Terrible service!!! Don't even think about washing your car at this gas station. It literally steals your money. I paid $13 dIs to wash my car which was just as dirty or worse because the dirty one I already had was mixed with water. When I reported in the office about the problem with the automatic car wash, they told me that they could not do anything about it that if I wanted me to come back the next day and ask his manager what he could do for me. It should be noted that this is not the first time it has happened to me!

Good gas station to stop at if you are traveling thru the area. Pumps are clean and easy to operate. Inside they have an atm machine right at the entrance. At entrance, you can go left to Jack in the Box, right to drinks/cashier area, or straight to the bathrooms. Clean store and good service. I highly recommend getting gas at this station.

We stopped at this gas station, primarily because the prices were not to bad, and I had my Chevron card with me. The good thing about this gas station is that it was open and easily accessible. I also liked it because it looked clean and well kept. Even though, being clean and well kept is not what brought me in, it is nice, and as an added benefit, it makes using the gas station much more pleasurable.Additionally, today I wanted to stop and get some lunch after I guess my car up. And I know that there was various options for that than the nearby area. Having again station very centrally located to other things that I need is a big help. Today, I didn't need the services of a carwash. If I had it would have been nice to know that this one did have that service available to be.

Worst experience we had with a store worker by the name of John, aka "Bobby". I bought apple juice that was put on the shelf with a price label of $1.89 but was charged $4.29 a piece (bought 4). We went back in to look and sure enough, there were two facings of the same product with the label $1.89. Tried calling for help and this guy was stocking a couple of fridges down. Kept calling him and he wasn't responding. I went to him and kept saying "excuse me sir?" When he finally turned around he had his wireless earbud in his ear. I guess that's why he couldn't hear me. I asked for his assistance and right away he seemed annoyed. He followed me to the fridge to show him the item. Explained the issue and tried explaining that as a customer, I bought these items thinking that's the price, and his response is "what do you want me to do. I don't make the prices." Tried explaining again and kept cutting me off. He then proceeded to tell me he doesn't own the store. Told him I never said he owned the store, and what I was trying to say is....he cut me off again. He started arguing with me then my daughter who was standing a good couple of feet away from him lifted her hand trying to get him to stop and kept repeating "What my Mom is trying to tell you, is...." and he cut her off telling her to get her hand away from his face. Not only was she NOT in his face, she kept raising her hand repeating for him to listen. He threatened to call the cops! My daughter told him go ahead. Of course he never did. Another store worker named John, as well, was more helpful and listened. My daughter told him the disrespect he showed and arguing with me while trying to explain was unacceptable. We weren't looking for a refund, we still got the product, but this guy needs training on customer service! He needs to listen to the customers and find a solution. Not threaten to call the cops. I always go to this store and overall, the day shift are alot friendlier.

This is mainly a military community and has the highest gas and diesel prices for miles! Is this how you serve our military members and community by making us pay ,50 to a $1 more. Nisqually, lacey, Lakewood all nearby gas stations are cheaper! Give us fair prices and really serve our military members and community! You start giving us fair prices I ll consider fueling up here.

Quite literally the most useless car wash I have ever been to. Not a terrible gas station, awful car wash.

Car wash will hold $100 for a $10 car wash... They don't care. Tried to tell me my card company chooses to hold $100 which is not true. So if you get gas, $200 could be held 7-10 days. The merchant sets it up. It should be different on the car wash. Especially as you can't use cash at that machine.

We went here on August 26th , 2021 . I went to get snacks for my family and I had the most rude cashier ( CAMILLE) . We went to pay and she slammed the closed sign down in front of us as we stood at the counter and rudely pointed to go to next cashier while she stood there just talking to everyone. She gave us the rudest glare. If you can't treat people right who spend their hard earned money there then you don't deserve any Business. The rudest cashier I've ever encountered. The other problem is the snacks I bought were carrot cakes from the refrigerated part of the store. They were expired by weeks ! Not sure why they are not rotating and checking dates on their products . You could taste the mold in them .it was highly disgusting ! I'd say stay away from this place . The other cashier wasn't bad . Amber was very polite and courteous . This place deserves zero stars for customer service. The cashier ( Camille) should be put into etiquette classes or fired

Used the car wash finally updated and cheaper than the one I usually go to not as crowded will use this one for now have 2 cars that need to be washed alot

Friendly staff expensive fuel prices.Now for some reason after 10 plus years they are scanning ID for alcohol and tobacco purchases. I appreciate staff checking ID but I don't really like my ID card being scanned, maybe this is the new way of preventing underage purchases - I'm in my late 50s come on...

Always so much more expensive gas than anywhere else. Only gas station when I fill up I get a check engine light that comes on. And the points system sucks. You can spend all kinds of money on snacks and gas and when you finally earn a reward it s their gross off brand chips, coffee or chocolate.

FOR PETE"S SAKE - refill your soap dispensers in the car wash! What the heck?!?! Paid ridiculous fee for a wash (with full tank fill up) only to have water sprayed on the car - no soap, no wax, no type of cleaning or protectant solution - just plain water, not a soap bubble in sight! Their car wash fees are easily double what other stations charge for the same type of wash service. I wanted to complain to the cashier but there was a line of customers inside waiting to check out so I left. What a total rip off - will never use this place again. Plus their fuel prices are higher than any other nearby gas stations.

Gas is more expensive than if you travel another mile and go to other side of Dupont. Prices are not always posted on products and are overly priced. For example price of 1.5L orange juice is $5.59.

I went to get some cigarettes, and the cashier completely ignored me, I don t know why.....I waited for another minute, but nothing, the cashier was still busy so I left the store. As I was driving away from the gas station, the cashier gave me the middle finger. I have done nothing or said nothing to the cashier, and I am very confused with her attitude.

This is just in regards to the car wash. I won t use again. I got the works and you can still see the line where my windshield wipers came through and it didn t dry my car at all and I m not sure how that s possible. It s a little cleaner but there is still smears here and there.

The islander girl on the morning shift was super rude this morning 9/11/17 as I walked in she was smacking her gum obnoxiously and gave me the dirtiest look and when I asked for gas and handed her the money she didn't say one word to me the whole transaction just stared at me and the girl who worked at jack in the box just stood there and was trying not to laugh... I'm still confused.

The guy would not give me propane cause he did not like my tank when in the past they always refilled my tank. It seemed like he did not want to do his job
