I went and got my car serviced here over a month ago. Had a fantastic experience, Ethan is extremely kind and professional. Just yesterday they got my mother in a brand new Maverick! I absolutely love this team. Brian and Chris are the best. Will never go to another dealer thank you so much. Awesome Ford truly lives up to its name

I never recommend car dealers. Most of the time it's this constant fight between the customer and the sales staff. A fight that the customer tends to lose. It's usually trying to get a decent amount for your trade-in, and then being told that you're too high, that sites like KBB, Edmunds, Nada, etc aren't very accurate. This is always bizarre to me considering those tools are put out there to provide consumers with information and give them a better chance at getting what their vehicle is worth. Throughout the process, you get to a point where you either can't come to an agreement, or they have worn you down so much that you just say yes to anything to get the torture to end. I experienced none of this with Awesome Ford of Chehalis. And just like their name implies, they really are awesome. The sales staff have been quick to act on any questions and requests that have, they are a no-markup dealership and sell at MSRP which is so rare these days. When we got to the F&I office, it continued the same excellent experience. No forcing to buy extended warranties or other add-on products. When I mentioned I wasn't interested, that was heard, and we moved on to completing the deal. With the accommodation of completing most things prior to arriving, by the time we got there, signed papers, and transferred items to our new truck, we were gone within an hour! That's just unheard of. I will continue to use this dealer and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing vehicle purchasing experience.

Awesome Ford has been great to work with. We bought our new Bronco from Chris who is so knowledgeable and the entire team helped make our experience seamless. We have also used their service team and they were great also. What a fantastic Ford dealership that focuses on customer service. We totally recommend using Awesome Ford!

Ryan and Jeremy and the whole team are top notch we just bought 2 vehicle from them and I make the drive from lacey because of the service and great deals we get down there they rolled out the red carpet and really listed to what we wanted to do if you are looking definitely give them a shout. Oh and Paige the sales person and Brian in finance are top notch.

Great experience working with the Awesome Ford team! I live out of state several hours away, but Paige, Ryan, and Brian were thorough expedient with communication as if I lived in town and was there in person. I was able to work out a deal via email/phone and then come in and complete the sale. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Awesome Ford if looking for a new Ford vehicle.

We took our less than a year old Ford in for an oil change. When they put the vehicle on the lift they dented in the roof by lifting it too high causing over $10k in damage (over $13k after the Ceramic Coating is replaced). We have sent over 100 emails at this point along with multiple phone calls and after 6 weeks it is finally being repaired which is scheduled to take 12 working days. The whole process has been extremely difficult, stressful, depressing, frustrating and has caused us to miss many events as well as caused loss to our small family run business. The communication and customer care was so horrible between Robert the I-5 Cars group G.M. and Jeb the Service Manager that we had to get Ford corporate involved. We are now stuck with a new vehicle that will have what is being reported as a roll over collision associated with its VIN. Even after all of this we have been offered zero compensation or goodwill from Awesome Ford and the I-5 car group. Their insurance company tried to give us false information requiring us to call the Washington State Insurance Commissioner on them to get things moving. Overall this is the worst dealership experience that we have ever had or heard of.

Amazing service team, they don t call it Awesome Ford for nothing! Easy going, they got us in very next day after a late evening call for emergency tire replacement on one of our service vans. Thank you, Mike in service!!!

I special ordered a truck and initially dealer did not install an option I ordered and then went radio silent for months. After leaving reviews they did resolve the issue to the best extent they could. So 4 stars to recognize there was an issue, but they did everything they could to resolve it.

Ordered a truck through Awesome Ford. Primarily worked with Paige and emailed her back and forth for the last few months. But everyone there was helpful and friendly. Was a great, non-pushy, no pressure experience. They honored pricing, deals, and amazing financing. No added fees to my custom order. Will return for future business. In and out in one hour. Best new car buying experience my family has had.

