These people are awesome they're fast and efficient as only place I'll take my car now. thank you twisted wrenches love you guys. this is the place to go. And when they change your oil it's clean and clear. as for my daughter she took hers somewhere and paid $130 and her oil was dark didn't even look like it's been changed at one of those fast rapid places. Twisted wrenches are one of a kind.

While I was driving to Seattle on I-5, my car started to shake. It was 4:30pm on a Friday, so everywhere I called couldn t take me, except for Twisted Wrenches. I was so relieved! The front desk person was generous, even giving me their extra water bottle when I was thirsty. And when I showed up they took my car straight back to take a look at it. In under 15 min, I was back on the road. The spark plug became disconnected, so it was a quick fix. I can t express enough how much this resolved my anxiety. Without Twisted Wrenches my weekend plans would have been ruined!

Great service, and most importantly, they have real mechanics they can repair your car correctly and on time for a fair price

We have an RV that we needed to jump start. Then, it got so even after a good jump, it would die in a moment or two. We figured it needed a new alternator. We scheduled an appointment with Twisted Wrenches. To get the RV to the shop, we purchased a new battery and hoped it had the juice even with a dead alternator to keep the engine running for the 11-mile trip.A couple of hours after dropping off the RV, the shop called to say the alternator was fine. The problem was the old battery. We were so relieved, as we had been expecting a repair bill of several hundred dollars. We were also extremely appreciative of the honesty of Twisted Wrenches. Another shop could have found problems, and how would we have known?I hope our RV will run forever, but if we have problems, Twisted Wrenches is the place we will go.Service: Engine repair

I brought my Dodge Ram in for service and I was extremely happy with the work and honesty here. I told them I wanted the power steering pump replaced and a few other services. They could have just done the work and charged me for it but they found that it did not need replaced. Any other shop I have been to would have just done the work and charged me for it.Thank you for your honesty and integrity. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

The folks that work there are really cool. My family was pleased with their performance on our vehicles. They saved us a ton! Definitely better than most others we've gone too. Keep up the good work Twisted Wrenches!

I brought my car in to get an oil leak fixed. They said it would be a about 2 weeks to get it worked on. I ended up buying a new vehicle and called them and told them never mind and I don't need it fixed. The proceded to fix it anyway. Then they called another week later and said they bad to fix an oil leak which is what I brought it in for so they didn't fix the reason I brought it in until later. Now I have to pay 1000 dollars that I don't have.so I just got my car back today and took it to my mechanic friend and he said I was over charged and that the one part they fixed should have been new but it wasnt.once I got my car back the tire was completely flat. Also when I brought it in it had almost a full tank and now it's at half.

Oil and coolant sprayed all over engine compartment. Heat shielding cut and dangling. Water instead of coolant in radiator. And leaking coolant now where there was no leak prior. Also, left my vehicle unlocked and open in parking lot on side of hiway. Very disappointed and will no longer be bringing my vehicles to them in the future.

This place gives repair shops a bad reputation. This place is run by hack jobs that not only do not have the knowledge about how to fix, let alone diagnose cars, but they also do not have any respect for customers.Of all my years driving a car, I have never ever been so disgusted with the lack of service I got here. They are liars, cheaters, screamers, and otherwise horrible people that should not be working anywhere but a deep dark coal mine. Please, do not take anything you own or anyone you care about to this "shop" I promise you will regret it. They will ruin your property and play the victim.

This place is a rip off. Charged $800.for A tune up on a s10 p/u. They changed 5 of the 6 spark plugs no wires no cap no rotor. No oil change nothing. And the truck blew a head gasket on The way down to California. we requested to have a complete check up and all maintenance to be done. This place is bad.

My experience was not good. I took my 1999 Ford Diesel Pickup into them because it was having a starting problem (so I thought). It would start then run a couple of minutes then die. I was told it was a fuel pump so I bought one and asked them to replace the old one. They did the job as asked. It started and I drove it home. Next morning, it had the same problem, so I took it back to them. This time they ran the codes and said it was low oil and it had a low oil sensor that would shut the engine off so they fill the oil (I had them change oil at the same time though Walmart had changed oil just two weeks before). The shop (Twisted Wrenches) never noticed the massive oil leak. It was leaving puddles! I drove it to Longview and back and had the same problem again. It was down just over a gallon and my friend crawled underneath and found a major oil leak he thought was a hole in the pan, it wasn't. Twisted Wrenches then checked it out and said it was the Rear Main Seal. They told me they could replace it, so I said yes to please replace it. $640.00 to replace the seal. I was going tottally off what they were telling me. They have my truck two days (it's my only vehicle) I take it home and notice it is still leaking oil the same as before. They say to bring it back and they will check it out. They say that apparently the main seal was not the problem but the think the turbo gaskets/seals on top of the engine are leaking. I take it back to them again at 8 am for a 4 hour job (book time) and they are not done when they close for the evening. I have medical appoinments I am having to cancel. I am a Disabled Navy Veteran. I get a call from them telling me after they took the turbo apart that it was not the problem, and I said well I hope you find it because I have $1100.00 into this problem and it's not fixed. The owner "Wayne" gets rude with me and say they will just slap it back together and I can come get it and take it somewhere else. They put it back together the next day, and when I arrived to pick it up the owner got rude to me again saying that I had said they were inexperianced. I do not remember ever saying that to him or his office worker. I did say that I was frustrated because it was costing a me a fortune and they had had it in their multiple times for the same problem. If you want to have a shop go on a fishing expedition using your money while they search for a massive oil leak then have the owner get rude call you names and tell you to get the "F*&k out of there when you question why it is taking so long to find a problem. Be my guest. Use them. I have receive no refund for them misdiagnosing the rear main seal and charging me $640.00 to replace something that was not bad.

I had Twisted Wrenches replace the alternator in my car. After only about 3 months, I was about an hour from home and the alternator went out again. In a panic, I called and spoke with Stacie in their office. She immediately got on the phone and started making calls to see if the warranted part could be replaced by a shop near where I was stranded. Within a short period of time, she called me back with a plan. I was able to take my car over to another repair shop in the area where I was and they got me right in and had me back on the road within a couple of hours! Everything was covered, so I had no out of pocket cost for the replacement of the defective part. I was thrilled with the level of service that I received from Twisted Wrenches! I'll be back!

Bad service, ripoff prices, please dont use these people. And they don't fix the problem. Example: bring your car in for oil change and they want to change the rear main seal!!!!

Save yourself time & money by going to another mechanic. Not professional. Can't meet their own time frames. They are rude without reason. Not worth it.

I and many of my family members have brought our vehicles here and they will be fixed for a short time only to have a new problem come about or the same one and then charge us two times to "try and fix it", the owners will replace a switch and tell you when it dose not work right to "just jiggle it" all in all unprofessional.
