I have been working with Mark White for months now and he's been a great help! He understood my credit situation and walked me through the best option for me! Also he checked up on me periodically to see how everything was going while others turned their back on me so I knew he cared. He was honest and upfront from our very first conversation so I knew he was also someone I could trust. It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive to Olympia to work with him specifically. The car He had ready for me was great! Newer with less miles and everything I looked for in a car! It was actually the same model of a vehicle I wanted to ask about. He got a great deal for me that I couldn't deny! Thank you so much Mark for helping me get out of my old piece of junk and into something I'm proud to drive around!

Our experience with Mark White is one that we will never forget! He was so cordial and helpful! Not only did he help us to find financing, he found the PERFECT vehicle for us and we love it! We told him what we wanted and he magically made it appear! We only test drove the one vehicle and knew it was the one for us! And the entire process took about 3 hours, unheard of at any other car dealership we've ever been to. We highly recommend Washing Auto Credit, so give them a try, you'll be glad you did! And everyone else that we dealt with were really great too! Thank you Mark and Ryan :)

We had the pleasure to work with Steven Hubbard. He was recommended to us and were told he was very honest and transparent. Well that was the truth, not only were we first time buyers which was a challenge for him finding a financial company to finance was more of a challenge for him. This Gentleman did everything in his power to get us into a new car and he succeeded. He is the BEST!! I hope everyone will go see Steven.

After having our old car stolen, we needed a new one quickly. Brian, Mike, and Ryan helped immensely in finding us the ideal replacement to fit our budget and situation. We absolutely love what we picked but were also shown a great variety to pick from. Great service, empathetic, and down to earth sales people completed the experience. Our daughter even found a vehicle for herself working with these folks based on how impressed we were with how we were treated. Highly recommended!

Brian was great! He first contacted me a year ago and I wasn't ready to purchase yet. I asked him to give me until after the first of the year and asked him not to bother me until then. He did exactly as I asked. Then I had to wait until spring. He, again, didn't bug me which I really appreciated. When I was ready, I contacted him and he went through the whole process with me and got me into a great vehicle at a great price with a good interest rate despite my recent bankruptcy. I appreciate all of his help and hard work. I highly recommend him!

The help that I received from Amanda and Dan was fabulous. They made sure I got a good car at a great price. Amanda went the extra yard in her consideration of what type of car would be most desirable for me and her choices were in point. They also had a variety of cars to choose from and I liked that. They made sure that I was a satisfied customer. So, I'd like to thank them again.

Jeff was an awesome sales person. I requested info on 6 Feb on their website, got a quick response from him a few hours later. He kept me updated on the process and had everything pre approved by 8 Feb. He understood my busy schedule because I'm in the military. Went down on Friday at 1600 and met him. He knew what I was seeking for and didn't give us any run around. He was straight forward and had us walking out the door with a 2018 Toyota Corolla with my favorite color. Everyone down at Washington auto credit had great customer service. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work and great service.

I've been trying to get a car for about a year after my car was totaled and I had no gap insurance. No dealers wanted to help me since I still owed a good chunk on the car I didn't have. Lucky I found Washington auto credit online decided to give them a try since they are down the street. My experience here was very welcoming. Alex Villalobos took his time to help me out . Very good customer service and very caring.My credit isn't the best but they all really came through for me. If it wasn't for them I would probably still be riding the bus back and forward. I recommend Washington Auto Credit to everyone. They really do care. I'll be letting all my friends know about this place.

I couldn't believe the prompt and courteous service I got from Eric at Washington Auto Credit, I emailed him in the morning and by later that morning he had already a plan set up for me and by that afternoon he had me out the door in a fantastic Toyota Tacoma. I gave him a difficult case to work and he handled it with ease. I really got the feeling that he was looking after my future with a vehicle rather than just making a sale and and a commission. He makes it super-easy to communicate with by email, very prompt and Friendly!! Thanks again Eric!

This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! Brian was able to help us get our dream van before our bankruptcy was even discharged and for an even better rate than we had with our previous car loans before the bankruptcy! There was no high presure sales person running off to his manager or finance office to see if things could be done. Brian took care of everything for us from start to finish. Highly recommended!

For most of us, buying a car is a leap of faith. You're not sure who to trust, where to go, or how much to spend. Luckily for me, I was helped by Brian Griffith, someone who genuinely cares about his customers and is honest and transparent. Brian went out of his way to get me into the car I wanted for a price I could afford, and I can say with confidence that I wasn't taken advantage of. It feels good to know there are still some decent salesman out there. 5 out of 5! I highly recommend them.

Chris helped me get approved to buy my car right after my bankruptcy. I told him my budget and he worked really hard to find me a great car that I loved and that would work for me. I was feeling embarrassed about my bankruptcy, but he didn't make me feel bad about it at all. He was very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him for anyone struggling with credit or coming out of bankruptcy.

