Driving on freeway and passenger side window shattered. They were able to get me in right away. Very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them

Had a Crack on my windshield, they ordered the windshield from Honda. Came back had it replaced. A couple weeks later when dusting my dash, I found 2 large slices in the plastic trim on my drivers side pillar. Called them, they had me bring it by. I clearly was done by them when they were working on my car. See pics. They took care of me after saying how weird, they don't cut in that direction... but I have never had my windshield replaced and I bought my car new. So it was them. Any ways- since it was still covered under warranty- ? They ordered a new trim piece and I went in for them to replace it.I watched the tech remove my old trim and and i saw a white thing stuck to the trim which was weird, like part of my airbag- but upon closer inspection it was hot glue. They knew at the time of the windshield replacement that they cut it, and tried to hide it by gluing it together. See that pic as I took my old trim piece with me. Disappointed, as I have used them in the past and was going to continue to but this just felt dishonest.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I can t recommend NOVUS enough. Carrie was so helpful with my insurance claim. She handled everything and even got them to approve original glass. The guys picked up my windshield and installed it the same day in my driveway. They were very friendly, professional, and above all careful! We are only in town a couple days and suddenly last night crack! From the right side of the front windshield toward the wiper area. It grew an inch. Next day, 2 more. Novus was able to repair it. At least this way we can deal with replacement after we get home.Their customer service is superior. Nice spacious lobby to wait in. Nice bathroom. Everything clean. In fact, even the glass table out front of their store was spotless and swept. When a biz takes pride with their presentation and impression on you then you can bet they ll care about taking good care of you. They did a good job on the repair too.We re on a 3week road trip with everything scheduled so are grateful not to have to waste away a day waiting on replacement which takes days to receive anyway with the supply chain issues.

Great service!!! Brought my wife's car with a chip in the windshield Rusty came out told me to take my insurance info inside he said by the time you're done with insurance people it will be done sure enough it was.

The service when i called was great, the gal walked me through everything I needed to know and do with my insurance. They came all the way out to Mt house to replace my windshield, which I didn't expect. The guy who came out was very nice and quick at putting in my windshield. Answered all my questions efficiently. Great experience.

I needed a windshield for my wife's Mini Cooper S. They took very good care of the car, pointed out some defects under some plastic covers and provided some simple solutions. The install was less than expected; price and time. . Not to mention the customer service, manners and etiquette. . Very nice waiting lounge stocked with beverages and soft chairs. I 100% recommend their services.

I wanted to share how great Frank was with the installation and Cary with the phone appointment set up. Our care was vandalized while my wife was in the emergency room getting treated from a fall on ice. Thank you Cary and Frank!!!!! Had initially went to the Glass Guy with poor customer service from the beginning, decided to go to Novus in Chehalis, walked in the door and a complete different experience. The customer service I received was excellent, the facilities was very clean. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Upon showing up for my appointment again met with friendly customer service and the whole time I was waiting they constantly kept me updated and wanting to make sure if there was anything they could due for me.I will continue to use these folks and recommend them to everyone I knowThank you Novus for such good service.E GoodwillieService: Auto windshield replacement

Had an appointment for a windshield replacement. They got me in abt an hour and a half early. I use public parking so they couldn't come to me, after I dropped my car off dude gave me a ride back home and then a ride back to the place a few hours later to get my car. Amazing customer service, and so close to my place. I'll definitely return if another flying rock attacks my car lol.

Fixed a pit in the front windshield and the next day it cracked all the way across. The insurance company approved fixing the pit but now I have to pay $100 deductible for them to replace the windshield. They did not fill in the pit all the way and therefor it cracked. Novus wants me to pay the deductible when again when they already charged the insurance company for the repair and I already paid the deductible because I had them replace my back window also. They would make money on a pit repair and 2 window replacementsService: Auto windshield repair

I have had numerous windshields repaired and probably four or fie replaced over the 20 years I have used NOVUS of Chehalis. These folks run a professional operation and your car is always returned in perfect condition. They seem to have close professional relationship with the major insurance carriers and their glass suppliers. The atmosphere is one of hospitality and great service. More businesses should be run as this one.Service: Installation

Great service! Called for an estimate and got great service. Got my replacement scheduled and it took less than an hour to replace my windshield. I love that my windshield is covered against leaks for the life of the car. 100% would recommend this place to others.

