As with many of the Les Schwab locations I've visited, this was no exception to Schwab's reputation for professionalism. I was immediately helped upon walking in, all of my questions were answered by knowledgeable staff, and quick service was a priority. I got a diagnosis and quote from them for an issue with the front end of my car, all for free, and in less than 15 minutes. I continue to be impressed with almost all of their stores I've been to. Highly recommend.

Noise coming from front drivers side. Stopped in late Saturday afternoon to have it checked. The worker came over to ask me if I needed help. Told him my problem. He told me to pull over and when he finished working on vehicle he would bring it in. Right away he drove the van into the bay. Jacked up van and checked front end. Noticed wheel was lose. He checked the rest of the lug nuts and said problem solved. Asked how much and he said no charge. Fast friendly and fixed what could have ended up a bad situation. Thanks for the great service on a Saturday. Just before closing . I should have got your name but I didn t. Your company has a very good employee. Based on what I saw the whole shop seems to be helpful. When they back out vehicles someone spots them. Very professional. Thanks again for helping me out. Such a relief. No more noises. Going to make the drive back home on Monday a whole lot safer.

The guys at this location are amazing. We had been having some serious problems with our truck s steering and had taken it to a few other places to try and get a diagnosis and a quote. I m glad we decided to go to Les Schwab for a third opinion and the repairs. This branch more than lives up to the reputation of the company. Erik is awesome. He made sure that we got what we needed done well and in record time. Didn t charge too much either. We feel completely safe again driving down the road, and that s priceless. Thanks for helping out a couple veterans. You rock!

I appreciate the ability to make payments and how I am treated by anyone from the Schwab team members. And service done in a timely manner. I definitely would refer Schwab's to anyone.

I really like this place. I was going on a road trip and decided to (thank goodness!) get my tires checked. I purchased 2 new tires or I probably would not have made it. The staff is friendly and fast. I highly recommend making an appointment as this is a busy store.

The customer service is horrible. Make it seem like you are an inconvenience because you are wanting their services. Then when they screw up, it s your fault. Been a customer for years, will never go back to this Les Schwab.

I went in to have my battery checked. The guy was rude to the front desk gal and he acted like it was an inconvenience to help me check my battery. Everybody has bad days but don t advertise fast friendly service if you re not going to do it. I won t be buying from that store.

These guys were great! I had 5 lugs out of 14 that were stripped. Today I went to make a payment on my tires n asked about getting tires rotated they put me right in

I have never had a bad experience with Les Schwab. This was my first time visiting this location and the team here was great. I had a breakdown on my 50' Wilson Road Brute flatbed. A wheel bolt had sheared off on the rear trailer axle and the other lug nuts had come loose while I had 52,000lbs. of plate steel on the deck. The loose lugs allowed the wheels to wobble while running through the mountains and hills of North Central Idaho causing damage to the wheels and the hub. I needed 2 wheels replaced as part if the repair. Les Schwab sent a service truck out to perform the wheel swap and the tech arrived withing 30 minutes. He swapped my tires onto the new wheels in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to the crew at this Les Schwab I had one less thing to worry about on this trip. Thanks guys.

This is my favorite Schwab s store in the Valley. The workers are so kind and funny and are very quick to get the job done. Costco told me they wouldn t be able to get my vehicle done at all, brought it here and it was done within a couple hours after dropping off.

Well interesting to say the LEAST. went in to get tires rotated. Was told I've got around 22% tread on my tires. At that point was told they absolutely wouldn't deal with them because of safety and their insurance concerns. Was told I would need to replace all tires and the spare. The quote was around $1150 out the door.First off I own a 2 wheel drive Dodge Ram 2500. So the front axle and back wheels are independent of each other. Neither here or there it's all about the money.Plus the manager was arrogant and arguing with me about what I should do with MY TRUCK. SORRY I GREW UP AND WAS TAUGHT THAT YOU DON'T ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. IT'S JUST BAD.In the last few years have had a lot of experiences with Les Swab. So I guess me personally. Would recommend someone else. The customer service gets a HUGE F+.GOOD LUCK LES SWAB. NOTHING PERSONAL.

Even though they were super busy, everyone was still very friendy. My appointment was easy from the very beginning to end. Even though I was running a tad late they were able to honor the stated time frame. Also, I am never worried about anything after purchase, sincr their service is undeniable by any standard.

They installed my brakes backwards, effectively causing a hole to be rubbed in the brake line, effectively cutting my brakes. They could have and nearly did cause me to get into multiple accidents .They apologized profusely but offered no refund.Their online bill pay system is atrocious and overly complicated.

Just had to stop in and have new tires put on that we had mounted on some rims the day before and was in and out faster then I had thought I would be. Thanks guys for getting me on my way as fast as you did.

Always great hustle and attentiveness from every employee. Old fashion service that you just don't see a lot anymore. Plus they've been consistently like that,anywhere I've gone. I started dealing with the company as a 16yr old kid in 1973. Impressive company especially in these days of mainly self service.

I was in from out of town and needed new tires. The fellas were very nice and helpful. They had several tires in stock to choose from. They very quickly had the tires installed and ready to go. Great service and they have Les Schwab in Denver, so the services and warranty transfer. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing tires or service. Thanks again!

I m on a road trip from Wisconsin to Coastal Oregon and got a flat tire about a half hour out of town. I drove into Les Schwab on my spare and the super nice people here got me in immediately, fixed the damaged tire immediately, assessed my spare and said it s good and I was back on the road within an hour. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and professional. They took a potentially stressful situation and were able to quickly set my mind at ease. Thank you.

Just got new tires for my truck here. The tires are better priced than anywhere else for the quality you get. They don't give any the beef in February anymore but that's fine. The customer service is always good. The guys that work there will give you their personal opinion and not try to upsell.

Pros:Staff at this Les Schwab Tire Center are very polite and are very good at listening to you. Finding what you need for your rig within your price range is something they'll do their best for you.Their waiting area is decent and they offer free wi-fi.Cons:If you're in a hurry, make sure to make an appointment. Tire/brake/alignment services are not speedy at all. A patch job for a hole in a tire could take upward to an hour and a half.I'm sure this was a one time mistake for them; but I had them redo my brakes and they presumably did not put the correct amount of brake fluid in the lines, resulting in my new brakes being faulty. However, I took it back immediately and they had it fixed an hour later. They even called in one of their mechanics from home to fix the issue.In conclusion:They have a good staff, and for the most part their service is solid. Be prepared to take time for any repairs/swaps unless you make an appointment. I would recommend them, all in all.