Excellent Experience! Approval was fast and easy.I have been a customer of Brian Griffith since 2011. Over the years I have referred several family members and friends and they have all expressed the same level of satisfaction with their purchases. Brian is attentive to what your needs are and works hard to make sure your Happy and feel Confident in the vehicle choice you made. This is why I recently returned to make my second purchase. I recently worked with Amanda Grundl, at Washington Auto Credit and never thought buying a vehicle could be so easy! She was kind, friendly, and extremely efficient. She was just as dedicated to finding me the car I wanted as my husband and I were! The loan approval process was painless and she helped us through every question we had. She had great customer service and I'll definitely be referring my friends her way.

Alex Villalobos was amazing to work with. From the first phone call to signing the paperwork Alex maintained a high level of professionalism. Out of all the vehicles we ve purchased this by far was the best customer service we ve ever experienced. Will definitely refer friends and family. Great job Alex and I5 Auto Credit. JEFF SAVED ME! I had a terrible experience at another dealership and I was low on money and Don t really have any credit. A friend told me about these guys that helped her get into a car after her divorce and bankruptcy, and Jeff helped me get good rates, low car payment and the car I ACTUALLY wanted. He was beyond helpful and alway kept me on the loop and went through lots of credit unions to get my best option. My partner and brother will be getting cars from him! I recommend them to EVERYONE! Worth the drive! Highly recommended. Mark is a great, no pressure salesman and truly wanted to get us into a new vehicle with a fresh start on our credit. He worked hard to get us approved. We thought with a recent bankrupcy our chances were slim, but he made it work!! He got us into a car that fit our budget and is newer and reliable. We are very happy! Thanks Mark! :)

I d like to start off with the fact that i went to 2 different dealerships before stopping in here. Honestly, my hopes weren t as high because my last two visits with the previous dealerships were terrible. Due to Alex V s spunky personality he convinced me to stop in & he reassured me I d receive the best help. Well, I m glad i made the decision to stop in! He drove me around & gave me plenty of options with the down payment i had available. With the credit that i have, i didn t think I d walk away from any lots with a nice realiable car. Well Alex helped me walk away with a 2015 Ford Focus! I couldn t be any happier. Thanks so much for your persistence & making today about me & helping me get what i wanted Alex! Seriously, the easiest purchase I ve made & im 110% satisfied. :) Will def recommend this place 10/10 times! You rock!

Both Chris Price and Jeff Ogburn are awesome to work with. I was approved before I came in which made the process quick and easy. My credit has challenges, but they were able to get me into a vehicle that I really like. I tried a different place prior to this and had a terrible experience. Washington Auto Credit is the way to go.

I bought a car from Jeff Ogburn in October of this year. I want to thank him for making this purchase easy. I work Monday thru Friday, he had all paperwork ready for me when I went into the office after work. He even stayed late to meet me. He was able to meet the my needs and worked hard to get my loan approved. I appreciate all his hard work. I would definitely work with him again. Even after I made the purchase he was quick to answer my questions through text. Good job Jeff!!!!!!

Chris helped me get approved for a car loan through Washington Auto Credit! He was really great at helping me find something that fit my needs and my wants! I had been struggling to get approved for a car loan for some time and this was my first approval. Eric helped me with paperwork, and every one at the office was extremely friendly! I would recommend this place for anyone who doesn't have great credit but needs a new car! Thanks guys for all your help!

Thank you SOO much Jeff and Alex at Washington Auto Credit!!! Because of these two I drove home in the perfect vehicle today. I was completely discouraged after visiting 4 other car dealerships but once I spoke with Alex I felt completely at ease. They took my trade in when others said no, they found a bank to finance me when others wouldn't. Once I arrived on site Jeff placed me in the best vehicle I could ask for and I was out of there in less than a few hours with all my anxiety relieved. This is the second car I've purchased from Brian Griffith at Washington Auto Credit. I am elated with the car and their service!! These guys are organized, and honest and they don't waste your time. I knew what I was approved for before I showed up to the dealership. My experience both times with Brian was reassuring and I left with a great car during an open bankruptcy. Thank you Brian.

I recently found myself without a dependable car and not hopeful that I would be able to finance one. After an internet search, I came upon Washington Auto Credit and gave them a call. I spoke with Mark White who took my information and went to work. He listened to what my budget needs were and what I needed in a car and found one that was a fantastic fit. Not only was I able to drive away with a great, dependable car, because of his hard work the interest rate the lender agreed to was better than I ever expected and kept the payments affordable. We are return customers because we had such a great experience the first time. Brian Griffith is such a great sales person. He asks what you want and that's what he finds for you. He doesn't try to push you into something you don't want or can't afford. This time is a car for a daughter and he took the time (days) to work with her wants to find her exactly what she, and we, wanted. We have also sent friends and family members to him because he is easy to work with and not pushy.Thanks for another GREAT experience Brian!!

Came in and met with Chris Price! Amazing guy. Gave me no hidden agenda. Was able to get me into a great vehicle even though I just filled bankruptcy. Don't let anything keep you from owning a great car. These guys can help you out!!! He was friendly and didn't b.s. me at all. I'm excited to drive my new jeep home!!!!!