I bought my 2011 F150 lariat from Awesome. When I was ready to buy a trailer I bought a 21 foot trailer from Awesome Ford. Now I was in need of a 2023. Awesome Ford always has given me great service. Polite and courteous at all times always willing to help. Now I have my 2023 STX 4X4

This is how you run a dealership!Paige, Brian, and Ryan helped make my Bronco ordering/buying experience smooth, fast, and fun. Ordering was super easy, I was able to do everything remotely. No pressure to buy any accessories I didn't want, no secondary sticker, no hidden fees, no funny business when I came in to pick up my Bronco 10 months later. I asked Paige to make sure the front fascia on my Bronco didn't get drilled so I could install my own license plate holder, and she went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen. On top of all that, I felt like I got a really fair offer on my trade in as well!I always tell my friends and co-workers to come check out Awesome Ford first, before going somewhere else. I 100% will be coming back the next time I'm ready to buy another Ford product.

The staff at Awesome Ford made my new car buying experience great! From the initial inquiry to signing the final paperwork for my Bronco Sport was such a smooth process. Paige and Ryan in sales and Brian in Finance helped me every step of the way and made sure I got the best deal. Dont take your new vehicle here for service if still under warranty. Their policy is if they can not find the problem they will charge you for their time. We ALL saw the video of the 2020 Explorer malfunctioning, but because they could not find the issue I was charged even though the vehicle was covered under warranty. I will not take any of my vehicles here again.

This was my second truck purchase at Awesome Ford. I got a great deal on my trade-in and the sales process was very low-key. No aggressive sales people. I had questions about the color of the truck I wanted, so the manager sent me a personal video to show how the color changed at different angles. Very helpful.

I do not recommend Awesome Ford. We bought our Ford Truck there 3 months ago. The day we drove off their lot I had an issue with the parking brake. I called them immediately and was told it was due to not being used in a while and basically brushed off. Fast forward 3 months, the truck is smoking from the rear. We take it to our local Ford Dealership in Seattle area and they report back that the rear brake pads are worn & NOT ATTACHED to plate. Although difficult to prove, the amount of rust & debris around the area would support it s been this way for a while (before we bought the car). Maybe they didn t know which tells me their inspection process isn t very thorough. Awesome Ford let us drive an unsafe vehicle off their lot. Who knows what could ve happened. This $2,041.00 brake job of course isn t covered by the extended premium warranty we purchased $$$, which was pitched that it covers practically everything. Furthermore, after emails, voicemails, phone calls, speaking with Ryan and Jeb, they offered zero assistance to this problem. Basically, we re on our own and Ryan didn t even bother to call me back. He let Jeb deliver the terrible news. Disappointing to say the least.

It s easy to see why they call this place Awesome! I was skeptical about driving from out of town but Kyle provided the most straightforward, no hassle purchase of a vehicle I ve ever had. Great dealership! Worked with Bobby, Ryan and Aimee and they were all wonderful to work with. Did most of the dealing on line and when we went in to do paper work it was 100% what we had agreed to on line. Usually the finance part is the hardest but Aimee was a pleasure to work with no pressure just figure out what was best for us. Highly recommend for sure!

I can not ever say enough good things about this place! We received a letter in the mail offering us to call or do an online application. Due to medical issues, my Chrysler 200 was downright painful to drive. Not expecting much, we called and spoke with Jamal in Special Financing. He was respectful and quick to answer any questions. It was Saturday at 515 when we came to Awesome Ford. We were treated with respect, even though everyone knew we were in the Special Financing department. Jamal was literally almost running around to get our paperwork submitted before banks closed. They stayed open late to get the approval. Sunday morning we came back and after a few discussions and us saying no to a few cars, we test drove our 2014 Jeep Patriot. Out of the world customer service! When our credit recovers and we can buy our next upgrade, we will be back. I sincerely hope that Jamal or Steve (who helped us on Sunday) still work there then.
