Fred is the go to guy to look for as a salesman. He was flat out the best salesman I've ever worked with. He was honest and down to earth and also could tell he is a family man. My experience at the chehlis kubota dealership was great. I gave Fred my specs I needed in a machine and he knew exactly what tractor would work for me. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and look forward to work with Jennings equipment in the future.

Fred Jacques was a very honest and helpful salesman that did not pressure or try to upsale items we didn't need. He helped us figure out what we would need/want for various jobs around our new property in Rochester. Was a very awesome experience and one of the reasons we went back to buy a tractor at Jennings Equipment after we went to other dealers of other model's/manufacturers . Will be going back for all our equipment needs thanks Fred...

God awful. We own a business. Bought a tractor from them. They could not deliver it after purchase. Lost $$$ waiting for delivery- time after time -time is money when your a small business. And they lied to us. Reliable or reputable business - they R not.

I have so much to say! First off Fred was awesome! So Patient! Answered every question I had even when I changed my mind on something and asked him for opinions. This dude was just amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and never made me feel like pressured in anyway shape or form. The whole crew was helpful. Randy was awesome as well in helping me finish paperwork. If I have anything negative to say. Is that it's was Fred's Day off when I picked up my tractor . I would recommend anyone to come on by their office and see and shop around. Will recommend anyone your guys way. Thanks again to the staff and kubota for helping me get one step closer to my dream. Will buy another piece of equipment from them in the future!

I've have great experiences with Jennings Equipment over the years. One day I wondered in with questions about maybe buying a tractor some day...I walked out a few hours later with a new tractor under a 0% loan. A few months later the tractor had a mechanical problem...and it was covered under warranty completely. A few times per year they pick it up for maintenance and get it back to me quickly. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Every once in a while they get super busy and I won't get a response to a voicemail for a few days, but that's the exception.

Our sales man Fred went above and beyond helping get our side by side. Everything was moved and delivered extremely fast. All extra parts arrived in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for all your equipment needs.

I want to thank you all Jennings Equipment, and tell people this is a good company.It is hard to do business with dealerships that don't keep their word,so we recently moved our business to Jennings.Here I received great communication ,I could always contact them when needed ,All our parts and equipment were delivered as promised .Fred and Bill were a great team to work with,fast , friendly, prompt, and very courteous,Fred and Bill earned our business!Go to Jennings equipment and make your buy at Jennings !

We recently decided that we needed to look into purchasing a tractor to do some work and maintenance on our new property. After doing some online research and reading product reviews we had narrowed down our search to three different manufacturers, Kubota being one of them. My husband and I went to Jennings to look and was greeted by Fred, he walked us through what models would do the jobs we needed, answered numerous questions, and was very knowledgeable on everything we looked at and asked. The next couple of days we looked at other tractors but ultimately decided to go back to Jennings and purchase our tractor through Fred, with a big reason being our initial experience with him. Fred made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable for us- not something that is always the case when making a purchase of this magnitude. We have and will continue to sing the praises of Fred and Jennings based on our personal experience, if we need any attachments or accessories we will be going back!!

Bought an L3902 from chehalis store. Fred was our salesman and excellent to work with. Was available at all times during our more than year long research and decision process. More than willing to get on the phone to answer our endless amounts of questions. Really helped us understand what would work best for our needs. Really great experience, when we finally pulled the trigger there were no surprises or hidden costs. Really great experience!

Based on what I have seen with my Sisters experience, I'm not all that impressed. She sent her tractor in for maint. and when she got it back, the fuel guage, which was fine when it was sent in, didn't work, so she let them know, and they were supposed to send someone to fix it. 3 weeks and counting. She also ordered a simple part, which took a week to come from CA to WA. She needed the left side and got two for the right side. I went online and found she was charged much more than she should have been. We picked the parts up Saturday and called them to get them to order the right part and were told we would have to wait til Monday before they would even look it up. So, not all that impressed.

10 star experience!! Typically not one to leave a review good or bad, however my tractor buying experience with Fred J deserves recognition. After much frustration with several other dealerships statewide I almost gave up on buying Kubota. Fred s patience, knowledge, and overall positive attitude led me to buy not just a tractor but several add ons as well. I never felt like I was being sold something, more so I felt like I was being educated on what machine and attachments would best suit my needs. The purchase and sale experience with Fred and the sales manager was great! True professionals with unmatched customer service. Fred delivered answers and solutions to all my needs. I left feeling great with solid confidence in my purchase decision. The young man that delivered my equipment was also very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Jennings Power Equipment in Chehalis WA has an outstanding team and I would highly recommend them. If you are in the market for a tractor or power equipment pay Fred a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Our salesman was Fred. He was great to work with-reliable, efficient, and personable-couldn't have been better. Aiden delivered the tractor and he was good at explaining all the features. Fred was such a breath of fresh air when dealing with sales staff. He was honest, straight forward, and found ways to help us save money and get to a payment we were comfortable with. He was a great communicator. The sales manager was also very honest and helpful. All and all, this is a great company to do business with.

What a top-notch experience purchasing a Kuboto tractor from Jennings Equipment, Inc. Not only is the product amazing but the staff was a delight to work with. From sales to delivery to equipment education, the process was flawless and extraordinary. Such great people to work with. We met the entire staff from Service to Parts and everyone had a smile. Took my Kabuto tractor to Jennings in Chehalis for a PTO problem, thought the people there might complete the job when they said they would being in a farming community. They told me 2 wks so I bought a canopy which was going to be installed on completion of the PTO problem. Paid for the canopy in full & the salesman didn't mention there was going to be an addition charge for the install, 4 bolts. Well 4 weeks later they finally install a tiny cable harness & had the canopy on which was $120 extra to install. Then on pick-up the Service manage pulls the tractor up to my trailer & doesn't tell me the tractor needed to be put on backwards so as not to bend the canopy downward. I fixed the canopy & turned the tractor. The manager/Jennings has since contacted me & apologized for not informing me about the canopy & has refunded my $120. A total misunderstanding! After speaking to the manager, he has renewed my belief in Jennings & the Chehalis area. Robert.

Kubota moved across the freeway. Evidently 10 months ago? Finally found it. Needed a new battery for my tractor. Great help! Learned some things. Will be headed back to take in the old core. I'll take some pictures then.

I recommend Jenning Equipment Inc! Very outstanding crew ! Long sorry short , I was driving on the Highway , and blew a tire as well as some welds broke on my trailer . I pulled in almost close to closing and asked if they could help me out. RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT HESITATION THEY OFFERED TO HELP! I was amazed by the response and help we got from the company . Very professional crew and fast workers. They work on tractors mostly but I m sure if you have any equipment they would be able to help or point out the right way .

I bought a new mower deck from here and when I attached it the belt kept coming off. As it turns out the frame is bent and when I called (many times over several months) there was always some issue. (nobody could get ahold of the store, someone would call me back, ECT)So I went into the store and got the same runaround until I was told someone would come pick it up for me. That never happened and to date, I have an expensive paperweight.

I stopped into my local Kubota dealer in hopes of picking up a replacement key. They did not have one in stock so the salesman gave me his personal key for use until some come in to replace his. He also refused payment. Old time service is not dead, and for that I am grateful.
