if I could give him zero stars, I would. Horrible service I wouldn t for a loyal change and they didn t even do my oil and try to tell me my transmission is bad. I forgot the guys name, an older gentleman with white hair medium fit light in my face. Took my car somewhere else and was told everything was fine. don t trust these guys. Don t go here stay away.

Easy to set up online appointment and friendly crew at the location. Did their jobs efficiently and with good communication towards me as I have very little vehicular knowledge. Costs money so I can't always suggest it as I dislike spending money but when your car needs a check up and happens to be a Nissan then boom this place is for you.

I like this dealership service center and recommend you to maintain your car here.First of all, waiting time for appointments is usually 1-3 days which is very different compared to other dealerships.Stuff is very qualified and nice. I ve never had any problems here.

Good if you want a simple oil change or battery swap, but wouldn't go there for other car issues.I got a $1200 quote to install a sensor for the AC. Sensor was $80 and the labor was $1100. So I went to a local chop owned by 2 brothers. They installed it in 30mim and refilled my AC with gas for $100 in total after tax.

Quoted 156 to do a repair. Called me to say that the parts are not available and whole assembly needs to be be replaced. This is 2018 vehicle. Ended up without the repair and paying 185 just for diagnostic. (broken heater flap)

Initial quotes increased by fees not communicated beforehand. 7% service fee for "clean up of fluids, usage of the lifts, usage of the computer, charged country-wide". Fee was not communicated in advance and wasn't negotiable. I still not use to my symbols, but, customer service was impeccable. Alerted me if it took more than one day. They also let use a loaner.
