Everything went pretty good. I liked how the All state insurance agent, I can't remember his name but he was very nice and compared prices with our car insurance and gave us a quote in paper. We appreciated that. Peter our sales man was very nice, honest, no hassle and patient. He even gave my husband and I time to discuss. He made the entire transaction smooth and easy.

Sarah was super helpful, she made sure to explain what my options were due to my credit and she found us every possible way to get more on our loan to accommodate my wants and needs and got us in a truck that I didn t even think was possible for me. She made buying our truck as stress free and easy as she could so that was a plus and she was super accommodating to the fact that my wife and I had our 8 month old son with us so one of us going for a random walk was never an issue so that definitely helped out.

All were Welcoming and friendly.But Joe and Ted both listened to my wants and needs. (As well as my limitations and concerns!) They offered me options with no pressure. They were very informative and answered all my questions. I feel comfortable & look forward to the continued relationship w/ this dealership for my services & Maintenance! 100%

Greg "Gator" and I believe the other salesman's name was Jonathan treated us with great respect. They were very knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate the vehicle before we left.The offer they presented was a lot less than we ever expected. We were blown away. We are so thankful.

David and the rest of the staff at Karmart Mitsubishi made my car buying experience easy and stress free. Everything was done before I got to the lot so all I had to do was sign the papers. Everyone was very kind and attentive to my needs and concerns. I appreciate the new owner walk through with Peter showing me everything I needed to know that pertains to my new car. He had so much knowledge about my car and made sure I knew everything from the safety to the extras. This was my third vehicle I have purchased from Karmart and this being my first brand new. You have a forever customer with me. Thank you for taking care of me

David Mendoza was such a kind and helpful person. We shopped around a couple days. Even though we went another avenue and did not buy a car from him off their lots I am so glad we met him. Worked with Joevanni to close a deal on this 2013 BMW 550xi. Highly recommended, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and test drive a few vehicles. Never pressured or recommended something that didn t fit my requirements. Purchase process was painless as well, Karmart secured a lower interest rate than I had found shopping on my own. For a guy who normally avoids any dealer I was impressed and left happy. Talk to my man Joevanni!

Buying a car is rarely a pleasant experience for me. We had just drive over an hour to see a vehicle on another lot. The lot gave me with an unpleasant experience and we were going to drive home, when we decided to give KarMart a shot (plus I really needed a restroom). I m glad we did, because a young man named Joevanni helped us, and after a brief explanation of what we were looking for and why he had just the car in mind. My daughter is 15 and has begun driving school, so we decided it was time she had her own vehicle. After some no pressure negotiations, we happily accepted terms and drive away in a cute little car that my daughter just loves. Good bless you, Joevanni. And thank you!

Wasn't able to make a deal (I'm too far upside down on my currently financed car) but felt like they treated me fairly and honestly. Except when they offered me $500 for my trade that other dealerships valued between $2,000-$2,500. It wasn't a big deal, I just said "that's borderline offensive", and they quickly upped their offer to above what I was expecting on the offer sheet.The salespeople were really nice and professional, and generous with their time. Didn't feel rushed at all. I'll consider them next time I'm in the market.

Super kind, helpful, and friendly staff! The whole experience was smooth and easy. It is only my second car but by far the better experience of the two. Everyone who helped out was amazing! There was really no pressure too buy a car and I honestly went into it thinking I wasn't going to buy one that day but they were kind and friendly and helped find cars within my budget and I was able to find the right one for me.

We recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Peter Badillo at Karmart. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Peter. He was knowledgable about the cars and patient as we wanted to test drive a bunch of them. We didn't feel pushed into anything we didn't want to purchase. We can't necessarily review the car yet as it's only been about 10 days, but so far so good. We hope it's a quality investment for many years to come.

Me and my family were in a tight spot. I called Kartmart Mitsubishi and spoke with Joevanni. I told him my situation (bad credit, current auto loan with 7 months of payments to go) and I needed to get into a new car ASAP, due to car issues. I told him what my needs were, what I was wanting and my price range. We spoke over the phone, he sent over a credit app) I filled it out, provided some additional details. We had to drive about 40mins to get to the dealership, when I say we barely made it due to our cars transmission having issues. When I say I was praying the whole way that that this sales person can help us. When we arrived Joevanni told us that we were approved for a brand new car..when I say I was floored would be an understatement. He was kind and patient. Him, the finance people, and everyone that got the deal done is forever in our hearts . Sometimes life comes at you fast and its easy to feel like options are few, if you need to give Joevanni a call and I'd bet my last 2 bucks they will take care of you proper like. :-)

Giovanni was absolutely AMAZING! The customer service, professionalism and cleanliness was outstanding! I wasn't sure if I would purchase a vehicle today but when every one of my questions were answered (honestly and correctly) I knew I was making the right decision. Giovanni is one of their youngest dealers but one of the best I've ever met. I test drove multiple cars and he answered questions on every feature. I also didn't have a way to get both vehicles home and they helped me with that! SAME DAY SERVICE. Thank you Sarah Sheilds for assisting with all the insurance paperwork. Also had great customer service from Oscar. Very patient and willing to meet with me in the next few days to assist me.

I had a great experience with the entire staff. Andrew met me at the door and quickly walked me through the entire buying process. He was very personable and friendly, answering all my questions. The financing was quick and so easy. The last vehicle I purchased was in 2003 so I am so grateful for putting my trust in KarMart to put me in the vehicle of my dreams. Thank you.

Bought our car there two years ago and we were very happy. Now having to deal with the customer service department to get our service for our vehicle, taken care of is absolutely the worst. Incompetence, inconsideration, and the inability to listen is apparently the norm. It was beyond anything I ve ever had to deal with it was the worst.

Purchasing a new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from KarMart and extremely satisfied with the service level. The sales representative Oscar answered all of my questions without hesitation and kept me in the loop until the car arrived. Found it refreshing that the sales team listened and only offered services I was interested without being pushy. Highly recommend and will be visiting again in the future.
