I recently had a negative experience with an auto repair shop and wanted to share my thoughts in a review. Unfortunately, I was charged extra for no clear reason, which left me feeling taken advantage of.To make matters worse, the shop did not adequately explain why the additional charges were necessary, leaving me feeling frustrated and suspicious. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend this auto repair shop to others.If you're in need of auto repair services, I suggest looking elsewhere to avoid a similar experience. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and felt like my trust was betrayed.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Best mechanic to ever do anything to my car. I have been going to this mechanic for years, ive tried to sway and look for other places with fair prices and always end up going back to Hector. He is an outstanding mechanic. The job is always done timely, the parts he finds for repairs are top notch. Ive been all around Seattle and i cant seem to find anyone better. He has skills for any type of make and model it doesn't matter if its a bucket from the dead or a race car with twin turbos, Hector gets the job done

Hector is trustworthy and amazing! I took my Subaru to him and he knew just what to do, and actually showed concern. As a woman, I always loathe visiting mechanics. He explained things to me and helped me understand my auto concerns. Hector was honest and prompt. I m so appreciative for him. My household will only work with Hector!

I wouldn't recommend even thinking about to take a toy car to this place.I took my car to get breaks replaced. He only recommended I change the back breaks so he did that.A few days later, I took my car to leschawb to change the tires and they called me to tell me that both of my rear wheels only had 1 screw holding them in place. They told me that they shouldn't have held up that long and I should have gotten in a wreck.Obviously this automechanic did not put all the screws back after changing my breaks on the rear tires. Imagine I didn't go to Leschwab i could have gotten in a horrible wreck or my wife and daughter.Also the recommendation not to change the front breaks was complete misinformation. The car shakes, doesn't break well. I'm going to go replace them somewhere trustworthy.If you care about your life, don't go here.

This man has fixed 2 of my cars the first car he fixed was my dodge magnum he put a new transmission in for a affordable price I checked 3 different shops before him he was the cheapest he just recently fixed my wife dodge journey again affordable price compared to other I had a ghetto hood mechanic that wanted more then he did to fix my wife car he's a all around great guy thank for your work

The owner gave me a racial profile, to the attorney general of the state . and he stole my new tires I just bought and replace them with snow tires.unauthorized work.replaced my axle,and lower arm , which fell out from under my car doing 40 miles a hour , in the middle of the street. Almost killed my self and jeopardized oil and hurting other people on 154th street in front ofArco gas station. Put my car on limp mode.saod the mechanicAnd changed my odometer number on the receipt. 137 miles and made a receipt that I never seen and said I refuse to pay and sign and the amount was 0$ ...spanish people can not lie good in English.was just suppose. To replace my alternator ..and. End ed up from 255$ to 735$ 250s replacing snow tires.took him to small claims. He did not show up now kiro 7 .. He need to go to jail .and be shut down... And publicized .spread the word.

I have been taking my cars to Southwest Auto for years. I find that they are honest and do what is needed. Money spent with them has always been well spent. My cars are happy and running well.

They broke my ABS sensor while working on my car and tried to weld it back together without success. Their solution was for me to buy another ABS and they would install for free. A cost of 80 bucks. Not professional the way they worked on my car. Careless.

Went in there to see if he can help but he tried to squeeze money out of me . He steals your money and will take advantage ! Te roba el dinero ! Buscan otro mechanico honesto !

This place is a joke. The guy Hector has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to vehicles. Doesnt do the work that was paid for very rude i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to going to this shop.

I take my car there .... never had a problem with mechanical repairs... prices can be expansive
