Not very impressed with this service dept. I brought my Accent here for an anti theft recall. 3 separate visits. The first trip I waited 90 minutes just to be given a "club". The 2nd trip I came back for a replacement part for the ignition and after another 90 minute wait I discovered I wasn't having the part installed, it was just ORDERED. The bulk of the time was the technician doing "inspections" that I hadn't wanted or requested. I absolutely hate the big "upsell" to get me to spend $$$ on service. The 3rd trip out and another lengthy wait for my part to be installed, but then they did not put the decals on the car indicating it has the anti theft deterrent in place! I am not making a 4th trip back for the decals. My request for the decals to be mailed to me has not been acknowledged or replied to. Each trip also takes more than an hour round trip because I don't live near the dealership. In future, I will return to another Hyundai dealer with a much better service atmosphere.

Took my mom's free oil change insurance four separate times. But this time even though we stated that she had the free oil change they charged her and said she paid before when she did not. We will never go there again

I was quoted over $900 to replace my driver-side mirror. I popped the casing off of it accidentally.My car is still under Hyundai care and while I understand that won t cover accidental repairs there s no reason it should cost that much.We ended up purchasing a replacement mirror online for $70, it took my spouse less than 10 minutes to replace it himself.Services: Side view mirror repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Very friendly service managers. Great quality maintenance & repairs. Comfortable waiting area. Bring your own coffee ("due to Covid-19" they are no longer allowed to have their formerly-excellent drink serviced: thank you Mr inslee), or get a soda from the machine.

The people who work here have changed since my vehicle was purchased a year ago. When I dropped my car off for routine service the guy at the counter was really rude.

Friendly staff and reliable service. Some things can take a while, but they have courtesy cars that will shuttle you around while you wait. Some recall items that are required take forever to actually get called in, but that seems to be a problem from Hyundai itself.

Always good, friendly service. They keep you updated if things change. They do have a little trouble with online reservations not always consistent with what time was reserved and what was actually in their system; sometimes by several hours.

I've bought two cars from here. I've only had to come to the service department a couple of times, but each time they were friendly and attentive and took care of what they needed to in a timely fashion.
