Went in to purchase a reliable and spacious car for me and my 4 children &let me tell you .. all of the staff there was not only helpful &friendly but very informative! Willing to work with me not only helping me get into a car but better my future with talking to me about credit and giving me a life lesson on how to build my credit! Definitely will tell others to go there! Steven, Shayla, James &Craig are the BEST!!!!

These folks are straight up from top to bottom. They are the real deal.Its what buying a vehicle should be..From sales to ownership. You cant go wrong. If your honest straight ahead and not playing games. This is the place...period !!!!I came in a few years ago with spotty to no credit. They found a way, when there was no way, with limited exposure I walk out with Tahoe thats still running strong today (my boat puller).I just recently re-fi with $ in the bank Thanks again for all your effortGreat family business with a loyal crew..ThanksDavid D.Go Red Sox. !!

Horrible place to buy a car Vivian and her husband Steven are just thieves I bought a Mercedes CLK320 cash and they never turned in any of the paperwork.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They will screw you over. We bought my daughter a car from here and everything seemed fine. Until a couple months later when the plates never showed. She went back in and they gave her another temp registration sheet. Yet another couple months later still no plates, and they wouldn't get back to us . Just got off the phone with the DOL to find out that they never turned in any title or registration paperwork!! The DOL can't even help us at this point since no paperwork was ever turned in. Having to go through dealership complaints. Until that time she can't drive the car.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I'm willing to bet the "5 star reviews" are completely fake as they've been caught reviewing their own businesses on other review sites with 5 stars. Steve was convicted of fraud in 2021. Because of this, he had to put everything in his wifes name, Vivian. She is either a puppet or just as evil. They will certainly sell you a car, but will never file the appropriate paperwork to transfer ownership. They will then use their towing company "Bonney Lake Towing" to try and come get the car presumably to resell as it's still in the dealership name. They are not good people and hopefully both will end up in prison for a long time. These people give the auto industry a bad name and hopefully karma gets them.

had a good overall experience with this dealer, the paperwork process was quick and they got me out the door much faster than I expected with a good deal on a nice car. They also offer carfax on every vehicle which I haven t seen at much other used car dealers. The owners seem like good people and are pretty laid back, they are also very friendly and accommodating.

I like that the place is family owned and both husband and wife are nice people. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I came to them very desperate and with limited options. I had just went through 3 cars within the past 12 months and I was frustrated. Everyone worked tirelessly to make sure that I get the best deal and vehicle that works for me. The car is running great and I couldn t be happier. Thanks guys.

Steven is a wonderful person and staff friendly and very honest. We got a mini van from there on the way home it started making noise. Called him immediately and stop by the automotive store to get a system checked. It read the transmission alert. Told him about the code number. Steven said he would have a Mechanic come to our home and fix it or they would take it in and give us a loaner mini van. My husband and I highly recommend them for a vehicle. Went beyond what a normal car dealer would do. Thank you so much Steven and the awesome stuff.

Please don t buy vehicle at Valley sports cars. Steve and Vivian is the most dishonest ppl in the world you have kids and will not want someone do what your doing to ppl to them I brought a 2012 audi from VALLEY SPORTS CARS in September I was given two temporary plates the first when I literally had to go back to get it because it was not available when I went the last day, it expired the second plate, same situation, same outcome try reaching out to them on many occasions no one is answering the phone. Steve and Vivian is never available to help or answer any questions. I took it upon my cell phone reach out to the licensing office only to find out that Steve and Vivian did not submit the documents for my permit to be issued at this point I just find it claim with DMV and I m definitely considering going to small claims court, I have spent my money for a service that I am not getting and no one is willing to assist me. All I need is my title on my plates. I am advising everyone please do not buy from this company. Valley sports cars is definitely the worst car dealership in Seattle, Washington unprofessional unreliable and money hungry then main focus is getting your money and you driving off the lot, they will not file your paperwork for you to get your plates. It s been months and I m still waiting since September. I m in January 2023 and still cannot receive my plates.

We bought a very beautiful mercedes-benz car. I was impressed by the way they did explain everything part by part, very kind in their work, they help you 100% with your credit whether it is good or bad. I recommend them, a very good experience. Thank you for everything

From start to finish, great service. My plates were delayed they took action, and made sure they communicated through the whole process. I bought previous vehicle her me as well. Will continue to give them business. Family oriented and great with customers.

