My wife and I love the people and the service. They are always so friendly at the drive up window. We enjoy this pharmacy so much we drive across the river from Idaho just so we can continue to use Owl Tri State Pharmacy.

Because One of my lifesaving recurring Monthly prescription drugs is expensive The Owl Tri-state pharmacy won't keep it stocked.I have been a long time customer. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer concern or appreciation

I have used this pharmacy for over 14 years. I've always had good service. Today, I did not. I don't know what is going on their. I had 2 rx's faxed their from minor care. I went directly over their and told them they were just faxed and gave them my ph. # . I would be waiting in the parking lot. Over an hour later I go back through the drive through and ask about rx's. She checked and asked if I could come back tomorrow, they could not fill it completely. So, I asked for part of it, it is vertigo med and I needed it. Then I asked about 2 nd rx and they said they didn't get it. They were sent together! I finally told them, forget it, and I'm not coming back. He smiles and says ok, see you later!!! Their people skills have sadly been lost i guess.

Owl drugstore abruptly stopped taking my Prescriptions, said they no longer take Medicare/Medicaid. I received no letter/email/phone call. Will be taking my complaint higher.

My husband and I switched to the Tri-state Owl pharmacy about eight months ago and we have had nothing but great service. :-) Plus they have really nice customer rewards. I had received many free gifts I.e. three purses worth at least 20.00 each, home d�cor like birdcage with candle in side with timer, a lot of greeting cards and many other things. The ladies that work there are great and have a good sense of humor, customer service and provided a lot of help with questions or special requests.

I have had meds delivered 3 times for my grandmother and the man rings the door bell, and the immediately starts banging on the door until you open it. Then he is not pleasant or polite at all! We will be leaving this pharmacy asap.

I love Owl pharmacy. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. Owl Tri-State Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since I was a child and will continue to be my only pharmacy. Thank you for the wonderful grade A service.

Although they are discontinuing the gift shop aspect of the store the pharmacy is PREMIERE. They provide excellent care and pay mind to your existing prescriptions when dispensing. Plus they're mom and pop! Buy local!

I love this store the sales staff are excellent. So sad to see it go. It was a grate place to shop at while whating for my med to be filed.

They can never get my complete prescription in no matter how many days I give them almost be all ways I have to make 2 to 4 trips to get my prescription