Got my F150 windshield replaced a few months ago....quick, friendly service, reasonable price in and out service. They offer no cost windshield chip coverage...last week I got a chip, walked in to get the chip repaired and was done in about 15 minutes. Awesome job, awesome service.

In December I made a claim regarding needing my windshield replaced. They scheduled me for January but did let me know it could change if the windshield didn t arrive in time. It hadn t so they said they would call once they got the windshield in. I missed a call from them, so I called back and Carrie cox answered the phone. She told me they wouldn t be able to install it because it was raining and they needed a covered area. I told her I didn t have a covered area at home or work. I tried to ask if we could schedule it out a few weeks on a sunny day. She just kept aggressively repeating that it had to be a covered area. I did tell her I was frustrated that they wasted my time for 3 months. Not one time did they mention that they wouldn t replace a windshield during the winter without a cover. When they scheduled my appt the first time. They asked me and I said no. Had they told me in December that they couldn t do it, I would have pursued going to the dealership. Carrie kept talking over me and interrupting me. I said excuse me, I would like to talk like 6 times and she refused to acknowledge that I was talking or acknowledge my frustration over this turn of events. She finally stated I don t have time for this, take your business elsewhere! I was frustrated, but I did not raise my voice to her and was not disrespectful. My tone was firm as I was frustrated. I am allowed to share that I felt like my time was wasted. I will take my business elsewhere. But I will share this experience with my insurance and will leave reviews when I can. This was uncalled for. All I asked was if we could reschedule my appt to a day in a few weeks to try to get a sunny day. She was incredibly rude.

While driving on the freeway a rock hit my windshield, it was late evening so I called the next day set up an appointment to have them come to my office, they were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Amazing customer service! I went out to my car on lunch and the crack had doubled in size! I called Novus back and they said I could bring my car over, he accessed the damage and got my car back right away. I returned to work, got the call that he was able to fix it! I am so thrilled and pleased with my service, I am highly recommending Novus! Thank you all so much!

Excellent service. They came right to the house and replaces a wind shield. The technician was very professional. Bert was the technician. The total time for the appointment was 1 hour and 5 minutes. Bert did a very clean installment. He went over the paperwork and explained everything. Once again. Nice job. I highly recommend them for future auto glass repair/replacement.

Excellent service...had a personal emergency situation when my wife suddenly became ill and I could not go and pick up my vehicle once it was done. I explained my predicament and to my surprise, they offered to bring the vehicle to my residence, AFTER they closed the shop. That was more than I expected, their courtesy, professionalism and just their caring attitude to help in that tight situation made my day much better. For that THANKS! again. I highly recommend their services.

Outstanding experience with the replacement of the windshield on a 2015 RX 350......Carrie, Deliah and technician Frank offer superior and comfortable customer service and expertise. Simple access from I5, easy parking, nice waiting area with coffee and goodies. Frank did a great job with the window replacement, zero issues. Highly recommend this Novus location for chip and glass repair. Many thanks for a job well done!

Just had a chip in my windshield repaired today by Frank Verderico. I was impressed by how easy and smooth the process went and how quickly they were able to send someone out to me. Mr. Verderico was friendly, honest and the work was completed well in no time at all. I will be happy to recommend this company in the future.

We were on a road trip when the rear passenger window just shattered. We called Novus Glass and they taped up our window and vacuumed away the glass within the hour at no charge so we could get home. So helpful!

Original part came defective from the supplier. Worked with Novus to reschedule the appointment and was able to work out the details faster and more professionally than any other auto glass place around. Super fast rock chip repair, very friendly, knowledgeable office ladies :) We almost spent $90 we didn't have to but on our way out the door they let us know that our insurance waives the rock chip deductable. Super cool...thanks A+ service
