I live in Idaho and had my windshield cracked when passing through. These guys were so fast, efficient and didn't damage my paint job on my 370z. If you want real professionals than choose this company. Price was great too!

I bought a used Honda Civic early December at Swickard Honda in Gresham. Two days later I found quite a bit of water on the floor on the passenger side of the car. The seller wasn't cooperative when I contacted them, and I didn't have time for the 2 hours drive to the dealer. I was referred to Ready AutoGlass and Eric.Eric assessed the condition of the car with relation to water entering the passenger compartment in a few minutes. In one appointment Eric trouble shot and reinstalled the windshield, which solved the problem. The car went from a burden to transportation. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and a great communicator.Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you! Please support this wonderful local business.

Outstanding business. My first time using this local business and I am impressed! Called yesterday, had an appointment this morning to get my windshield chips fixed.Entire staff was professional, friendly and thorough in explaining the process.Technician Jordan did an outstanding job on my windshield and was able to fix some very difficult chips. The price was very reasonable and affordable. They will definitely have my business for any future needs.

I highly recommend Ready Autoglass! Requested a quote online and McKenzie immediately responded with an itemized estimate, booked my appointment and Brad and his coworker (didn't catch his name) came out today and finished my windshield replacement in under an hour. The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. This is the type of customer service that is dying out these days and I appreciate so much everyone at Ready Autoglass! Thank you!!

Excellent customer service! Eric was incredibly thorough, and transparent in his approach to changing cracked windshields on two of my vehicles. I will definitely take my business to Ready AutoGlass in the future!

I've had my windshield replaced. I had an appointment within 3 days and took about an hour. Then I had my side mirror replaced. Came to my house within a week.Good service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. And they're really nice people.

While driving from Portland to Seattle, I got a crack in the windshield that grew to be 10 long. I drove in to Ready Autoglass. Eric and the staff greeted us warmly. We told eric our situation and that we were on a tight window to catch a show in Seattle. Eric was fast, efficient, and very personable. Amazing service all around. Had a excellent experience from Sam & Eric! Professional, quick and they came to me! We had new glass put in a 1978 Ford Crew Cab. If you want the job done and you don't want to travel, give these guys a call! From first phone call to job completion under 1 week turn around!

We were panicked our car had taken damage from ice and snow from this January 2024 winter storm, we lucked out calling this place Eric the glass technician was helpful kind checked our cars glass thoroughly and defrosted the ice off our car before letting us know it was 100% undamaged and even after all his trouble helping us he didn't wanna charge for his time and help truly an amazing guy and a great experience

This place is amazing. I spoke with Lacie in the office multiple times and she was incredible, helpful and nice each time. Eric took care of my rear window leak, he was extremely thorough and was very honest with me about all of my options. I could tell that he genuinely cared about his customers and was not just trying to rip people off. Highly recommend. They fit us in quickly and came to us at no extra charge, so I didn't have to take time off work. Brad and Hunter were professional, explained the installation process, and educated us on taking care of a newly installed windshield. We had a camera attached to the mirror, and I told them they could just leave it on the seat. When they finished, I was surprised and pleased they had replaced it with the cable neatly tucked in. They even replaced our oil sticker. Nice touch! They explained how chip repair works so we can avoid a windshield replacement in the future. Great company. Will use them again if I get a crack or chip.

This has to be one of the most honest and one of the most service-oriented places I've everI thought I had a back window leaking it was actually the light above my cab they fixed it quickly set it on my way I saved me a lot of money and the time of need I can't thank you guys enough

They were so incredibly nice and so very helpful! I had to reschedule my appointment with them and they got me back in within two days and they were very understanding when I had to cancel. They ended up coming right out to me at work, got that windshield replaced in less than 30 mins, and I was good to go! The two that came out were easy going and kind. And, I didn t have to cut off an arm to pay for it all. Highly recommend them.

The people at Ready Auto Glass are AMAZING! They are so kind and so helpful and got us in SO FAST! We had damage to our windshield before someone decided to bash in our back side window in the middle of the night and steal from us, 75 miles from home. We had glass everywhere and had to tape up the window just to get us home. I called Ready Auto Glass the next day and BAM they got us scheduled for an appointment and they did such a great job replacing both our windshield and our back side window! We are so grateful! Incredibly professional! Got their recommendation from a co-worker. They replaced my front windshield on my jeep and did a great job. We originally contacted Ready AutoGlass because of a windshield repair, but ended up needing to get a full replacement. Ready AutoGlass was extremely helpful, courteous, and timely -- so important when you're having windshield replacement/repair done while you're at work! Absolutely amazing service! They arrived right on time and replaced my windshield quickly, but made sure the job was done right. Not only did they replace my windshield, they took the time to clean whatever mess was made from removing the broken one. Eric and Sam were the ones who came, and they were awesome. I enjoyed chatting with them. I would call them again if I needed another windshield, and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

The folks at ready autoglass are rockstars! I've had a leaky trunk on my 07 focus since I got it about 2 years ago. I've tried replacing the seal, adjusting the trunk lid, and nothing seemed to make a difference. My last guess was that the back window needed resealed. I showed up 30 minutes early just to see if they were ahead of schedule and they got me right in. Eric informed me my defroster was broken, so he ended up replacing the window. He took it outside to test for leaks, and water was still pouring into my trunk. He could have just told me it wasn't the window and sent me away, but he didn't. He took the window back off, and he and Samuel spent over 2 hours identifying and fixing the issue at no charge. It ended up being a small crack in the body just under the edge of the window and they completely sealed it off and put everything back together better than they had found it. Tested it again, NO LEAKS!!! I'm so grateful they went above and beyond to make sure I left with my problem solved, even if they're only there to do glass repair. I can't recommend them enough and I'll definitely be coming back in to have the windshield of my other car fixed. Thank you so so much!

I have used Ready Auto Glass in the past so I already knew I would get a fair price and excellent service! They came all the way to Packwood and I highly recommend this company which is not a large chain but a family owned Business to support.
