Cascade Wheel is amazing! Brought my car in on a Wednesday to have my wheels powder coated white and needed it back by Friday. Not only did they get it back to me early but my car looks amazing! Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable and I had a great time working with them. Highly recommend coming here for any work!

These guys have no business powder coating wheels! I brought them my 19" Nissan wheels to be powder coated. When I got them back they were severely outgassed (bubbles) and not coated all the way in some areas. They also coated the wheel mounting surfaces. This is a serious safety issue preventing the wheels from staying properly torqued. When I contacted the owner, he said they "did the best they could" and stopped returning my calls. Don't get taken advantage of like I did, avoid this shop.

Had my stock alloy wheels powder coated on my Tundra and new tires put on. Everything came out great! Paint on the wheels looked perfect, and it was done on time for the quoted price. Highly recommend!

They dented my bmw then denied it. My tires are out of balance. Never going back!!!!

I had planned on just getting an estimate but, after talking with Aleister, I felt comfortable about making a purchase there. I asked for a front end alignment and 2 new tires in front. He came out to the vehicle when I told him about a new tire on the front that I wanted to rotate to the back. We discovered that the previous owner had a different size in the rear. The price quoted on three tires and alignment still seemed like a deal. During the wait I was offered fresh coffee by a mechanic who took time to make it. Nash's wife offered a cookie as well. Great customer service. My 1998 car has a great feeling ride once again. Thank-you

This is an excellent place to do business. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees and owners. Shout out to Nina, Nash and Jesus. They are very fair and treat customers right, the first time.. I had a curb rash on one of my wheels, they fixed it and then I immediately damaged it loading it in my car, like a big dummy. They went above and beyond and fixed my wheel again for me. Now that's customer service! Definitely buying my winter wheel and tire set from them later this year.

My aftermarket rims fell victim to the two dreaded consecutive potholes in Seattle. Their wheel guy made quick work of the bent rims and the owners are very knowledgeable on what they do. They won't BS you on pricing and I love local businesses like this who make you feel welcome

The staff and service here exceeded all expectations. They did excellent quality work for a great price. I had them do a wheel repair for me, and it came out looking good as new. The staff even made the extra effort to get me taken care of before they closed so that I wouldn't have to take a ferry over twice. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for wheels or wheel repair.

1st Visit- Had a job done in less than a couple of hours. Was recommended here by a big competitor. They removed the curb rash from when I hit my wheels in the snowy curb. Minor ding that could be fixed. Rather than buying a $300 rim, we repaired it a third of the price. Jesus did an awesome job, he retouched the wheel like it never happened. Paid less than what they quoted me for. People there are courteous and kind. Would go back here again to do my business. Thank you Jesus, John, and crew at Cascade Wheels!Edit: This was my second visit at Cascade Wheels. I was going to get my wheels powder coated here, but the guy they said powder coat guy wasn't going to be there for another two weeks. They said they were going to do it last week and have it done by the end of the week. They were going to reschedule it, but I'm having second thoughts of not coming back. Also they offered to powdercoat and have me leave my car there for two weeks, but I was like no. I don't know if I'm going to do my business here again.

Definition of a shop that takes advantage of people without mechanical knowledge.Took my car in to have a rim straightened. They "inspected" all four without consent and deviated from the service quote. Tried to scam me saying multiple tires were bent. Had another shop inspect them the rims and everything was fine.

They powder coated my wheels and painted my calipers. Did an excellent job and the best price around! Great customer service. The owner goes above & beyond to make the customer satisfied. Strongly recommend!!

I took my Chrysler 300 C here to get a wheel repair because I had a crack and a bend in my wheelThey attempt to fix it by welding the crack but were not able to do it but were kind enough to replace it with a brand new wheel for the price they quoted me for the fix.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.I will be bringing my business back here when I upgrade my 300c.

The absolute worst customer service. Highly unorganized structure. Professionalism is an inconceivable concept, and the owner holds no integrity in the way she deals with difficulty. The moment I subtly accused an employee of wrongdoing she had an impulsive, aggressive episode with angry verbal outbursts. I wanted nothing other than a civil conversation. She stereotyped me, and openly said you people . I am disgusted by the extremity of hostility emitted by this business owner. What could have been an uncomplicated settlement, turned into distasteful bashfulness resulting in a lost consumer.

Came in dropped of a wheel to get repaid was told to come in the next day and it would be ready. Show up the next day people working there didn t even know about the wheel. Owner even said to take it somewhere else after I had already been waiting for 2 hours and the following day even though it was there fault. Bad service wouldn t recommend to anyone had waited over 4 hours for something that should have been done when I came.

terrible!!!! DONT GET YOUR RIMS REPAIRED HERE!! Let s say you get what you pay for. Other shops was alilttle more figure I ll save going with them! End up pay twice as much getting it repaired somewhere else!! They are trash!! Ruined 2 of my rims

They have a great set of equipment, tucked away in the strip mall next to PetSmart. They work quickly, and were able to diagnose and repair my BMW wheel for a fraction of the price to replace it. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment.

Aleister the dude in the glasses was more then helpful, honest and understood my situation!!! This place was great. Alot of services offered here, come here if it has too do with tires & rims... they know there stuff!

Allister (hope I spelled that right) did an amazing job fixing the damaged wheel on my baby! It literally looks brand new. Awesome customer service by him and all employees I interacted with. Doesn't get any better than this!

I was referred here by two people, 1 of them was a competitor.The work was completed fast and at the price that he quoted me. My rim was bent pretty bad and when no one would fix it, this company took care of it.I would go back in a heartbeat.

Took my Alpha Romeo in after curbing my rear rims. I am floored!!! The rims look like new!!! Amazing work, great bunch of guys. I highly recommend!!

Spoke to them about repairing a wheel. They seemed very honest about what they could do and explained my various options well, and provided what seemed to be very reasonable pricing. I ended up replacing it rather than repairing, so they did not perform the work, but I would certainly feel comfortable going back in the future.

Great customer service my rim was bent bad they fixed it fast and was priced as they said. The woman in the office was very nice I'm sure I will be back to repair another rim at some point. I highly recommend.

I made an appointment the day before and the day of the scheduled appointment Traffic was terrible from Shoreline to Issaquah to pick up girlfriends car then back to Lynnwood. I called Phil to let him know I would be late and I was told by Phil no big deal and to come on in at 10AM . After I arrived 10:10AM I learned Phil was no where to be found. 5:30 at night I received a call to reschedule for the following day. I would not waist my time with such a company, Just a FYI to all, a women that works there who tried to locate Phil told me a drinking problem comes with such artistic personal and it is part of the business. I do not support this kind of thinking or way of conducting business.Because of limited time I ended up purchasing a new rim for $400 compared to the $175 quote for repair. Acura in Lynnwood suggested I try Factory Direct Tires for rim repair and powder coating on the next go around. Good Luck To All

Can t recommend this place enough ! Very nice staff I have been trying to fix the shaking on my car for months nobody could figure out the reason I have spent hundreds of dollars and then I found cascade ! They fixed it for a very reasonable price have been very friendly and explained everything very well. Gave a guarantee on top ! Obviously they are well aware on how honest they work and what a good job they are doing !
