I brought a broken window to them that had 1 of the 2 panes of glass broken, and in less than 24 hours they had the window repaired with a new pane of glass and it was back in the house! Crazy fast, very friendly, always professional. No reason to go anywhere else in the valley if you need glasswork done!

They were great! We had them make four new widow screens for us and two of them were 1/2" too long in one dimension - It was our fault... as we thought they were the same measurements for all of our windows. They redid the two that were too long for no charge!! Pretty darn cool. THANKS!!

Just wanted to say what a great job in installing my exterior and interior french doors. I'm sorry that I forgot the installers' names - they were great. When we were working with the office they were very professional and friendly. We have been customers for a long time.

We had Clarkston Glass replace all our windows, 22 in all, between 2006 and 2008! We recently had to have one replaced and Clarkston Glass got it done in a very timely manner! And it was still under warranty! Ryan did a great job with the window and clean up! Great customer service and a great company!

I have used Clarkston Glass for many, many years for a variety of projects, I have never, ever walked away unhappy. The staff is always so helpful, professional and very pleasant. They are THE most reasonable place in the valley for material cost and labor. I recommend them all the time :).

We woke up to the fireplace glass shattered. Clarkston Glass took our order and had it cut and ready for pickup in less then an hour. What fantastic friendly service. Will definitely return here if need be!

I went in to clarkston glass last week to set up an appointment to have our front door measured for replacement and also a bedroom window. The time was scheduled for may 6 at 3 pm. Well no one showed up. I spoke with a lady wh said they never schedule for thursdays it had to be a Tuesday. Well they didn t show up 2 days ago either. They must have enough business that they don t need ours. Avoid them

Quality, attentive, timely, and reasonable prices. Modular storm window repaired and very pleased. Would definitely take my future glass projects here.

Have always done a very good job on all the projects that I have brought to them. Read a review on here that was very negative about a car window replacement. I would have taken my car to a specialist in that arena. I use this business for home windows and screens.

This is the worst place in the valley to get your car windows replaced. Really bad customer service and lack of equipment made this usually quick and easy replacement a huge ordeal that lasted a week. If you need a windshield replaced, wait for Safe Light. Even though you have to wait for a appointment to open because they are located in Spokane, its well worth the wait.

Got a quote for a windshield, waited a week for it to arrive, dropped my car off in the morning and it was done and everything was good at pick-up at the end of the day.
