Nearly every single one of your competitors offer free check engine light readings. Oh but you'll sell me the device to check the code, but you won't help me figure out what the problem really is. Napa has passed their time.

I had a tail light out, so I stopped by NAPA to get a replacement bulb. The first thing that stood out to me was that the the employee behind the counter greeted me with a smile and asked what he could help me with. I already had an extra bulb from a two pack I had purchased some time ago, but wasn t sure if it was the right one for the tail light. The employee offered to come out and take a look at it for me. He pulled the bad bulb out and the replacement bulb I already had was what I needed! He replaced it for me and I was in my way! Now THAT is great customer service! His friendly and helpful demeanor were very much appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Very helpful staff. The sales associate was able to locate the proper fuses for our vehicle as well as windshield wipers. Even came out to the car to confirm the fitment. Made our visit easy and efficient. We were able to fix our vehicle in less than half an hour and be back on the road quickly.

Came in today to get wiper blades close to closing time. I couldn't see in the rain with my old ones and asked if they would install them real quick and the response wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I was told they are getting ready to close and rushed me out the door. I was just looking for a little help being it was a new truck to me and just wanted a little help with the install... I work in a industry where you go home when when the last customer is satisfied, was expecting the same but got nothing close to it.

If I have to go to an auto parts store, NAPA is my favorite. This particular NAPA has many tools in stock, including hard to find hub sockets and many specialty tools. They don't carry a lot of the cheap gimmicky stuff that the other auto part stores carry, which is great.Plus, the store is staffed with guys that know about car parts, go figure!? So awesome!They are career guys with knowledge and experience and care about what they're doing. I really appreciate that.

This is the worst store. Customer service is for s#!+. Do not attempt to call for any inquiry about any part for a vehicle, unless you have at the least 12-24 minutes to waste. Then you'll get to waste another 15 minutes to reference the part number that was given to you by another store that told you that this store has 7 of your items in stock. Monumental waste of time. Better luck taking your chances in a Walmart line.

They are always friendly and helpful. Luis is awesome!! He could not have been nicer. He replaced my wipers for me in the pouring down rain with a smile and awesome attitude. Thank you!!

Called ahead to ask if they hat it in stock...They said yes, they had 2 of them.I drove 40 miles to get the parts and when I arrived I was told they don't have them but could order them in for the next day.No thanks... The only reason I would pay 2x the price is for convince. If I have to wait I may as well save the cash.The wonder why brick and mortar can't compete???

Help get the part I need quickly for my dad's pickup but in the end it I still hauled it home but still used it to remove the heater core hoses many times because nothing was going my way

My son bought a battery and found he didn't need it and the owner would not let him return it. After telling him he needed other parts he agreed that might help. After 3 hours and 3 Napa stores ended up just getting his money back. Talk about a wasted afternoon.

Worst experience in a parts store I've ever had, and awful attitude towards customers. The women that work there will be rude directly to your face, cut you off before you can finish talking, and will get angry when you dont have part numbers before calling. Then when you say you need another part they sigh, roll their eyes and act like you're burdening them. Been buying from napa for years and I wont step foot in this location again.

Some of your employees need some help, went in with a pretty simple request "could you tell me the axle nut size" it's written down on your computer program and the lady told me she didnt know blah blah blah. Went to o'Reilly's and was out of the store in 2 minutes with the information and socket I needed

People are 1st class there - they go above and beyond to help you out with your automotive needs! You might save a few bucks ordering online- but I would rather pay a dollar or two more for the awesome service!!
