Amazing customer service, can t express how grateful I myself my brother and my cousin are for this shop. We had a nail in our tire and was recommended this shop by the sheriff. We headed on over there, they had us pull into the shop and they got straight to work. Very fast workers and very nice. Again can t express how grateful I am.

Can t say enough good things about my experience at their store. Great service! When I got a flat on a long road trip driving backroads through Eastern Washington, a farm supply store about 50 miles from Dayton told me that the tire was unfixable, and they referred me to Van Ausdle as the closest place to get buy a new tire. The kind folks at Van Ausdle were able to patch the tire after all and did it free of charge in 20 minutes. Thank you!

On a grocery run, while camping at Tuccannon, I noticed a tire had gone flat. Employee recommended Van Ausdle Tire. They had the flat fixed in 20 minutes. They would not take a payment nor a tip. Very grateful and impressed at the gesture. Thank you!!!

Had some rocks stuck behind the dust plate of our front brakes that were making a racket since we left Umatilla, OR. We stopped multiple places, but they had 2hr wait times. We ended up stopping at VA Tires in Dayton on a whim and they took it back and removed a pile of rocks for us with no charge. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Thank you VA Tires!

Great place to go for any tire issues. Went in at 1130am and out by 12pm. They swapped out a bad tire for me on my trailer with a unbeatable price. They just started this business about a year ago an feel like they will be around for sometime because of great customer service and do the job you ask them to do without the BS. I'm not from this area, and somehow ended up with a flat tire where I was parked overnight. I was able to get it pumped up enough to limp into VA Tire, and they got me in and out in 45 minutes - even though some of their folks were on lunch break. Impeccable, kind service!

I recently had a flat due to a screw, I stopped in and the repair was done in minutes! Very professional and nice people. I will be buying all of my tires at this store from now on. I strongly recommend this business.
