Rally auto sales. The owners are incredible ppl. Kind and approachable. I've known this family my entire life. I was in a crisis and had no one to turn to so I went here and I got the help I needed. And now I'm no longer homeless and living in my car. I love this family and their great business. Beautiful atmosphere when you walk in and the greeting you get from them is so warm and welcoming. Thank you Doyal and Mary. You helped me in a major way. I love you guys.

The absolute best around. Bob and Tonya made the process easy as can be. They are honest and friendly folks who care about helping the customer find the right vehicle for them. Can t say enough about this place, highly recommend. Thank you guys

Great price and great people! Happy with the Jeep! It has been able to travel everywhere from Washington to California to Texas, even Moab with no problems. Not sure where else you would be able to find honest people and quality vehicles.

I bought a used car remotely from Rallye and had it shipped to the Bay Area. The service provided by Rallye Auto has been exceptional. They went the extra mile to bring the car to an independent shop for an inspection, cleaned it up, arranged shipment and delivered all the documents required for registration. The car itself is in an amazing condition. Tanya was super kind and very responsive to all the questions I've had.Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful reputable dealership!We bought a 2012 Ford F-350 from them and the entire staff was fantastic! They don t rip you off, fair with their pricing & incredibly professional. They made the whole process very smooth & we left loving our new truck. We worked specifically with Riley and I would highly recommend him. We will definitely buy from them in the future!

Even though we didn't buy something at Rallye...only because they didn't have what we wanted and am not patient enough to wait...there's no one better than Bob. He took the time to answer questions and help make a good decision, with zero pressure to buy from him. We recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

If you can't find the car you want and are worried about being scammed go to rallye! The entire staff makes you feel like family and wen you go in and tell Bob what your looking for he will find it for you. Im never going anywhere else again to buy a car but here. The salesman that helped me out, Riley was very sweet and helpful and if he didn't know something he would find out. 10 billion stars to rallye auto

My experience here was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Everything was stress-free, transparent, upfront & very straightforward. I would drive 2 hours here again to buy another vehicle from them. There's no stress in negotiating or feeling like the prices are jacked up. Pricing is very fair or below market & this family owned company clearly takes pride in their customers having an excellent experience with them.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Customer service extended even after purchase. These guys care about your satisfaction. I live in Oregon. I bought a beautiful SUV from them based on just the internet photos. They worked with me on the price to help me get the car. After driving the car home I noticed an issue and called to see if there was anything they could do. Mind you I signed every AS-IS document in the the paperwork and the responsibility for correcting this problem was now mine. Bob, the owner, spoke with me directly and worked to resolve my issue. In the end he found a solution that fixed my problem and cost me nothing to do it. The integrity at Rallye is unmatched. In the end, I'm happier with my experience with the dealership I had to drive 5 hours to buy my car from than I have been with any dealership near me. They don't just say family owned, they mean it. Thank you everyone at Rallye. The next time I'm looking for a car, I'm looking there first.Dan.

We had a terrific experience at Rallye. Tom was so kind, friendly, and helpful. He knows trucks. Every question we had was answered immediately. We purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram that was clean and reliable. Can't say enough about the friendly atmosphere & authentic way in which we were cared for, and the quality of the experience. Buy here.

What a pleasant way to buy a vehicle! I bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma from these folks yesterday. No pressure. No hassles. Great service. Quick. Who likes buying a car? Right? Bob and his folks treated me with respect. I got a great vehicle at a better price than I was expecting. A family run business that knows how to treat people. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Very satisfied with the 2008 Honda CRV we bought! Every person working here that helped us was amazing, honest and made buying a vehicle easy. Great experience buying our truck! Only took 2 hours from test drive to driving off the lot. Very nice folks, no pressure, great communication, cleaned and sanitized everything we were to touch. We would highly recommend Rallye!

My husband and I put in an offer on a used truck. Salesperson Tommy handled the offer and said he would call us back with a reply. We never heard back. We followed up and he said quite rudely that he would get all the money they were looking for and they wouldn't even come down a $100 from the list price. He didn't even offer a counter offer, I guess that was too much work for him to handle. We were buyers with cash in hand ready to go, ready to NEGOTIATE. I don't recommend this dealership in any way shape or form.

These people are fantastic! I've dealt with numerous used cars agencies over the last 4 years. I bought a truck here 2 years ago. Today, I'm buying another. So easy to work with. They addressed every concern immediately.

Our family and business have purchased several vehicles with Rallye over the years. They have always had high quality products, been super helpful, and friendly. I would happily have any of the Guffee's over to my home, they do business like long time friends.

First off I really do not like buying a new vehicle, the process is stressful and you never know what you are going to end up with when you are buying a used vehicle. Salesman can be pushy and make you feel uncomfortable and I have no problems leaving a dealership if I feel pushed to sign papers or move forward with the buying process. I have dealt with quite a few dealerships around the skagit valley area and some salesman I just cannot stand, I walked out of 2 different ones in my most recent hunt for a new vehicle. But when I came to rallye I can 100% honestly say that it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever been through. I initially went to look at a Chevy they had for sale and that's when I had met Doyle, he had to have been one of the best salesman I have dealt with to date. There was absolutely no "pushiness" to him whatsoever he really made it feel like he was there to help me find my next vehicle. When he saw that I wasn't to interested in the Chevy anymore he didn't try and push me into looking at something way out of the price range I was looking for just to make a sale but he had remembered that there was another truck that fit my list of what I wanted and grabbed the keys right away. And I will tell you this was right at closing time for them. Even though they closed in 5 minutes he still told me that I could test drive it and he had suggested I take it all the way to alger exit which is about a 25 minute round trip. He stayed back at the dealership and let me and my wife drive it and I could tell instantly that it was a quality used vehicle so we only took it a quick trip on the freeway and back. When we got back I had never said that yes for sure I will buy this but he told me that if I wanted to sleep on it to just let him know the next day and he would hold it for me for the day which was pretty surprising to me but that was awesome. Went homeAnd the next day I decided that it was what I wanted. The entire buying process was smooth and mostly doneOver email since I was at work all day. Tonya was awesome and really made things easy. Doyle really made me feel like he was there for me and didn't make me feel As if I got taken advantage of. I highly recommend this dealership and the do seem to have some QUALITY used vehicles on their lot. Thank you everyone at rallye!

