Car Champions was fantastic! Derrick at the front desk was super helpful in getting everything set up in a timely manner and was incredibly friendly! Got my car fixed up and looking gorgeous again quickly. Will for sure go here again if needed!

I had a fender bender and I (am supposed to) have USAA as my insurance company. Trying to get USAA to process my claim has been a nightmare. They set up an appointment with Crash champions to get an estimate for repairs. It didn't seem like Crash champions were really interested in getting an accurate estimate because they just took a few pictures and didn't even look under the vehicle or even under the hood! There were a few other things that gave me some red flags such as the way they were hassling me immediately after to get repairs done even though I hadn't heard back from USAA yet. Now 2 months later after trying regularly to get USAA to process my claim so I could get repairs done, I got an email from USAA saying that they have decided not to pursue the responsible party for what they had "already paid" but USAA has not actually paid anything. They have however apparently claimed that they paid Crash Champions already to repair my vehicle, but that has not been done at all. It stinks very badly of possible fraud that they want paid for work that they didn't do and USAA has ignored all of my requests for help and requests to process my claim. I've been told by the Office of the Insurance commissioner that I could try going to Crash Champions and see if they will repair it, but I can't afford the out of pocket cost and I also don't trust them with my vehicle after everything that has happened.I'll grant that the majority of the problem is with USAA, but Crash champions is part of the problem too and so they get this very negative review. I don't trust them and I hope that this helps other people with their decisions, but by all means STAY AWAY FROM USAA!!!

It was easy and quick to get into Crash Champions Collision Repair and repairs were made in a timely manner. They did a complete detail, interior and exterior before returning the car. Their customer service was very unprofessional, no concern what so ever if the customer was satisfied or not. We were told more than once, by Levi, he was done with us and would not do any further work on our car, although they warranty their work. A person s vehicle is part of their identity. When that vehicle is in a collision or damaged in any way, I the owner, expect my vehicle to be returned in pristine condition after repair. Unfortunately that was not the case with Crash Champions Collision Repair. My vehicle came back with damage that was not there when it was dropped off. The trim strips on the sides of the windshield came off, one on the way home from the shop, the other four days later. Now another trim strip on the fender is coming off. There is still buffer marks where there shouldn t be and additional scratches. This is very upsetting and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair to do any repair work.

Bring my Truck to 1st Class to have scratches and rock chips touched up and had fender flares painted and installed also. Chris and the crew are some of the kindest, knowledgeable and patient people in the business that I have ever dealt with. The work they have done for me is always top notch. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else !

Amazing and fast work! Great communication! Had my truck taken in from an accident on a claim and they were fast and easy to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. When I picked my truck up the did a complete interior and exterior detail as well that I wasn t expecting! Fabulous and would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

1st Class Auto Body did a fantastic job on replacing my damaged side door. The color match is wonderful and they reinstalled all after market items with care.This was also my first time dealing with an insurance claim. They walked me through the process and made me feel confident and comfortable in a situation I have had no experience in. They also are very prompt in getting information back to you and the insurance companies. Their text updates are also very convenient and helpful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We called three body shops in Burlington to get an idea of when we could bring our car in and when the body work would be completed. 1st Class sounded far and above the easiest to work with, and their reviews were stellar, so we went in a few days later (Friday) to get an estimate - no appointment was required for this. They let us leave our Subaru there, and then we received text updates each day. The damage was minor, and apparently Subaru parts are very easy to get, but it still seemed amazing that the car was ready for us to pick up the following Tuesday. Emily (front desk) and Chris (service manager) were polite, professional, great communicators, and 1st Class in every way! Thank you to both of you for providing a five-star experience for what could have been a major hassle. No wonder you get so many great reviews.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience all around. Perfect paint matching and alignment of my new fender. The team kept me in the loop during the process and made the transfer from the Honda dealership painless. After the repair, I had the 2018 car detailed in and out. It now looks better than when we picked it up from the dealer three years ago. Chris also expertly added a screen protector. Impossible to tell it wasn t straight from the factory. The interior is spotless.We highly recommend this service and will be coming back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I found this business last minute on a google search after coming home and discovering my vehicle had been pretty banged up by some unknown person who didn t leave a note . These folks were so wonderfully supportive right from the get go and kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. When my vehicle was ready I wasn t sure I d make it in time and again, they accommodated me. Let me tell you, when I finally made it I got out and looked at my car and was BEYOND impressed! Their work is by far better than I could ve even imagined. To add to their awesomeness was that they cleaned my car inside and out ! I pray I never have to have this happen again in my life but I will NEVER recommend anyone other than First Class Auto Body in Burlington. Thank you, Chris and may God bless all of you!! 1st class is definitely a good name for this place. Not only did they do great work, their customer service was excellent. They even called to give updates on the car.. My car was beautiful inside and out when they got done doing the body damage. The service/shop manager Chris went over everything they did and gave a warranty for the work. He was very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them. Our insurance company had recommended them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had just paid off my car when it got hit five days later and check out the entire passenger side. They did the most amazing job on repairing it you could never tell that it had ever been touched. The paint was perfect the body was perfect it lined up as straight as could be. I totally love the repairs. They kept me up-to-date on everything going onRegularly. They were so very courteous, when there was one tiny tiny spot they drove out to me and repaired that itty-bitty spot it was so nice about it. And it wasn't even a spot on my car that they had to repair but they did it for me. I would recommend them highly. I will never use another shop this is the best.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my vehicle here after getting rear ended and it took 2 months to get it back. Customer service was helpful at first, but when it came down to the complaints I had, they were unresponsive. When I got my vehicle back, as soon as I got in, the glovebox compartment was left open and all of its contents were left on the floor of the passengers side. I was confused because they were doing bumper repairs, why would they need to get into the glovebox. Things that were hanging from my rearview mirror were stolen (I found a broke piece of the item on the floor). I kept a power inverter in the vehicle and that was stolen. I've tried contacting multiple times to get an answer and have still not heard back. Waiting around for my vehicle was frustrating enough but I was understanding because it was a parts availability issue and out of everyone's control. But everything else... There's no excuse for.

