The employees here are always very accommodating to my specific requests regarding my diesel excursion and go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. They allow me to bring the specific products that I want them to use and are always friendly. Good job.

Devin and Dustin know their stuff! Being a military guy on a tight schedule got me in and out in a Jiffy! Got me new wipers, oil change, topped off my fluids, also ordered a new filter for my car and it showed within 10 they were still doing the oil change talk about Fast! They also appiled a coat of rainex on my windshield as a thank you which was very nice. Keep doing y'all and Jiffy will always support you!

I struggled with this review because, the customer service on the back end was so great. They went above and beyond to help correct their screwup.. BUT.. without their original mishap.. my truck wouldn t have been stranded on the side of the Hwy pouring out oil.. needing a tow truck and a week out of commission proceed with caution. :/

Zachary at the DuPont Jiffy lube was so very wonderful, we had gotten kinda screwed over twice in the last 24hours and he was super helpful, and fixed the problem we were having super quick. All in all the DuPont jiffy lube was very kind and had very good service!

The best Jiffy Lube I ve ever been to, and the best oil change experience I ve ever encountered EVER! Highly recommend this location!!! Super friendly and attentive! You don t even have to get out of your car!!!

Yes!! When I drove in, Devin gave me a very warm and friendly greeting. He has a wonderful personality and is a great representative for your company. I got my usual oil change, changed out my air filter. All good! Dustin, the manager, provided extraordinary service. My battery was corroded and needed to be replaced. I ordered a new battery which was delivered while I was still at the shop (hooray!!) so I didn t need to come back - they were able to swap out the battery during the same visit. Because of the extensive corrosion, the bolts holding the battery in were extremely difficult to remove. Dustin kept working at it for a very long time, all the while being very cheerful and upbeat. He took the whole thing apart. Scrubbed out the plastic tray the battery sits on. Cleaned off the corroded metal hook things. I was sitting in my car the whole time, so I didn t see exactly everything he did, but I was astonished and very grateful that he spent so much time providing me with such excellent care and a high level of service. There is above and beyond the call of duty, but what Dustin did was in the stratosphere of beyond expectations. I live in Olympia and work in Tacoma so I stopped by the Dupont Jiffy Lube when my oil light came on. This is my new shop for sure. I m looking forward to going back and getting my oil and wiper fluid topped up to see these guys again. Congratulations on having such outstanding employees.

Zach S. was the most polite young man I've encountered in quite some time. Pleasant, and professional...I came for an oil change and received an oil change. And quick service.The reason for my low rating is a couple things. I showed him an online promo cost with coupon, at $49.99 with a $15 discount. However he said the normal price for my vehicle and the amount of oil it needs "is around $66, so it will be around $51 dollars." I showed him once again the promo price $49.99 - $15 = $34.99 and showed online. He adjusted the price to $53.99. (Not including the $7 disposal fee.) I still don't understand the pricing that he charged based on the online promo I showed him. I have a Honda Accord, the coupon said up to 5 quarts and my car took 4.4 quarts.I was the only car in the bay yet they did not provide the services listed online. The oil and filter was changed and the tire pressure was checked because he offered.However services I expected in addition, or at least to be offered, based on the website service description were: transmission, differential, power steering fluids to be checked and topped off, windshield wiper fluid added, battery water checked, inspected air filter, headlights, wiper blades; also implied on the website was that the interior car would be vacuumed and exterior windows cleaned.When questioned Zach replied that that were "having trouble with the electricity and were not risking a fire starting."At this point I simply left, again grateful for such a nice young man, but not particularly grateful for above and beyond thoroughness of service that I expected to be provided.Service: Oil change

They were quick, professional and not pushy. My son usually takes his car to the dealership, but I took it here instead. I will encourage him to bring it back here for his next oil change and have them take care of his spark plugs, too. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Do not trust these idiots.. Had my oil changed yesterday. Currently sitting broke down on the highway with a blown motor and no oil in my car... never trust these people with your vehicle or safety! They owe me a new car and they better pay for this tow bill too! I will post an update once I finally get ahold of someone to let everyone know how they handled it.

Every.Single.Time.THIS DUPONT,WA Jiffy lube excels any and all other jiffy lubes!!!!!! It should set the bar for Jiffy Lube customer service standards!. I have never had a negative experience. No matter who came and did the service, they were beyond kind. They were professional and compassionate. I hope whomever is hiring for this location rises to a national level!

Waited in line, which was no problem until someone pulled up in the lane beside us and a second attendant came out. Not sure why we waited on service when someone was there. The service was good as always and the staff were really nice. Have used them since 2009 so won t go anywhere else unless I have to. With that said, watch your charges! Prices have doubled. Cost $132 for a basic oil change w/synthetic. My card was charged 3 times so that s a lot in one trip. But, the bank is watching for two of them to fall off. I DON T think it was intentional, but could definitely cause major issues for someone on a strict budget!Service: Oil change

WOW what a positive experience! I was helped immediately, Devin took charge of answering my questions and making appropriate recommendations for my vehicle and my future car care. As soon as his crew finished my oil change and coolant top off (which was pit-crew efficient and fast), he closed out my transaction and even made recommendations for additional services and vendors that could meet my future needs.I ll be back to the DuPont Jiffy Lube for sureService: Oil change

In and out in a jiffy! I love going here because it s close to home but the staff is always amazing and thorough! Yesterday Devon with curly hair was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my concern with my vehicle was addressed.The two women working with him were also amazing at their jobs and it s inspiring seeing more women diversity at this location!! Went for a transmission service, 100 miles later I need a whole new transmission. Manager states he did the service and filled it up. Stated through the phone it even dripped from the fill in hole. The picture states otherwise. Said it wasn't their fault and just cleaning their hands. Leaving the 12k bill for me while being from out of state... terrible

I never been to a Jiffy Lube until I saw the reviews for this location. I can confirm the reviews speak for themselves!! 5/5 stars easily. The team here were friendly, quickly did what I requested to do, and gave me additional useful information that I needed experts input on. I am definitely coming back to this same team before I begin long travel next month.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Went for an oil change, was offered at the end to get my tire pressure checked for free. Immediately after leaving both tires on the right side we re about half pressure and won t hold air. They were at the correct pressure before and had no issues as they were brand new tires. This is the second issue I ve had with this location and their services they offer after an oil change.

SERVICE ITSELF IS 5 STARS! However, I ve always gone here during lunch to get oil changes. Being in Active Duty military, that entails being in uniform while doing so. I usually receive a discount automatically, no questions asked. However, today - just double checking discount was applied because it seemed high - I was asked for my ID. I don t know if this would be offensive to others, but it was highly offensive and insensitive to me because what re you implying as I m sitting in uniform near a massive military installation? Again, service is stellar, but professionalism and tact isn t.Service: Oil change

I came here after I saw my engine oil was very low and was having engine knocking. I figured it needed more oil. Ryan and Dustin checked out my car and were extremely nice and thorough. They ended up advising me not to get an oil change as my engine was leaking and a fresh oil change would make things worse. They set me up to at least get home and didn't charge me. Super grateful that I stopped here. Definitely an honest place with knowledgeable mechanics.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The whole staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I asked for everything that had to be done - to have it done and my battery replaced. The staff didn t take advantage of that type of opportunity, instead only advised and educated me on what was really needed and that they did a test and that it s an alternator issue instead, when they could ve swamped batteries and I d be none the wiser.Great people, honest service, efficient.