My fiance and I just had the best automobile-buying experience at Rallye -- above and beyond our expectations -- and greater than at any other auto dealership we've ever visited and would like to share. I have purchased (too) many cars and trucks over the years with good and bad results, but Doyle at Rallye took it to a whole new positive level with his personal touch this week. I agree wholeheartedly with Frederick D. on the relaxed, no game atmosphere and will be looking to purchase more from Doyle and family when the time comes.We aren't employees, we aren't family, nor were we friends with Doyle upon arrival. We met him for the first time last Thursday evening, after a long two hour (rush hour) drive from Seattle, to look at a truck on his lot in Burlington. Due to the traffic, we couldn't make it by the closing time at 6pm, so he offered to come back to the dealership after hours to meet us.I'll keep this part short: Doyle personally showed us the diesel truck, it's condition was outstanding, he let us test drive as long as we needed, we loved it and we made a very fair deal. There was no negativity, no B.S., no waits -- just a realistic discussion on what the rig was worth and what we were willing and able to pay. Doyle was flexible and we came to a price including options acceptable to both of us. He was also flexible on completing the financing and picking up the truck a few days later without hassle. That part is expected from a competent and pleasant dealer to make for a good experience.The important part: The good to GREAT experience part of this story is that Doyle took the time (late on a Thursday) to get to know us, what we wanted, needed and then, without prompting, noticed that the truck didn't include something of great help to my fiance. When we arrived to pick up the truck, not only did it have the options we agreed upon, but a surprise gift to help my fiance also installed. We were blown away by this personal touch. We now do feel like friends with Doyle and his family who also came out to greet us and wish us luck with our new truck.Thank you, Doyle, for an amazing, unexpected experience. I'll make sure to put this feedback in multiple places online. We'll certainly be back the next time we need another automobile.

I will never buy another vehicle without checking in with these guys first!! I bought a 2007 Ford E-350 cargo van for my business. I came in told them what I was looking for and my price range, no screwing around no trying to wear me down with stupid sales tactics just straight up "here's the van Here's the price" Over all I spent less than one hour TOTAL to buy this van.(and that includes my two test drives) They are a family owned business with awesome customer service. They went over and above to help me with this purchase. I highly recommend Rallye Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!!

Definitely an easy place to shop for a truck. They were respecting Memorial Day weekend ,by being closed for families ,so we could only look at the vehicles on the lot. My husband left a voice mail and we were contacted first thing when they were open and had our truck ready to test drive. Love the truck! We got a fair trade in and a few minor fixes on our new one and off we go! Thanks to Dale and the whole family!

Tried to look at 8+ trucks with them, ran the numbers on all with VINs and all were +20% over book (most don't finance over 115%), wouldn't let me drive anything that I was seriously looking at, was very passive aggressive and didn't want to talk to me, told me to figure out my own financing on one I was looking at. Went to another dealer, test drove 2 trucks, Rallye's called the dealer and lied and told them I drove through their lot (their lot is on the way to the highway). On top of that they bad mouthed me to the dealer I ended up buying a truck from, and told them I wasn't serious, trying to influence my deal.I have many friends that buy vehicles for their farms that sent me to them, and 2 of my 3 banks sent me there, I will be letting them all know about my horrible experience with Tom and Bob. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, by far the worst interaction I've ever dealt with. I'll send nobody there.

If I could give them A10I would the only car lot I feel comfortable buying a used car at. I've bought 4 trucks myself.My daughter just bought a cheap little car there 1st car the tire messed up few days later and they fixed it on the spot great people

Wow...where do I start!This is a unique place to shop for a vehicle!We had been searching for a specific truck for months. We saw a new ad for one at Rallyes', however its 3 hours drive, and we could not go until the weekend. I did business with Bob, and he assured me that he would not sell the truck until after I had a chance to see it! It was hard to believe because twice before I had sales men tell me similar statements. I had to wait for my daughter to have a day off to drive me up there.When we drove into the lot, we saw the truck instantly!When we met Bob, he handed me the keys and said to go wherever we wanted to. Three men tried to buy the truck from me when we stopped to use the restroom at Mc Donald!When we got back to the lot, he asked me what I thought. And I said I know you expect me to act a bit disinterested, but chose to say 'I Love this truck...its EXACTLY what I've been looking for for MONTHS!'Bob did EVERYTHING that I needed done INCLUDING some things that he didn't HAVE to do! He is one of the most Honest up-front Business men I've ever met!He's a man of his word and has integrity. He did EXACTLY what he said he would!Doing business with him was a true Blessing!This Lot is run by a family, and has been there for more than 40 years!We saw all Quality vehicles there, all at very fair prices!If you want to buy a Quality vehicle, at a fair price, and deal with an honest man of integrity....SEE Bob at Rallye in Burlington! Got a great deal on a Chevy Silverado. Rallye continued great service after the sale repairing minor issues free of charge. These guys were honest and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.