Hands down the best customer service I have had in the car industry. Emily at the front desk was amazing and friendly, no pressure but answered any and all of my questions. Chris was able to do an estimate right away and was knowledgeable in delivering the details to me. I was fairly surprised by the extent of the job that was required for what I thought was a simple fix but his delivery was smooth, honest and I fully understood what the work that would be needed. Our timeline was a little extended when an unexpected interior trim needed extra attention to make it right, and Chris was on it either by phone or text to communicate with me how he wanted to solve the issue. He gave me options but I fully trusted the ability of the team there to follow through with the plan B that would round together a well repaired and beautiful car. The exterior blemish is completely gone, the interior patch is noticeable IF you know where to look for it, but overall I am thrilled with the work done and very pleased with the exceptional customer service that was provided. Do I need to get in a collision to return to 1st Class Collision?? I hope not, I d love to have some body work done on a project car if the opportunity arises!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with 1st Class Collision in Burlington, WA. The name says it all - this IS a FIRST CLASS shop! Chris and Emily were simply amazing. When I inquired through my insurance agent, 1st Class Collision was on their list. Emily returned my call within the hour, got me going, was crystal clear about the process. Super great customer service. Chris looked at the damage on my vehicle. He was professional, informative, and super thorough. Again, he as well walked me through the process and told me as much as was reasonable, how long the repairs would take. They were spot on with every detail, including detailing my vehicle after the repairs were complete!! This is an amazing shop with some amazing people working there who will definitely give you a FIRST CLASS experience from beginning to end!! 5 stars and two thumbs way up!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My tire was almost flat. After a long ferry ride I didn t know where to turn; I hadn t dealt with a flat before. When I pulled up to 1st class auto body, the sweetest person responded. A colleague of his told me to go down the road but David walked me to my car and asked questions to understand my situation. He asked for my keys, and asked me to wait inside for 5 mins. Upon his return, my tire was fixed, there was no longer a sensor light, and I left with all problems resolved. It s because of David, I had a FIVE STAR experience.Service: Tires

I was rear-end in my 2021 Elantra on Oct 7, 2021. I took my car to 1st class and they were professional and helpful. It took 4 months to get my car back, but it was not 1st Class' fault. The problem was with my car being brand new and Hyundai not yet having the parts available. Some of the parts had to be shipped from South Korea. The supply chain was a nightmare. Throughout, Emily notified my on Mon, Wed and Fri each week the status. I talked to Chris a few times and he was helpful. I got the car back last week and the work was superb. I highly recommend these guys. They got my car fixed faster than anyone else in the area after I got into a wreck. Plus they are partnered with my insurance so the repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the car. They were very helpful, always answered the phone and kept me up to date on where my car was at in the repair process with frequent texts.

An Amazon truck recently rear-ended my van and destroyed the bumper and tail lights. I brought it in, and it was ready in just a few days. They washed and detailed it which was a nice surprise. They were very professional, and if anyone else ever hits me again, I know a place to go that I can trust. That's just not something you can say about many places these days.Service: Body & Trim

My car was rear-ended during the challenging time of the fallout following the covid-19 shut down. The car repair, (replacing the body panels, bumpers, lift gate, painting) were all completed in a very timely manner. Very impressed. And all with brand new Honda parts for my brand new car. Because of a back-log of work due to covid shut down, and due to shortage of workers, the final piece, the exhaust system, was grossly delayed. During this time (2 months) I received AT LEAST weekly updates via email to let me know how the process was going. I so appreciated this!! After the exhaust finally came, it was quickly installed and the car was washed inside and out and vacuumed. I'm so impressed with this company. They really go the extra mile and are always polite, accommodating and courteous. When it was time to collect my car, I was having a hard time getting an Uber ride and a worker was sent out to pick me up (10 miles one way). Like the manger Chris, his worker was friendly and respectful and made the ride easy and enjoyable. I highly, highly recommend this company for any body work. Went backpacking with my grandchildren and came down the mountain to a truck with the windows smashed and the truck looted. Not the best end to a backpacking trip. 1st Class Auto Body cleaned up and removed all the remaining broken glass, replaced the windows, fixed the window trim and other damage caused by the vandals. When I picked up the truck it was nice and clean on the inside and out. They did such a great job, I felt like the truck was just as new as the day I originally bought it. Drop off and pick up was super easy and they kept me informed of everything via text or email. I thank Chris and his team for turning something horrible into something wonderful.

I'm new to Skagit County and not familiar with any local shops, so I followed my ins., company's suggestion and brought my truck to 1st Class Auto Body and felt confidence in them right away. Since Josh left the auto industry, I was devastated because it s hard to find trustful individuals to leave in the hands of my vehicle. Chris and Emily communicated constantly, sent photos with progress and went above what was expected. Chris also detailed my vehicle, and puppy hair is not easy to get out but he did amazing.
