They had no clue what there talking about I called them about a trail I purchased and they said I can t use it for three years. I called the courthouse right after speaking with them and wouldn t you know it I am using my trailer legally! Every time I have tried to get something registered it has been a week process. They have a 2.9 rating for a reason.

This is a subagent, not the actual state department.Cash or a personal check only. They do not accept debit or cards. In 2022?!The seating area only fits about 3 people, so if there is a line be prepared to wait outside.We came here to make a legal name change for Jessica and add James to a title. It was a complicated mess, to put it lightly.James spent over an hour for his first visit and was given documents to have signed and notorized that weren't needed. We eventually got it figured out, but it was a journey.The customer service here is very unique...

I was promised a nice person I got a rude lady that didn't want to take my call over the phone so she gives a story about them being swamped. Really every time I call? It's not that big of place and I doubt very much there is a line out the door with people getting licensing done today or another day. One or two people is not busy try McDonald's that's busy.

The one lady there is very rude and does not know her job!! Some of Washington's B.S. can be a pain, and this gal makes it worse not better! The same paperwork this foul woman can never figure out is perfectly fine out at County Auditors office, and the knowledgable staff there will take care of it and have you out in no time at all. They know what they're doing! And they have figured out how to take debit cards too. Take the papers out to the county auditors office. It's not that far.

As with the nature of ALL businesses, the ladies may be either busy or slow. I applaud them for being professional and greeting every single customer when they walk in the door.With all thats gone on in our world, these ladies deserve a huge pat on the back and a thank you for renewing a vital service in our community!

I work at a local title loan company. Both ladies are very helpful when processing paperwork. They are both extremely knowledgable about their job and DOL procedures. Tammy even stayed open late one night so our customer, who drove over from Benton City, could apply for a lost title! Thank you Tammy!

I bought a vehicle through P1FCU. I went in to license it was told I needed the title. I went home and called P1FCU. What Licensing Etc. didn't tell me was I could get a 60 day temp since it wasn't titled in WA. So I went back. Then they didn't tell me they needed the exact odometer reading, the truck was at home since I couldn't drive it. The entire licensing process went this way. EVERY time I went in it was something else they "forgot" to tell me. The "experienced" woman there has no personality, she has a "poisonality" and is training the new woman to be the same. AVOID this place at all costs and go to the courthouse.

They never trust the paperwork you give them. They required me to get an appraisal one time just to transfer on an old 70s pickup. If they're having a good day you'll have a good day. If they're not. You won't!!!

They were very kind and helpful. It's a small place so it was very crowded and seemed busy when I went in, but they remained patient with everyone while working as quick as possible. Just maybe could have used an extra person that day.

If I could give license Etc a zero I would. Talk about woke. The employee was all willing to give her woke opinion. Did not help me. I drove 5 miles down the road to Asotin Court house and got my issue solved.

The ladies were very friendly, told me exactly what I needed to bring with me, and were fast and efficient. Easiest and most pleasant registration experience I've had. Thanx ladies!

the craziness of these masks policies are getting to be ridiculous in Washington not to mention my biggest complaint here is that the two ladies working the front desks are completely rude
