The shop is a marvel of themey decor, the people friendly, the service professional, and the waiting painless in the comfy, well-appointed office space.My wait was longer than the usual two hours due to lots of rust they had to deal with, but the flat-screen TV was playing an interesting series, there was a coffee bar, popcorn, and a restroom.It was clear these people do things right, nothing slipshod about them. They were forthright about the rust issue and even said they'd fix it whether we decided to pay the extra or not, as not fixing it would compromise the installation of the new windshield. Highly recommend.

I had a badly broken windshield in my 1999 Soob and was told by Safelite they could not replace it because of the high chance of rust under the seal. Total c.y.a. vibe from them like, were not gonna touch it. So I was a little worried coming in, but The Glass Guy said if they DID encounter any rust they would treat it and seal it no sweat. They quoted me a comparable price to all corporate competitors and was able to scheduled me the next day! SUCH a HUGE relief! I hadn't realized how much that broken windshield was bothering me. And to think I waited for years. Never again. The Glass Guy is my new go to guy.Its right next to the U.P.S. warehouse b.t.w.Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Hands down best people around! Had some leaking issues from a loose sharkfin antenna, they took care of it very quick and correctly. They even found the issue I was having on my two front doors not sealing completely and fixed those up!For me, I was out the door for under $200 and very happy! Thank you and your staff

They do a great job! I take all my cars to the fine workers at "The Glass Guy". They do awesome work and get my car in quickly while keeping me informed the whole way through the process. And in Washington State during the rainy season you can bet I appreciate them getting me in the shop quickly . My insurance paid for both of my Packard cars replacement of the rock damaged front windshields. It's tough finding a busines that will work on 75 year old cars. The business "The glass guy" worked on both of my cars and replaced the front windshields. The work was done with care, car always inside the shop, I'm very impressed and happy I found The Glass Guy's.PRIMO work, interactions with staff, quality of work and very professional. We called after my husband had a rock leave a good size chip in his windshield and needed it replaced. They beat the price of the company our insurance uses and were great. My husband took his car on accident the night before and works night shift and they were able to still fit him in today even though we had to move the time to later in the day. Thank you for your quick work! We will come to these guys anytime we need glass repaired or replaced!

I took my Nissan in to have the sun roof replaced. When I went to pick up my vehicle it wouldn t even start! They had to have someone jump start it and then have another one come out and plug back into the computer system and spent 20 minutes fixing it. He even admitted that this was a tough one and sent us on our way. I go to the grocery store and my car won t start AGAIN! Today, I take it to have the battery tested and it s SO LOW it can barely be tested. I call and you say you will do nothing about this!!! Then you proceed to tell me you had issues with my car the whole time!!! Hhmmmm interesting how no one said anything about that until I complained. I paid over a thousand dollars and my car barely starts.

My 2019 Subaru Forester with eye-site had a long crack in the windshield and needed replacement. As parts are in short supply (Sept/Oct 2021) due to Covid all Subaru dealers in the Greater Puget Sound area were quoting me around $1400, out of pocket to replace the windshield, but no windshields were available until Nov/Dec. I called the Glass Guy and was quoted around $850 total for a new installed windshield and re-calibration of the eyesight which has to be done. I made an appointment and a week later I had a beautiful new windshield perfectly installed. Nice folks and great people at the Aberdeen, WA location. The nicest friendliest people there. Had an emergency sunroof leak. They got me in right away. Took them less than 45mins & he even took my car over to hose to ensure it would not leak. You want it done right? Go to the glass guy. You want honesty & not want taken advantage of? Go to the glass guy!

I got a quote on my 72 demon and made an appt. for a Friday & dropped it off. I got a call several hours later that they had forgotten to order the rubber seal and I was told it would be $100 & be there Monday, I ok'd it as sometimes the seal is re-useable, not this time. I was then told there was rust that needed repaired and he would not it. That's also to be expected on old cars. I was told it would be dome Monday. I stopped by Monday and immediately noticed several chips along the trim edge, he said it was poor quality paint work. Also, the inner rubber seal wasn't laying flat & the trim wasn't staying down on 1 corner, he said it would over time. I was working and couldn't get it until Tuesday. I expected to pay $460 plus tax, it was $600. I got a little upset at the young man as the owner wasn't there. He took $50 off. It was $100 for the rust treatment that I wasn't told was charged. I did talk with the owner and argued about the quote and the paint, he said he always fors the rust treatment whether the customer wants it or not, and doesn't charge for it if the customer gets upset . To make a long story short, I won't go back to fix the trim as it would end badly & I would get arrested. If you use him for your classic, get a written quote including everything and take pictures. I am a previous customer and they did good work on my other w/s replacement. Good luckService: Glass installation

These folks are so awesome. I called and they made an apt as soon as they could when my windshield was cracked. The people were so kind and fixed the windshield so fast. They work with progressive and I m sure with many other companies. Definitely the best customer service. They are currently located in a temporary area in Napavine because the other place in Chehalis burned down in a fire. Highly recommended and will be back again!

Tried to schedule an appointment with these folks left first message with no return call, went there in person scheduled appointment they stated they did not have complete vin #, to order glass, went home and called, had to leave a second message, went back second, building sign said open, went in no one around and a notice on door that they were on company cruise for Friday thru Monday. Went over for scheduled appointment on Tuesday, they did not have vin # so they could not order, told them I had left a voice mail both Thursday and Friday, oh we haven t had time to listen to our messages with two of them sitting there and the message light on the phone still blinking and they had been opened for a hour. They said if they could have the vin # they would have it in two days. Told them to forget it and went directly over to Novus and scheduled for the very next day. SO MUCH CLEARER and Friendlier business. IF you need window replace go to NOVUS !!!!

Long story short my 6 year old son broke the back window out of my van on a Saturday late afternoon we cleaned it up and started calling around looking for someone to replace it. Finally got ahold of a company who's on line add said they would come to your home to replace it. After answering all of there questions and scheduling a time the soonest they could get me in was two weeks out. They informed me they didn't come to Rochester ( They were located in Olympia approx 20 miles north of us )and would cost $ 360.00.So we put plastic covering on the window and hoped for the best. My mother inlaw told me to try the Glass Guy so Tuesday I gave them a call they came and installed my new window on that Thursday the tech was professional and courteous it took him less than an hour to compleat the job he came to my home to do it and the cost was over $100.00 less than the other place. So if you need a window in your car replaced I highly recommend the Glass Guy!

I had no reference point to go on,I just needed a windshield.The glass guy was the first number that I dialed as I left my house this morning.They got me in and out the same day that I called.Very pleased with the service and price.They were professional and pleasant both on and off the phone. I felt welcomed. I recommend this business and will use their services again.

Hands down the best, least expensive with the most experience of anyone who I've seen in the business. If you go to anyone else I would have to say that you were either crazy or just love spending money. Thank you Tim! You are amazing and I appreciate you. GOD bless.

Another company installed my windshield, but blew me off when it broke due to their error. These guys were amazing. They got me right in and fixed the other companies error. I cannot thank them enough. And although I hope I never have to see them again (knock on wood) I know who my first call will be to if I ever need them.
