Getting our car broken into 1,100 miles from home and having my wife s purse stolen was super stressful. Working with this company was the complete opposite! They had the window we needed in stock and were able to set up an appointment for the following day. They came out to us, showed up on time, were very courteous, and did a great job! I hope I never have to call them again, but I wouldn t hesitate if the need arose. I highly recommend Glass America! Lifesaver!

We got a huge star in the windshield. Immediately called out dealership and they sent us to glad America for evaluation. We were there in a half hour and a half hour later or windshield had been repaired and we were on our way. Our warranty covered the charge and we were on our way. Nice staff, great service and the glass looks great. Highly recommend this place.

I called and made an appointment I was told that the address on file wasn t in a location they service but was told by the gal I talk to she only needed it so there s an address on file and will tell the tech that the vehicle will be serviced at my work. When I called today asking about why I haven t been contacted I was told that my appointment was canceled because of my location . The lady said she put in notes that the customer is willing to meet and have it done without dropping it off at the shop for I work night shift. I m currently pregnant and my windshield is dangerously broken and leaking. They were unprofessional when it came to contacting the customer about the cancellation and letting the customer know it needed to be taken to the shop when I was told it will be serviced at my work in Bellingham which is within the service radius. Customer service was awesome very nice people. But the communication was horrible and a bit upsetting.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, they were suppose to show up a few Saturdays ago, no call, no show up, etc. Then a call from someone to see if the windshield was installed, explained no. Again, would have someone there to install the windshield on Saturday. Then the day before, I get a call that the technician had a family emergency, and may not be able to show up. Another call, the technician is out sick. Today, someone calls in the AM, leaves a message they will show up later that day, no prior calls or notice. I am out of town with the vehicle. I get a call from my wife, a 'very scary' person shows up, his looks frighten her, looking to install the windshield. I finally get though to this person, said he receives a text every morning about what to do that day. He apologized for the delays, said he has no control how these appointments are scheduled, they are short of people, etc. After all this nonsense with this company, I had scheduled an appointment with someone in town to install my windshield. At least if I have an issue I could have it addressed promptly, rather then getting another run-a-round from this business. I would not refer this business, just contact someone who is really in this business locally, who can actually perform the work promptly. I have wasted weeks trying to get something simple done.

Completely wasted my time. Got a date and time all scheduled and when the guy shows up, he brought the wrong windshield. Get a call a little later and they offer to bring the right windshield but at a much higher cost than the original quote. Don t use this company, they waste your time and try to scam you like the rest of these reviews say.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Cheaper than it s competitors, came to me to fix it, flexible with me, and kept me up to date for it done quick. Needed my rear window replaced and they did a great job. I got so many quotes from other companies who were charging me more and had to have me bring the car to them but this company makes it soooo easy for you. Highly highly recommend.

I have been waiting 2 days for my cars back window to be fixed, I have been in contact several times with the customer service team and they always put me on hold for 30 mins or more, or tell me I will receive a call back.This time I spoke to a dispatcher named Jennifer over email and explained to her I am a single pregnant mom and I am missing work waiting on my car .. and asked for an update, none came but my car was not fixed today. I will have to pick it up and find someone else. Very overwhelmed.

Technician Ben was very professional and personable....the lady at the call center .... Not so much.... She wouldn't take the time to understand the situation... Thus resulting in having to reschedule...BUT Ben was right on top of it... Got it done quickly...

Ok experience, will most likely be going somewhere else in the future. Service was very friendly and professional, but they were not able to meet their initial appointment window and they had gotten mud on the inside of my car, all over the floor and steering wheel.

They lied about my appointment said someone was coming for 2 days and when I called they said they cancelled my appointment without my calling me and telling me anything. Finally after 4 phone calls to them I went with another company.

Fast and dependableTurned around my tailgate window replacement in less then an hour and Glass America's price was almost half of their competition for the same job.
