I had a deer run out in front of me on New Years Eve. After calling multiple shops in the Spokane area and not a single one being able to take a tow in or being booked out for months, my husband suggested trying the Deer Park area.Jim kept in contact weekly, ensured that the best parts were put in, and had my car back to me within just a couple weeks looking absolutely pristine.Their customer service goes the extra mile. The thank you note they included with a pen and a little bag of jelly beans were a nice touch when I picked up my car.I d recommend this shop to anyone in a heartbeat. There s no doubt that your car will be well taken care of.

Precious Metal Collision Center repaired my vehicle and did a great job.Jim & Jason were a pleasure to work with.They are very professional and know exactly the steps to take & were very good at communicating with my insurance company. I m so impressed with this shop. My car had some front end damage. My neighbor recommended them. I was a little hesitant even though I read so many good reviews. I m a worrier and really cautious. I took it in for an estimate brought it back maybe a week or so later for repairs and picked up my car yesterday. Jim kept contact with me so that was a relief that i didn t have to bug him. My car is a 2016 Toyota RAV4, that i purchased used around 2018. My car didn t look as nice when it was new to me as when I picked it up from Precious Metal. It was sparkling clean inside and out. Carpets were vacuumed, maybe even washed. Mats were washed. My junk I had strewn around the car was consolidated tidily into a box. My cup holders were cleaner than they ve ever been. I was not expecting that.An added nice touch was a little bag of Jelly Belly s, a pen and a business card. Overall I am giddy with the job they did and would recommend to anyone. This is perfection. These guys are awesome!! My car was hit on Aug 9th. I stopped in for an estimate on Aug 11th. At that time, I told Jim that we had plans to move south on Sept 1st. He was honest, saying that it would be cutting it close for my car to be done by then. I dropped it off on the 14th for repairs and prayed for the best. Jim kept in touch, letting us know where they were in process. Well, he called today, Aug 23rd, to say my car was done!!!! That's less than 10 days, folks! Plus, my car is clean inside and out! I'm so grateful for their efforts and customer service!! Thanks, guys!

We had an amazing experience dealing with Precious Metal Collision Center. From the time we left our car to be repaired until we picked it up, we were very happy with this business.This was our first accident and insurance claim and both Jim and Jason explained the process to us, worked with our insurance company, gave us cost estimates and work time frame estimates. They kept us informed and the work was completed early and the estimated cost was right on. When I picked up our car it had been detailed inside and out and looked like a new car again. You could never know it had been in an accident.These guys are experienced, skilled technicians and give great customer service. I would highly recommend them and we will certainly use their services again if needed. Thank you Precious Metal and Collision Center!

I just wanted to say what an amazing job the team at Precious Metals did on my 2021 GMC Sierra! I am ashamed to admit this has taken me longer to write than I initially intended because I got busy but I can t say enough wonderful thing! Back in October we hit a deer and I was unable to drive my poor truck due to the fact that it was immobilized they were able to work with me to get me in sooner which was AMAZING! Jim and Jason were very attentive and kind, kept me updated each week, and made working with my insurance easy. I loved how clean and professional their shop was and they did a wonderful wonderful job. Not only was my truck fixed and like new, they even left me some jelly beans and my interior was clean! Very professional place that helped me out with some deer damage on my truck. They gave frequent updates on the status and tracked down parts that we needed. My truck had extensive damage and I was only without it for about 3 weeks while they got everything taken care of. The paint job and body work looks excellent. Highly recommend and will be using them for any future damages

