Was very friendly and knowledgeable staff. First ever experience buying a new Atv. No pressure and very easy to work with. Even brought a Family member to purchase one a few days after I purchased one. Would recommend Mac's Cycle for any of your hobbies no mater what your favorite Motor sport. Thanks to All involved with my experience.

My husband and I purchased a Kawasaki dirt bike for me. I went to Mac s by myself to look at them the first time and I took my husband with me the day I purchased the motorcycle. The staff there is so friendly and makes sure to answer any questions. Jesse always treats me with respect and answers my questions. This is the second time we ve purchased something from Mac s with Jesse as our salesperson. We ll be back again the next time we need something!

Had my generator for just short of a year with no contact. I called numerous times and finally told needed a new carb and labor to install. Waited about three more months and called numerous times. Finally they said it was ready. Went to pick up expecting what I was told about 250 or less. Bill was 400. Got the generator back and it had the exact problem I brought it in for. Brought it back for them to fix had it for three months no contact. Finally went in and they told me they were no long we r a dealer so couldn't get parts. So here I am after paying 400 to fix it with a non working generator. Will never do business with them again after this experience.

Jesse was super helpful and patient with every question I had. Helpful because I live 2 hours away from Mac s cycle, everything was partially done over the phone and he walked me through it all, detail by detail. Full of knowledge and very respectful. He listens to the needs and wants of the customer and doesn t want to sell you on the higher priced items. I highly recommend working with Mac s cycle, they made my first side by side purchase extremely easy.Thank you!

From our first "window shopping" visit to today, when we purchased our side by side, our experiences have been amazing. Both Tom and Jesse made it a great experience. They took their time and answered all our questions, even some we didn't know to ask! Financing was a breeze. We showed up, signed a few papers, and were on our way. Great place to do business.

Mac's Cycle was amazing! Impeccable and warm customer service, over the phone and in person. After we bought our snowmobile and were finishing up paperwork, they hooked up our new trailer and got everything ready to go before we even finished the paperwork. A few minutes after we left, they called us and asked us to come back to the shop so they could double check the trailers tires and the tie down straps. Amazing. Worth the long drive. Will be coming back for our next snowmobile. We couldnt be more happy.

Been into Mac's twice for my BMW and both times the service was excellent. Ivan seems very knowledgeable. The pricing for my services has seemed fair also.

From the first phone call with Jesse answering the phone with enthusiasm and excitement, I knew this was the right dealer for me. Before I hung up the phone I had a text with all the information I was asking about on a new Teryx 4, including options and packages they put together for them. There was no pressure and he honestly treated me like a old friend. It took a few months for the machine to show up do to the current times, no fault of Macs, but once it did the experience in the store was even better. All the staff treated me like family, a friend and a life long customer. The purchasing experience was quick, no hidden sales tactics, very efficient and honest. I also purchased a few service items while in the shop, again I was treated like family. It s a great place where you can tell everyone is proud to work there!! I will be back for the scheduled major service s. By the way, Macs is not local for me-it s just under a 3 hour drive. But when your treated like you matter and not just a sale, I d drive cross county for this. Great job Macs- you just earned a life long family of customers!!!

Very nice company. Responded promptly to my questions. Paperwork was done efficiently. ATV (used) matched as advertised. 4 stars instead of 5 only due to not getting my ORV sticker until I called. Probably just an unintentional error.

I received great personalized service from the salesman who helped me. He made everything go smoothly and seamlessly. There was no haggling over price and he filled the tank and checked the tire pressure before I left. It was a great buying experience and I would definitely go back.

I just purchased a 2023 ninja 400 from mac's cycle. It was a very good experience. I have shopped there for years. I highly recommend them. I know I will be back soon .

I took my bmw motorcycle in for an oil leak under warranty. They helped me unload my bike when I left it, and had it all cleaned up when I picked it up. Mac's was great about keeping me updated with the progress of the work being done. They know what they are doing for sure! I traveled from Boise ID because they were highly recommended by others.

Awesome motorcycle shop and service center in the area. I come here anytime I need my bike serviced or when I am in search of a new one. Sales service is top notch and their sevice center is unparalleled in the Inland Northwest. They always take care of customers... and because of that I will be purchasing from them very soon!

I have to say these guys deserve huge props what they say is what they do. The whole experience was a 100% no bs purchase. They were awesome to work with and they showed me everything I needed to know about my side by side. Not to mention they were the only people who had anything available at a decent price but mine wasn't a decent price it was one hell of a deal and I am glad I got ahold of these guys I was in and out of there within the hour. Super super happy with my purchase and I will be doing alot more of my business with Mac's Cycle they worked with me the whole way and I will continue with my happy purchase. Thank you Mac's Cycle will be in touch for any of my other needs! And the price listed is the price you pay very rare and of course they had the prices on hand none of that call me then we can give you a price after we have had all of your info so we can call you 100 times so that is a huge plus for these guys as well. I have been a loyal customer since 2012 after the purchase of a new Honda quad. Accessories are vast for everything you need to get out and have fun. Pricing is competitive and most importantly staff at parts store is always very helpful and friendly. If they dont have something you need they can get it in no time and even ship it. Service department has been flawless. I've never had a bad experience and I literally drive over 250 miles from Western Washington. Mac's cycles goes out of the way to always have the small town feel and remembers your name between 6-12 month visits. Recently, I had my quad stolen but recovered and damaged. Mac's put it back together perfectly. Thank you! Customer for life.
