These guys are great. I had a few problems and needed a few pieces of advice and I walked out a very happy customer with all the parts and all the knowledge I needed to fix my car up. Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody who's trying to work on their own car and only has a little bit of mechanical knowledge.

ProsThe staff all seemed pretty knowledgeable and eager to help and offered their insight when I described a problem I was having with my vehicle. I have not tried what they recommended yet, however I do think it will work based on what I know and how he explained it. Priced reasonable and have had what I needed each time.ConsOnly things would be:That often there is a longer wait than one would likeThen the one time I had called in an order in advance, they placed it aside for me, but when I arrived they could not find it. So after waiting like 7 minutes I had to leave and return later after my other plans were over to get it. Consequently I had to use my personal vehicle for work which screwed everything up. I ran late due to having to transfer and load up tools and equipment between vehicle. Was left only being able to take a smaller ladder. Also, I had needed a specific tool at a certain point but it was left in the truck and just compounded my problems.All in all I would recommend for anyone considering them...just would note that you might have to exercise a little patience occasionally.

Worst Customer service I have ever received! 8 days to get a alternator plus 20 dollars shipping is unheard of! It took 2 days and 3 trips to the store just to get the right one! The parts man named Willie is worthless and I will never set foot in another Napa again

Lack of communication at counter guys . Mistakes made are evidentiary ..Safety meeting every morning retain most knowledgeable people the rest already learned bad habbits.

Was really disappointed this time around.Brought in the headlight bulb in needed, was sold the wrong ones; on two separate trips. Which I didn't find out until I got to Honda; as they have to take the front of my car apart to do the headlights

shorted me 2 dollars and gave me the wrong thing when I brought in the part I needed to replace, then they got frustrated with me when I came back 10/10 would not recommend, just go to autozone at least you d get good service and the parts you need

Staff is friendly and helpful, items on the shelf are fairly easy to find. But we know how NAPA can be over priced for some items.

They generally have your part or can get it the next day. Docked them a star as they are generally the most expensive parts store as well.