I m going to start out by saying that Jim and Jason are literally AMAZING! I got in a car accident no fault of my own on March 16th. On top of all my other burdens, my insurance company left me to find a shop that could get it in for repair without giving any recommendations. I called over 10 shops in the Spokane/CDA area, and not one single shop could get me in until AUGUST. Every person I spoke to was cold, short and rude. I felt hopeless at this point. My boyfriend mentioned a shop in deer park and they were the last number i had to call. When I called Precious Metal and Collision, i spoke with Jim and he was SO friendly and willing to help. He told me that they could get me in right away! I was in disbelief. The day after they got my car towed in, they went to work right away. Jim was in contact with me more than twice a week, keeping me in the loop and asking me for my own opinions about my car and what I would like done. They shopped around and kept it thrifty, getting me the best bang for my buck when it came to parts, which was important to me, being a single income family. They didn t price gouge, they didn t treat me any different just because I was a woman. Jim and Jason both made sure to make me feel like a customer and not just another number walking through their door. Thanks to them both, my car is back on the road, SOONER THAN EXPECTED I MAY ADD, and drives better than it did when I bought it PLUS it looks BRAND NEW! The amount of compliments I ve gotten on the car in the last week are insane! Not to mention, they went above and beyond and detailed the inside of my car for me! These men exceeded my expectations. I will forever recommend anyone to go see Jim and Jason for any of their car needs. I couldn t be anymore thankful for their hard work and dedication to providing their customers with the absolute best. Again, thank you guys, SO MUCH! I hit a deer with my car and messed it up. I went to precious metal to inquire about getting it fixed. I found out they are a small family owned business and took pride in there work. They were friendly and kind. They went outside and bent my car door around so I could open it and use it while I shopped around. When I did decide to go with them I only had a week and half wait and when they did have my car it was only out one week. That was fast compared to other auto body shops. When I picked my car up you couldn t tell that we hit a deer. It was clean and straight. It looked new again. I would go back to them again.

After doing a lot of research and getting a few estimates I chose to take my brand new truck to Precious Metal Collision Center. I chose them based on their thorough review, availability, location and personable demeanor. They exceeded their projected timeline by over a week and stayed in communication with me about the progress which was very much appreciated. My truck only had 2000 miles on it and was a brand new color for 2023. I was quite skeptical that I would not be able to tell it had been repainted. To my surprise they matched the paint perfectly. Jim is my new favorite Joe (The previous owner). Dependability in this business is everything. Joe wouldn t have sold his reputable business to Jim except Jim is the real deal. Worth traveling from wherever you re at to have the best service in auto mechanics/ body restoration.

Jim is great to work with. He quoted a fair estimate, and dealt with the insurance for us. Jim and his team did a great job on our truck, and matched the paint perfectly. He got it repaired fast! It is perfect. We will always go to Precious Metals.Again, we went to Precious Metals 2 weeks ago after someone backed into our truck. Jim and his crew did such an excellent job, again matching the paint exactly and the body work is exceptional! Jim worked with the insurance company of the person that hit us and we did not have to do a thing. We felt good leaving our truck with Jim, as we did 2 years ago. If you need collision repair, this is the place to go. They really know what they are doing at Precious Metals!! Our truck looks perfect again.

Had a pretty mangled door from an accident that could not be closed and a damaged fender. First off, the people at the shop were a factor in convincing my insurance to not declare the vehicle totaled, which was a big deal.They then did a beautiful job restoring the fender and repairing the door. Kept in contact throughout the process to keep me up to date. Even washed the vehicle and left a complimentary pen and jelly beans inside! Nice little bonus'. Only downside was them not being able to replace the door emblem, but that was because they're not made anymore, wasn't Precious Metal's fault. Overall a great experience and I'm so grateful to them for getting our truck back in usable condition!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service and customer care. My AC quit the week it was going to be 90+ all week and a buddy told me to stop by Precious Metals because they could charge the system. I had replaced the condenser but needed the system recharged. I came in bright and early and asked if there was any way they could charge it before I left for a trip at noon. They had it done in an hour. Jim and Jason are great, couldn t ask for better service! Thanks guys.

These guys KNOWS how to take care of their customers! I dropped off my truck for a repaint on my truck and they estimated it would take 10 days but somehow, they bent over backwards and got it done quicker, in 5 days! Phenomenal service, clean shop, professional correspondence and they washed & cleaned inside & out!

My car was backed into in a parking lot, resulting in a very wide dent with scraping. Precious Metal kept in touch with me the whole time they had my car with updates and an expected time of when my car would be ready. In the end, they got me my car back sooner than expected, and contacted the insurance company when there was an issue. When I picked my car up it was as good as new, and they had washed and shampooed it (they also left a thank you note and a bag of jelly beans). I cant say enough nice things about Precious Metal, they were professional and went above and beyond for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

For me to take time to write a review requires a business to REALLY impress me. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Precious Metals. They did an outstanding job repairing my car. It was completed in a timely manner and they were very flexible to work with my needs for getting the car there. But the MOST impressive thing to me was the communication. They contacted me regularly to keep me posted on the process.
