Great experience! They got me in quick and had window tint and subwoofer installation done in under four hours. They took the time to review all my options and broke the prices down in detail. Fernando did a great job installing both and my new sound system sounds amazing! I would definitely purchase from this company again.

I brought my 2004 Grand Marquis in on 4/17/24 to get detailed here. I try to keep the car mostly clean on the inside and so I opted for a basic service in there, but on the outside, there were many surface-level scratches and chips and residue that I really wanted gone. They squeezed me in same-day and Andy was absolutely wonderful. By 5:15 pm, my car was ready, and I was absolutely blown away. I don t think that car had looked that good for well over a decade. The ceramic coat looked fantastic, and the interior was smooth and looked great. For being a 20-year-old car, my expectations were exceeded and it was worth the price. I would absolutely come back in the future and would definitely recommend others do the same - ask for Andy!

Prices pretty much upfront is why I chose Car Toys. Got a quick run briefing by the installer, which I was appreciated. Door speakers were OEM, thus had to be replaced and the installer provided a suggestions which is really appreciated. No "up sell". A basic head unit (stereo) is all I needed, and once again. No attempt to "up sell". Auto systems is a tough market in being able to provide a fresh product stack that is of reliable quality. This is my second time I decided that I would do business with them as the staff knew their products and could show actual examples as they actually have some of these things themselves. If/when I need anything in the future, Car Toys will be who I use again. Thank You, Ken

Had my windows tinted, keyless entry and auto start installed. Great service!! Very accommodating. All my questions were answered in a respectful manner. Definitely will return to have cameras installed for safety precautions.

My post is a few weeks late. The experience I had was wonderful. The knowledge of Matt, install team, and Chris the store manager were greatly appreciated. Made my purchase easy. Bought the correct audio components for my 4Runner. Paid extra, but got so much more! No regrets. I now enjoy listening to music. The cost pays in dividends each road trip. FIVE STARS.. BUT! I bought a car stereo there and they installed it. Good job. It died three years later. We went and got a new one, even better than the previous one and they installed again. Amazing install and stereo. I have no complaints. I just think that if they sell quality products and perform quality service (both of which they do), they should be willing to stand behind their work for more than their standard: one year.I had given four stars just to illustrate that last sentence, but I had to change it to five. It would be unfair to deny them that.

I had my whole system rebuilt from the ground up by Mike. Excellent experience. Knows his stuff in and out. My sound system sounds amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and get work done and I highly recommend them. Thanks Mike for a great experience.

The crew was very knowledgeable and was able to do a same day installation in less than 1.5 hours!The crew then went over all of the new features in the system and made sure I understood everything about the system.Very clean installation with no debris left behind.Great crew, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.!!

Fast, friendly and wonderful work! I had a new entertainment system installed and my car detailed. They did a wonderful job! Weren't pushy to sell me things at all and answered all my questions with kindness. I would highly recommend these guys!

I was impressed with the customer service and installation. One big down fall was that I requested a detailed estimate of the work which I never received. The quote was for $1,015 but the estimate only came to $447. When I asked what the extra was for installation which was 2.5 hours. They also told me parts which consisted of zip ties and butt connectors. I am a mechanical engineer and I know those parts are pennies on the dollar. I understand the tech wage comes into account but the $565 dollars seems steep for tech and small parts which I never did get a detailed bill of everything which I requested.

Called to inquire about doing a matching tint and they were able to get me in that day and took less than an hour! The cost and quality was on par too. The overall customer service was phenomenal! Great job!

Installed a new stereo in my daughter's car. Great customer service. Initially couldn't use the Bluetooth feature, the techs took the car right back into the garage and within a couple of minutes identified the issue and had it working. Fast install; under an hour. Highly recommend. Will return for future needs.

Andy and his detailing crew at car toys are the best!! Andy has decades of experience and obviously loves his job! When he called me to let me know my car was finished, I think he was more excited than I was! My car had never been so filthy! I had spilled ice cream under the passenger seat months before as well as spilled a latte on the console! There was glitter all over the backseat from my Christmas tree and I think I had enough dirt on the floor to plant garden! . Andy & crew made the interior of my 2016 Mazda SUV look like brand new! The white pearl exterior paint sparkles again!! Andy and the guys at Burlington Car Toys were easy and fun to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Even though the equipment on the motor home was not from Car Toys, they were able to get right in and find the problem with the rearview camera. I have had radios and speakers replaced in two of my vehicles at this location. I couldn t give them a higher recommendation. They re fast, thorough and very conscientious about their work. Special thanks to both managers, one in the shop and the other in the show room.

The store was clean. Chris and Kevin were knowledgeable of the product I purchased. Installation was quicker than estimated and my vehicle was returned the way it was left with them. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable but I got a defected radio to which I got my money back. The biggest thing so would suggest is for the company to invest in their Waiting room area it s old and kind of dirty. Possibly complimentary coffee since some customers are air 2-6 hours there.

They're a lot busier than expected. You'll definitely not forget about your appointment with the follow up phone calls, texts, and emails if you book online. Service was great and felt like my car was well taken care of. Had tint and detail done and both techs were well experienced. Will recommend and was able to get in within a couple days.

The staff is amazing. They greeted us as soon as we walked in. They were very polite and extremely nice. Matt helped us in choosing our new stereo and speakers and backup camera. I will definitely will be going back when I'm ready to upgrade my chargers stereo. I would recommend car toys to anyone. Customer service is wonderful. And the new system sounds awesome.

I had bought a back up cam at a different store and had difficulty finding someone to install it. Car Toys did not refuse, though I hadn t purchased it from them. They explained how they were going to install it and what I could expect. They delivered and it looks professionally done. I wish I had bought it from them because they had more options of better quality. The store I purchased it from did not know their own products.

It was a very short experience I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked in the young man helping me showed me a different couple options and that was great. The downfall to my day was he gave me the wrong speakers and I drive an hour and a half one way to get there so then I had to drive four and a half hours just to get a set of speakers that I asked for the first time

Day one of remote start install was zero stars. Was told over the phone it would be 3 hours and $329 plus tax for install walked out nearly 7 hours later at $379 plus tax for what I thought was a functioning remote start. Only later that did I find out the heater didn t work in remote start mode. Went back the next day and they were able to get it fixed in about an hour. The extra time spent the first day, and then the whole second day to get it fixed, made it an extreme inconvenience.

Our overall experience was very good and informative. Only wish there had been some tutorial done on how to properly set up the product post sale. I was very unhappy and frustrated because I could not make the backup camera work as advertised. Only after returning home and reviewing YouTube videos was I able to understand how to configure my new toy. I know that I can also return to the store or call for any help I need. I still trust CarToys and will continue to use them.Thank you.

A little more than I wanted to spend but great products and installed the same day as I waited. I'm dropping this down 2 stars because their install charge for a $150 stereo was $350, tax included. If I'd have bought a $250 radio I guess the install would have been free, (so they on the radio), but I wanted to cheap out and that proved costly. Reminds me of Midas or Jiffy Lube now

I always support the small businesses in our community. The better option and customer service, however, for my music package was done by Car Toys of Burlington WA this time.What a fantastic team. A big thank you to Irvin and Ramon for pumping up the sound and clarity on my tunes! I love everything about this purchase! I highly recommend them!
