Jeremy at Quad City tires & Auto is an absolute miracle worker! I needed trailer tires for my late uncle's boat trailer which was rather old. I was having the hardest time trying to find tires to fit the older hubs my uncle had put on and Jeremy worked his magic and pulled through! He went above and beyond to get me the RIGHT tires and wheels and at a VERY god price, AND he even sent someone to put them on my trailer while I was at work! Jeremy, I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and constant updates! If there was a higher star ranking on here, I would select them all!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!Jordan Farrington

Last year I was "gifted" an almost 20-year old Pontiac so full of problems that I was ready to junk it. The technicians at Quad Cities humored my questions, diagnosed the car a few times, and gave me excellent advice. The car runs beautifully now. They refused to charge me for most of this work.Even today I took the same car to Quad Cities expecting some serious suspension work. Instead I was told "Everything is fine. It just needs an undercarriage wash."They were right too.These guys are honest to a fault. But they have my loyalty.

Cody and the rest of the crew really treated me good ! My tires were probably one of the worst sets they've seen! To the point it was embarrassing with 37"mudders that looked like they came off a drag car !! But they were true to there word ! And made me the best deal in the valley they will be my go to tire shop they kept true to there word and made sure everything was spot on I suggest this group I had a great experience that ks again fellas !!

I came here for the first time today to get some tires mounted and balanced and I was very impressed by my experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The staff were very nice and friendly as well. It didn't take long and there was a comfortable place to hang out and wait. Also the price was surprisingly reasonable I will definitely be returning in the future for my tire and auto needs.

Best game in town. They didn t know I had local connections and I rolled up in an RV with California plates talk about an easy mark I thought I needed a new rear tire in my dually, and Jeremy ordered me a next day tire. I showed up and the tech discovered it was the flimsy adapter that was poorly connected and leaking and wouldn t let the tire hold air. I was too dumb to think of it. Tire passed the soapy water test.End result? Perfect ride, all tires checked and no charge. Absolutely perfect service. Thanks guys!

Second time having my front end rebuilt (different trucks) done super fast and adorable! We also do our oil changes here all the time and can usually get them in same day! Love this place!

I wouldn't support this business after seeing how they treat the bar owner with whom they share a parking lot. More than half the spots were empty and they threatened to have one her four customers today towed if they didn't move their truck 50 feet to street parking. I would understand if they were busy and parking spots were limited. But they're literally doing it just to cause trouble... no other reason. The bar next door, Rookies, is fantastic though and you should try it!

Absolutely avoid Quadcity tire. I had made an appointment for 8am severaldays ago. I get there early, only to be told they are to busy to get me in, and to come back at 10am, and maybe then they could get me in. Came back at 10am, and was again told they were to busy to get me in,and to try them in an hour. At 11 am I go back and I'm told ounce again that they are just to busy, all the while helping other customers that were coming in. Now remember I had made an APPOINTMENT several days in advance, so that I wouldn't have this issue. Finally after 12 they finally got to me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! !

Let me first start out by saying, these guys "rocked it" with this being the first tire purchase as I was a slight bit apprehensive using the new guy in town. I shopped around the entire valley and also clear up to Cottonwood where tires "used to be" the best bargain. These guys killed it. They had the tires in the following day after I gave them the "go"! Their price was waaaaaaaaaayyyyy better than everyone in town and much greater than my expectations. My appointment was at 3 PM and we were almost a half hour late. These guys had my car finished in less than an hour! I'd say my time, savings and experience would have to give them a 10 if it would allow! I'd say my savings were nearly 20% + over all the others, and believe me I shopped everywhere. A huge kudos to these guys and they have my business for years to come.They also just rebuilt the transfer case in my 2000 Dodge Cummings Turbo diesel and it works like brand new!Thank to these guys for taking the worry out of automotive problems.

These guys are truly amazing, I came down from Canada and picked up a screw in my tire while I was visiting my daughter in Clarkston, these guys Chaz and Jeremy and another young man took my car right in, inflated my tire because I couldn t stop, I was on my way to a meeting they gave me their card told me if I ran flat they would come get me. Long story short I went back a few days later THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE A rear tire on a BMW Z4 Who does that? I m a 70 year old grandma May God Bless these young men with a wonderful future

These guys are a joke. Took my truck there to get a simple level put on and they had it all day and couldn t even get the first bolt off. Told me they wanted to cut it but had to make sure they had another bolt to replace it before cutting. It was a Friday so i had them put the wheel back on and come back Monday they would have it. Show up Monday the kid that s supposed to be doing it Indy there and neither is the bolt. Call back Tuesday instead of wasting gas and still no bolt or kid that was supposed to do it. It s been about a week and still haven t heard from anyone there. So I ll just go somewhere with the people that actually work.

Kennon and Kole were awesome to deal with. Went above and beyond getting my pickup back on the road with no appointment, stayed late and charged a more than fair price. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Will be doing more business through them in the future.

Kennon is really good at what he does and works to make his customers happy. Everything from tires (crazy good prices) to lift kits with the works, he can do it all. Really clean shop and super professional.

These guys are clowns. Sold me a set of tires that handled like wagon wheels. Ended up having to buy another set and sell the bad ones on my own. Stay away!

Went in for an oil change. The workers there were extraordinarily kind, and they had quick service and a thorough inspection. It s 4 stars instead of 5 because it was $55, but maybe that s a normal price for the area

Quad Cities tires literally destroyed an expensive set of wheels that I brought in for a simple tire mount job. BEWARE some businesses are not as they appear. Enclosed is my actual letter to the court in Asotin, the actual judgement, and the actual check from Quad Cities tires to pay the damages. Decide for yourself

Always willing to help and fixes as soon as possible have done a couple repairs as well as always changing out tires between seasons with really no wait. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Kole and Kennon were the most reasonable prices around and not only that went above and beyond to make sure I had my pickup done even though they stayed at the shop until 10 o clock at night. Would recommend to everyone great people and great service!
