Recently purchased a new truck from Reginal Reggie Brown at awesome chevrolet. The experience was top notch and the service was professional and very upfront. Highly recommend awesome Chevy and Reggie. Will definitely be back for all of our future vehicle purchases.

My review is for sales AND service at Awesome Chevrolet. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma on 9/2/23. I am in LOVE with my new to me Taco. I have always wanted one. This Tacoma had been sold new by my sales rep so history was known, had just come in as a trade. Beautiful truck, however on 10/3/23 I experienced a minor glitch known to Tacoma World about gas cap door. First time ever I opened to get gas it screeched, then warped. Couldn't close. I immediately called Awesome Chevrolet to explain. Service manager had not encountered this? BUT he too looked it up. Didn't second guess my reporting of the weird incident. Got me right in on MY schedule and fixed it within 30 minutes. Gas cap door before could not close, was off fitting. After it looked factory perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful with this small bizarre problem. Now I LOVE my Tacoma and Awesome Chevrolet enough to drive from Olympia for service.

One of the best buying experiences I ve had in a long time. The GM Brandon gave us a very inviting atmosphere, Isaiah our salesman was super helpful at answering our questions and working at getting us the best deal possible and the finance department made for one of quickest and hassle free paperwork sessions I ve ever had while buying a vehicle. Keep up the good work!

Service was fine. I had asked the service person that my original parts, non-oil type, be returned to me. At the time that I was checking out, I asked the service person about my parts. He said he had forgotten. Next time I hope that this will not happen again. Had it not been for the parts issue, I would have given 5 stars.

My sister-in-law's car broke down and she needed to buy something right away. She's a single mom with 2 children, so being without a car is not an option. I called Awesome Chevrolet and spoke with Isaiah. Within 15 minutes he found the perfect car for her and the price was less than what we were expecting to pay! He was so wonderful and even stayed late to help us get everything in order. Thank you Isaiah for all your help and for making our car buying experience so easy!!!

My wife and I went in to get a new car for me. Reggie and Alex did a great job helping us! They made the experience easy and fairly quick. They were very helpful! I would also like to thank Heather for getting back to me so quickly,and sending me the credit application so everything was ready to go. I will definitely be back in the future when I need a new car!

My truck broke down and the same day Isaiah Morrison found me an affordable car, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. I m so thankful for Isaiah helping me, if you ever need a car please go see him. Even the day after he checked up on me to see how the car was running.

My father in laws truck broke down went In to awesome Ford looking at what we can get and isaiah Morrison came out and helped us right away the truck we ended up picking out was out in Olympia and we came in kinda later in the day he still took the time to have one of his employees drive to Olympia and pick it up that night so we were able to leave with the truck same day.. Great service and awesome guy.. my father in law was super happy with his costumer service

Great Place. Quick efficient service on my Bolt LT1. Once I got the EV I won't go back to gas engines. It is so extremely superior in every way. Watch me drive by while you are pumping gas.

Went down to i5 and Isaiah Morrison was my guy he did a great job getting everything handled for what I wanted and needed for being a new salesmen he did amazing never left me sitting around.. definitely will be telling family and friends in the area.. highly recommend if ur looking for a new vehicle he is the man to go to

I drove 50 miles to get here. They were the only dealerships that would get me in till the 11th in Tacoma area with my check engine light on. It was a beautiful drive and worth it. Excellent service, commitment and customer service. Awesome little town

Absolutely awesome service from start to finish. Ron, Brandon and Service Team jumped through hoops and got me back on the road above expectations. I called for service help late Friday afternoon, was able to get appointment first thing Monday morning, Ron kept me up to speed on progress, truck was ready Monday afternoon as promised. I live in Vancouver, WA Brandon offered ride home Friday night as I was stranded without ride, very accommodating and much appreciated the over the top service. Highly recommend Awesome Chevy Team for Sales & Service

Had a good experience dealing with Isaiah Morrison. After arriving at Awesome Chevrolet in Chehalis to look at a Ford Explorer they had listed, Isaiah informed me it was at their VW lot in Olympia. He informed me that if I did purchase the vehicle, that the tax rate was lower in Chehalis and took the time to drive me to Olympia so we could get the Explorer and drive it back to Chehalis.

I think dealing with awesome chevrodefinitely. And the person that we dealt with his name is Jordan and I would recommend him all the time. He was wonderful and he wasn't pushy.

Took car in for estimate, for a tune up on 2008 Chevy Impala. Only Plugs and wires $1,025. I would not recommend them to anyone they are rip offs. Got same job done for 1/3 the cost 2 hour job. They got a 2 because they told me what was wrong with the car for $172 they said two hours for info, had to call them back after 3.5 hours and they said give them one more hour. Would have given a 0 but it was not there.

Well I just want to put a shot out to Reggie for doing the right thing on Friday if it wasn't for him you wouldn't have sold the car I saw the car online called down to awesome Chevrolet they said it was ordered by someone Reggie took my name and phone number down and when the people showed up and decided they didn't want the car Reggie thought about the phone call found my number and called me I went down and bought my yellow Trail Blazer on Friday from Reggie

They were extremely overpriced. And tried to over sell me. I fexed everything myself in less then 2 hrs. And they quoted over 2000.00 in labor. Your company is a thief and i will be reporting this to the bbb

I had a wonderful experience with Awesome Chevrolet Buick. Shayna from the internet response team sent me a video of the car I was interested in and Reggie Brown was my wonderful sales advisor. He is knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. Reggie showed me the car and handled all of the paperwork, he made sure I had everything I needed. I felt confident recommending Reggie Brown to my daughter and her husband.

Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. The process was simple, and literally took me 2 hours start to finish. The team at Awesome was transparent, respectful and responsive. I will definitely make the drive to purchase from them again.
