I just bought my fourth car from Clarkston Auto Sales yesterday. Bill and Kristen are amazing to work with. I've never purchased a car from another dealership and felt so taken care of before. I always feel like I'm getting a good deal. I always feel like I'm being treated fairly. I'm always treated like a person and not a sale and I would highly encourage anyone looking to buy a used car to go to Clarkston Auto Sales. They really go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and to see to it that you leave with a car that you're happy with. I have a hard time buying from anyone else.

Heath replaced a headlight that had a crack in the cover that was letting excessive moisture in, which reduced the efficiency of the light. He is a pleasure to deal with and had it replaced in less than an hour.

Fantastic experience all the way around. I was given a great trade in value. Bill was right on top of fixing a couple small issues the vehicle we were buying had without hesitation. Everyone I worked with was friendly and efficient. My family has bought cars for years from Bill and hands down I would recommend Clarkston Auto Sales and Bill to everyone!

I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle like I did with Bill and his team. Whether your local or out of state (im from San Diego, CA) don't hesitate to make the purschase. Honesty is a dear quality that Bill has and he will tell you every detail of the vehicle your are interested in to buy. His detailer and mechanic will have you safely on the road. I drove 1,801 miles from his dealership to San Diego without a hiccup. Thanks again Bill..

There are just not enough words to say Thank you for the care I received in purchasing my new SUV. I was in a car wreck and they totaled my car. When you are not expecting to have to purchase a car it can be difficult. However, every step with Brooke and Bill was a blessing! She texted me, she took care of each small detail. She was kind, they went above and beyond. We need more families like the Butler's in our lives. If you need a new ride, this needs to be your first and only stop. They gained lifetime customers from us!We contacted Bill and Brook with a specific request and they made it happen. We were in the market for an electric vehicle and while shopping at other dealerships we were met with staff who had zero willingness to learn about electric vehicles and help us in our search.Brook and Bill ensured to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for. This was not only my first time buying from a dealership, but also buying out of state. I'm still blown away by how professional and helpful everyone was. Absolutely top notch customer service, and just good hearted people in general. I mainly dealt with Brook, and she really went out of her way to answer all my questions, and or have them answered by Bill or their mechanic if she personally did not know. She 100% went above and beyond. They were never pushy, nor did they try to force me into buying anything, it really was a very unique and humbling experience. Also, very upfront and honest, there were lots of people interested in this truck and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Really, the list could go on and on. They made this experience so well worth it, and most definitely made the paperwork/buying process super easy for me. Very happy customer!!! I live in CO, and had my brother drive up there to pick it up for me, everyone knew what was going on and had everything ready for when he got there. If I could give more stars, I would!! Thank you!

I believe I have purchased four vehicles from CAS in the last 15 years and it was a great experience every time. All my maintenance is done in the shop by Heath and his crew. He doesn t overcharge and doesn t try to sell you parts you don t need. Bill, Brook and everyone else up front are the real deal. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

We recently took our Subaru over to Clarkston Auto for a fuel line leak. We had already taken it to another mechanic for the same issue and they did not fix it and charged us way too much to not fix it.Took it to Clarkston Auto and it was fixed in 1 day and it cost us $45. Never in my life have I taken a car to the shop and only been charged only $45!In addition, they had suggestions on what we may need to fix down the road and warning signs to look for in order to know when we need to get it in for those fixes. Normally I feel pressured by other mechanics to fix multiple other things, but Clarkston Auto was amazing, honest and our car is now fixed!We ve purchased our last two cars there and I already knew they were wonderful, but now we will be using them for their service department too. I can t recommend them enough.

My son just moved to Seattle area and commutes about an hour to work. His only vehicle decided to stop working. Being in town this weekend for Easter we thought we could find a cheaper used car to get him by. We had heard from everyone to go to Clarkston auto sales and that Bill was an excellent and honest owner. We shopped around Saturday morning and decided on a car from Bill. Long story short we had multiple unusual circumstances and Bill was more than accommodating and met with us after hours to get him in a safe vehicle knowing that he had to return to Seattle Sunday. We were able to stay in our price range, he was honest and friendly. He actually met us 3 different times and 2 of those were after hours. The lady in the office also came back to help us too. I highly recommend going here when shopping for a used car. Thanks again for everything.

Extremely helpful sales team! The staff knows how to treat people wether you buy a vehicle from them or not. Brook answered all of my questions with more detail and class than any dealer I have ever dealt with. Very informative and very prompt! Bill(the owner) is not your typical car dealer. Friendly, honest and genuine! He would give you the shirt off of his back!We drove over 700 miles round trip and wouldn t hesitate to do it again. The truck that I bought from them is everything that they said it was and then some. People nowadays generally suck and car dealers are the worst. Not these folks! Do not hesitate to buy your next vehicle here!

Bought a truck several weeks ago. They were honest with everything and straight forward. The only disappointment for me was they didn't except cards for payments. Overall would definitely recommend them!

In the 15+ years I have been driving, I have bought the vast majority of my cars here. My family also shops here. Bill and staff are honest, hardworking folk, who will work to make sure you are happy. THE most straightforward car dealership I've ever shopped. If there's an issue with a vehicle you're looking at, they will let you know. If you find and issue with a vehicle you've bought from them, they will work with you to take care of it, in a timely, affordable manner. Great place to do business. The valley is lucky to have them.

Regardless of the situation we always end up buying our cars here. We love Bill Butler and the others who work here. They're honest and care about you. Bill has always gone above and beyond what he has to for us. I've never heard a bad thing about them. You always have the Bill Butler warranty. That is, if you bought from him and it has a problem he takes care of it.Today is no different. I'm sitting at the lot waiting for a new radiator to be installed in my new to me used car I bought last week. I could have a loaner to drive, but I've been visiting people coming onto the lot. Actually have a lady test driving a car right now. With them luck!

So this last month I've been trying to get my car traded and get a new car, and let me just say it was infuriating. I went from dealership to dealership and talked with many different salesman around the valley and was so flustered by all the b.s. and the backwards customer service I was getting, I was honestly getting to the point where to the point where I just wanted to give up. Then I went to Clarkston auto and it was just the exact opposite. The staff over there are just awesome, super friendly, helpful and not trying to pull one over on you. Best car shopping experience I have ever had was over there with Bill at clarkston auto. If your looking for a car and a great hassle free experience I would highly recommend going over there. Thanks Clarkston auto for your awesome service!

Over the past 20 yrs my husband and I have bought 5 vehicles from Clarkston Auto Sales. My husband passed away a year ago and I've just purchased the 6th vehicle. I will continue to buy there because there is no other dealership that can compete with them. They are honest, fair and Bill has personally gone above and beyond what he has to do to help us. I couldn't thank him enough for everything he's done and wish I could tell everyone to go there first, last and always.

So we purchased a used Nissan Maxima here. A few days later we realized that the car was pretty much dead. Bad transmission and a list of other stuff. We went back and they made it right. We got into a better car that we love. This place has earned our respect and business for the rest of our life's. Most other places would of just said to bad, your burnt, no warranty. Clarkston Auto went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful for there service and dedication to get us into a good car.
