My car has been sitting there to be fixed for over 4 months now. He never calls me, I have to call him every time I want an update. Most of the time the phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. My husband s family has historically had a good time with him, but he s been awful for us. He keeps saying he ll help us get a good deal, but I haven t had my car since January... at this point... doesn t feel like any amount he says will be worth the extreme hassle this has been. I m very dissatisfied.Service: Electrical repair

They are a wonderful place to bring your car/truck to get fixed. NEVER once have I felt "rolled" by them. They always take time out of what ever they are doing to talk to me & not put me on the back burner. I tell everyone who needs their vehilce looked at or even fixed to take it there. We love them!!!

After getting jerked around by some so-called good shops and one dealership, receiving some shoddy and questionable work, and being told my Ford Ranger with only 65,000 miles on it needed a total engine overhaul, that valves were bad, rings needed replaced, exhaust system need redone, etc, etc, etc ---- I was suspicious all the error codes were somehow linked and these terrible mechanics had no idea what the root cause was. Based on the recommendation of someone in another town, and a mechanic my son knew, I took my truck to Cornerstone. OH, MAN! After listening to me (actually listening), he assured me they would check it out. I got a call the next day. It turned out to be as simple as replacing the injectors. Done the day after that. And it runs better than new! I cannot say how much I appreciated their customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and honesty! Yeah, I recommend them with a shout and two thumbs up!

I delivered the car at the set time, it was done at the set time. Kelly and staff are great to work with. Always a good experience here. What's not to like?

They are very trustworthy. If it's not worth fixing they give you the option before they hand you a bill. Been going there from the day they first opened. I won't go anywhere else.

Won't replace my clockspring to my 2000 Chrysler T&C because I have the part. Their excuse was if they install a part a customer brought in and the airbags don't deploy in an accident they are held liable. I doubt that's the real reason considering they had replaced a timing belt I provided a few years ago.
