I would like to recommend friends to come and get a car here. The service here is very good. I am very impressed The seller named Seth helped me with everything. They helped us find the best financing possible. And the car I bought was in very good condition. Normally I don't know much about this brand of car. But my second one It has to be here only

I had an amazing experience at Campbell Auto Group! Seth Jorgenson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is my first Volkswagen and first purchase from Campbells, but it certainly won't be my last! I've already made the decision to use their service department as well, through the life of my vehicle, since my experience was so great. Can't recommend enough!! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Campbell Volkswagen I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. They gave me better prices than other Volkswagen dealerships. I was on a time crunch and they worked their hardest to ensure I got a car in time. Seth was accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be continuing my business with them in the future.

Had an issue with an oil leak about a month or so back, Aaron from service was able to quickly get me in and diagnosed under my extended warranty and had the oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket replaced through my extended warranty, zero issues throughout that entire process, went in for a routine 90k service today along with an inspection. This is the only place I will continue to bring my GTI for service. Very professional atmosphere.

Great purchasing experience and people at Campbell VW! Scott made everything flow so easily from the moment I got there all the way through when I drove off the lot. Of course he had great support from everyone else there too, great bunch of people!Highly recommend this dealership because of the team they have!!

Super easy experience at this dealership. We got everything done within 24hrs and all thanks to my man Seth. Worked out a great deal and he put the work in with the credit union to get a good loan. Definitely work with these guys. No sleazy car sales-person attitude, just genuine, smart, and experienced workers.

I've written you a letter, prior to receiving this survey request, expressing my concerns. I don't believe that in all the years I've dealt with Campbell Nelson or Campbell that I've expressed any dissatisfaction with its service. That makes this an anomaly. and should be taken as such. My long term experience had been great and I've certainly appreciated the friendly, competent service I've received from Sonny over all these years. But I do want the warranty work completed before the warranty expires and before I suffer damage because it is difficult to either diagnose or repair.

I ve been looking out on a car that was listed (for a month) & finally got the opportunity to go check it out & meet with Clint.Mind you, I ve had a crazy experience before purchasing this car couple days prior with another dealership. Long story short, mother and father purchased a car and was unsatisfied I had to reverse and fix it.Clint welcomed us with time, patience & information. We enjoyed our time waiting through the whole process. We weren t leaving until we got the car.Clint related to our situation & even our personal. Took care of our family as if we were his own. Amazing guy! Good at what he does!I m currently 19 weeks pregnant & he made sure during the test drive, SAFETY FIRST. Will always appreciate that.Overall the experience, customer service & initiation was outstanding. I have been going to Campbell VW for a year for service and they have always been so kind, thorough, and flexible. I bought a car today from Clint Richardson who showed me the same courtesies as well as allowed me to take baby steps, moving slowly and knowledgeably through the process. He made me feel supported and well taken care of. Would recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone, and special shoutout to Clint :)

Seth was exceptional. I traveled from Florida for their unique Freebird Caravan. Seth had the car ready for a test drive, answered all my questions (and my wife s questions via FaceTime) and had paperwork completed quickly to finish the sale. I got a great deal and loved the vehicle and the buying experience!

I had a great time working with multiple members of the team at Campbell Volkswagen as we shopped for a used electric car. They were extremely quick to answer questions and getting the car ready for us to view. We had the pleasure of working with Jonnie first who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer questions we had about all the electric cars on the market. We needed a couple of days to digest our options and there we NO pressure tactics used on us which was a lovely change of pace from other dealerships. When we decided to come back out to the dealership to make a final call, Jonnie had seamlessly handed us off to Seth as Jonnie was out of office that day. Seth was kind and understanding as we working through final negotiations. A really pleasant experience for what could be a stressful situation. Tyler in finance was also a treat - fast and professional in answering all our questions. These guys are great.

Overall great experience and customer service we received from Ava when purchasing our new family VW Atlas. Ava was very thourough, didn t pressure us, and very pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond! Ask for Ava when you arrive if you want an enjoyable and easy car buying experience.

The customer service is of excellent quality from start to finish .One does not feel hustled while there but rather there is a family oriented feeling. The staff are straightforward and my overall experience has been wonderful every time I step into that dealership.I highly recommend it . I work with Clint Richardson and his team and they always exceed my expectations.

If you are looking for Volkswagen ID.4 2023, then it is the best time for you to go and buy it. They have great deal going on now. Ask for Matthew. There are a few things. First of all the service experience has changed in the past few years. There used to be an urgency at the counter....now you stand in front of an agent for a minute or two before getting acknowledged. Then the service time changes....I thought it was an hour...they told me at least 90 minutes and then had it done in 60 minutes. There was an extra charge on my bill for 6 bucks and the customer service person said "she didn't know what that was for". It also said on the sheet that it's a 10,000 mile check up but it had only been 5000 miles. When do I need an oil service....is 10000 required and 5000 suggested? I feel like that is confusing and maybe overkill just to make money. I have leased a volkswagon for 30 years....I really am not sure about continuing. I never had to pay for this service before, now I do and it's not great. I am disenchanted.

Your staff was professional and accommodating. They took care of the recalls on my 2021 ID.4 and provided me with a loaner car. They also arranged for me to pick the car up in the sales department after the service department had closed for the day. Excellent customer service.

Very nice staff and I can usually get a fairly new and clean loaner. But I am very weary of the actual car service. I got charged over $1000 for new brakes and rotors because VW Campbell doesn't check and service brakes properly (didn't grease pins properly or check far-side pads which got stuck and caused damage to rotors). I got charged nearly $500 because VW Campbell forgot to check my AWD system at 30k miles. Now VW Campbell can't diagnose a check engine light properly, and I have to come back in a week later. Why do I pay a premium for "VW quality" and get better service at Bobs Auto?

Clint was a pleasure to work with while purchasing our Volkswagen today! Not only was he efficient in getting us through our paperwork quickly, but he was kind and patient as we had our three young kids with us. He even gave them each a special Volkswagen toy car to take home which was so sweet! Couldn t recommend working with Clint and Campbell Volkswagen of Edmonds enough!

My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Campbell Volkswagen. The sales experience was pleasant and professional with no pressure. We reached an agreement on price and wrote a check for the vehicle.The real story begins once we left the lot with the vehicle. When we got on the freeway and got up to speed, the transmission started making such a racket we almost turned around on the spot to bring it back. We decided to take it to our mechanic to determine the problem.It turns out we test drove it in 2WD and never checked out the 4WD. The transfer case was failing and needed to be replaced.We contacted our salesperson right away and brought the vehicle back the next morning. Their sevice manager drove it himself and agreed that it had a problem and should never had been sold in that condition. They offered to take the vehicle back and tear up the check or reduce the price and have us take care of the repair ourselves.The vehicle was otherwise in superior condition so we opted to take it at the lower price and have it repaired ourselves.The entire episode was professionally handled with concern and fairness. They were exceptional! Thank you team!

I recently purchased a car from Campbell and the transaction was extremely straightforward - Salesperson Clint was exceptional. Kind and fair dealing. He came in on his day off to close the deal. I was offered a very good price straightaway no haggling. The offer on my trade-in was reasonable. I researched prices on both the new car and the trade-in extensively and Campbell gave me a very fair deal on both with an easy smooth transaction.

I like Campbell Volkswagen. They have a good service department. I have bought cars from them since 2001 and have never had a bad experience. I recently purchased a 2020 Passat. I got a great deal! It is very comfortable. I get 30-33 miles per gallon in all around driving.
