and I came out feeling informed and well taken care of.All around, the team at Doug's were immensely helpful and such a pleasure to work with, and I'm absolutely obsessed with my new car. Jason and Jon were great and went above and beyond to help us buy a hard-to-find Miata. They were very gracious and assigned me the car about a month out before it was ever delivered to the dealership. When we arrived they had it waiting for us inside and looking fantastic!

Got a call from the service shop to confirm my scheduled appointment and was grateful as I had some related questions to ask. The person who called repeatedly interrupted me or spoke over me and told me multiple times the information I had didn t matter without allowing me to finish speaking. Recognizing that the intention is to advise after the appointment, I was taken aback by how rude the call was and that the service department would potentially not allow me to ask questions about the appointment l/services beforehand. I would recommend calling ahead to gauge the quality of customer service prior to bringing your car in, as this was unexpected based on the reviews online.

Luke was awesome in helping me get an awesome deal on a new car. He went above and beyond and made a stressful process feel worry free. Went to go get my plates today and he came right up and put them on for me. A true gem! Highly recommend!
