They were really nice and their system is electronic for quotes etc. very detailed including photos so no questions about what was or wasn't done. Had an issue with the heat not turning off! It ended up costing about what I had guessed based on the unprofessional "diagnostic" from all my coworkers but they did try for the cheaper fix first it just didn't work out. Really happy with the experience, no awkward upselling, very professional. This is probably our new local shop for things we don't need to go to the dealership to get fixed. They were very honest about it being cheaper to go to the dealership for another (non-urgent) problem and I really appreciate that!

Trustworthy. That's the best thing I could possibly say about them.My family has used their services for years, and every repair they have done has held and has been an honest price for the work involved.Dan and the team has constantly shown that they are worth out trust, and I don't have to worry about being ripped off or a bad repair.

I called and made an appt to bring my car in to see what was wrong with the door not locking and the window. They knew the make model type of car and the problem. They called us said we had to take it somewhere else and still charged us $150 kicker is the VW place can t even use their diagnostics (saying loosely)

Great shop I totally recommend. My 08 ford crown Vic needed some TLC and these guys got me right. Dan was honest and upfront. My car had several issues and they took care of them. It s really hard to trust mechanics these days but these guys have merit and the price is feasible.

Quality Auto Electric & Repair has been servicing and repairing our car and truck for several years. I've never had a complaint about their work. They do a thorough jobevery time. They check everything and several times have found something that needed attention. Tim and Dan are very easy to work with and always call me if something needs attention or if the vehicle is ready to pick up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Took my vehicle here after having to deal with unfair prices, and damaged parts, lies, from another shop, and I would say this shop Quality Auto Electric & Repair was the best I have had ever at a car mechanic shop. Very nice guy, and they fix your vehicle quickly and their pricing is very good and fair. I plan on taking all my family's vehicles to this shop for future repairs and maintenances. This place is very trust worthy and you can actually take your vehicle their and know that you won't receive it back with damaged parts and lies afterwards blaming another shop you took the vehicle to. So glad I took the chance and brought my vehicle here. They saved me before I had to pay thousands, so I am very grateful to you guys and all your hard work. THANK YOU!!!!!

My neighbor referred me here and these guys are a class act. I have a 1996 Honda Accord that I bought recently and these guys did the inspection and oil change. Dan the service manager and his guys did a wonderful job and were reasonable with thier price. Would recommend to family!!!! Straightforward and honest. I knew the brakes on my 3/4 ton pick needed work. Dan told me back brakes were the problem from backing the boat into salt water. Did not try to sell me a complete brake job. Great job with higher end heavy duty brakes and said the fronts were still in good shape and sent me on my way. They do all our regular maintenance and repair.

From the first phone call to the quality finished work, this was a great experience. We have struggled in the past with finding an honest, affordable, reliable auto repair shop. That will not be the case anymore. The issue was diagnosed, cost estimated and completed in one appointment. We are more than satisfied and will definitely be returning. I would give the customer service a 15 out of 10!

I've known these guys for a long time and trust them completely. They know what they're doing and always seem to get the job done. I haven't heard anything but positive feedback about them over the many years I've known them. Got a problem with your vehicle? Call Dan or Tim and Mark and they'll fix it and you'll get treated fairly and professionally. They're good guys too.

I will be taking all of my cars here for repairs. Terrific service and solid integrity. Happy to pay my repair bill! Exactly what you want in an auto repair shop but really hard to find. Extra plus that they are easy to get to. Highly recommend.

The people at Quality Auto Electric have been there longer probably than your cars have been in existence. They understand what needs to be done to prevent comebacks and do the job right. Sometimes that means it cost more because more wear items are being replaced but they explain that and in the long run, you don't want to pay twice to take off parts you just put on to access parts that you should've replaced while it was all apart. I appreciate that mentality. If you want to go a cheaper route, they will do that too. Dan does a great job of explaining those options and what you can expect from it. It was my first experience with Quality Auto Electric & Repair and I am very satisfied with their work. My onboard diagnostic data connection port (where they connect to do the emissions test) was broken (wires disconnected, etc.) and useless. They rebuilt it and remounted it and as a result of their excellent work my emmisions test went great. I will definitely use their services again!

Wasted my time. I made an appointment, called the morning of to confirm the time in the afternoon. I was told I needed to drop off my vehicle the day before, for an afternoon appointment. So, they want to hold your vehicle for a whole day and charge $150 for an hour of work, before they even know what's wrong with it. I was told all this, with attitude, as if I was dumb for not knowing this. Sorry, but in the real world you show up at the appointed time. Not one day before.

When I first approached Quality Auto Electric & Repair I was a little apprehensive. But much to my surprise they repaired my wife car and did only the work that I asked I later bought back the car for belt replacement which was advise to do. I and my my wife are extreme pleased with the care attention we received I will be taking all of my vehicles there they are and will be my number one shop to go to. I will be recommending all of my co-workers, friends and family to get there vehicles service.

I've utilized this shop on 2 different occasions now and I have not one negative thing to say about it. Mr. Dan is thorough and straightforward on all levels and for that, I am more than grateful...he runs his shop in exemplary fashion, AMD there aren't many shops that can match his customer service.

I brought in my 95 Ranger for the Vehicle Inspections I saw on their website. When I came, I expected a detailed print out of an inspection form as indicated on the website. They did not give me any print out. I had to ask for it.My muffler made loud noise. So, I asked if they saw anything wrong with it during the inspection. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. I took it to a muffler shop. Here, with a mirror, they found a long crack along the upper side of the catalytic converter. I had the muffler shop cut it off and welded a new one in. Quiet as is should.

I have been relying on Quality Auto and Electric for repairs and maintenance on my vehicles for several years now and have always been very satisfied with the service. Repairs have always been thoroughly explained to me, accomplished at a reasonable cost, and completed in the anticipated length of time.

Excellent service, vehicle was done before the scheduled time and for less money than was anticipated. All around great experience and the truck is running terrific. I totally recommend Quality Auto Electric!