Steve and Vivian have failed so badly at life it seems their only option was to become shady car dealers and they re too incompetent to accomplish that. You can expect to pay thousands of dollars over cost for a vehicle that in addition, needs thousands more in repairs. Don t expect to receive your title work, license plates or any type of customer service once you drive off this lot - I ve been waiting since April. The only finger they will lift is to spend your hard earned money. I truly hope karma wipes the floor with you people. You re exactly what s wrong with this world!

I had a great experience buying a used Nissan Versa from Valley Sports Cars earlier this month. I bought a vehicle from here in June and still haven't received the paperwork I need to register the car. Owner assured me he knew how to handle out of state sales but I can not register vehicle in my state. Temporary permit has expired and now I can not legally drive the car. It is a worthless hunk of junk without being able to register it in my name. I have reached out to them repeatedly in the past month hoping they would resolve the issue but just getting the run around. I am also filing a complaint with the state of Washington. This is the first review I have ever left for any business. I am not happy!!!!Update- One week after posting this review, the title did arrive. I raised their ranking to a three star.

Steve is a very dishonest person and so is his wife theyAct like a family owned business that is wanting to help their customers but they will let you drive off with a bad vehicle after stating that they re trying to help you! I let them know that there was something wrong with the Mercedes Benz truck. let them know there s something wrong with the car. They will literally take the car back from you tell you they re fixing it and then turn around and sell it behind your back. I came there three times and spoke to them for three weeks in a row and they lied to me and told me that they were fixing the ml Mercedes truckBut the whole time they had sold the car behind my back and did not tell me after they took my personal information and my home address and my work information and they have been to my job as well in the middle of us going through this business deal. Steve is a completely dishonest person. I asked him honestly to his face if we were still going to be doing business and he told me yes which was a complete lie. When I first went into their business I let them both know that I was a single mother and I worked full-time as a leasing agent.They assured me that they were well aware that I will be able to make my payments and that since I have a good job that they would be able to help me. I waited for basically a whole month after they took my personal information my Social Security number my job information and my home address. Since when does a business take your government personal information and not deliver. I still have the paperwork that we did on the vehicle itself! So this was completely violating and illegal none of the transaction and the way I was treated after that makes any sense. He was very willing to take my money even though I told him there was something wrong with the car and he has not fixed it yet. But once he realized that I was wanting to wait until he fix the problem in order to make my first payment that s when he treated me like crap and at that point I guess to him my money was no longer of any value. (She basically sold the car without even fixing the problem on it to a whole Nother person and made it their problem) I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau Especially after they took my personal information and treated me like trashOnce again like I said before I am a 30 year old single mother to a 13 year old child that has school and I have work as well. So I honestly will say if you are a hard-working citizens and you have children that rely on you to commute them beware before you give this company your personal information make sure that the vehicle that they are trying to give you is reliable and if you do return the vehicle make sure that they won t go behind your back and sell it to another one of their customers without your knowledge.P.S. if there is anyone out there that has any legal information or references I can use in order to find out and make sure that my information has not been violated please reply to this review. The customer service was great and such a very lovely couple me and my family has beee. On the bus and it s been very challenging & a they worked with us looking pass our hardship and and found a car that fit our family 2012 Malibu with. Nothing wrong and great low mileage clean interior I would definitely recommend them To anyone me and my family is beyond feeled with happiness go down their take a look

This place is a scam..they tell you the car is reliable and later on to find out the car got so many problems!! I bought a car here a couple months later the transmission blew out on me and I tried getting a hold of them and they wouldn t respond my texts or calls DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! SAVE YOU MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE TRUSTWORTHY WHERE THEY WONT LIE TO YOU AND SLEEZBALL YOU FOR A COUPLE BUCKS!

He sold me an 07 Subaru B9 Tribeca. Very comfortable payment situation that I can afford. Before him I couldn't get a car anywhere because of credit. He's very professional and has a lot of cars to choose from. My car has given me no trouble and I enjoy it so much

So few months ago I had bought a car from them the person that had helped me out was Stephen customer service was great but was sold a car that ended up giving me more issues than what I wanted had a bent valve and timing chain went out I drove the car for less than 3k miles . I had brought up my concern of the noise at the dealership upon purchasing was told it was a loose sparkplug. Few month later on trying to figure out a solution I've been talking to stephen trying to see about a solution none yet but hopefully one soon . Becareful purchasing a car from here
