My husband and I bought a used class B van and dealt with the sales person, Emily. She was pleasant and helpful and if she didn t know the answer to our questions, she did not hesitate to ask others. Anything we ve needed help with since we bought the van, she s been right there to assist us! All of the people we encountered at the Burlington camping world were cheerful, helpful and fun to be around! I highly recommend Emily and Camping World!

We had a great experience with Camping World in Burlington. We worked with Jathan, and he was a very kind and patient salesman with a warm demeanor. I really appreciated that he allowed us the time to look through multiple trailers and never once came across as pushy or forceful. Everyone there is super friendly and makes you feel at home. The prices of brand new trailers was very similar to used ones on the market.

The sales experience was the absolute worst. I literally walked out. If my husband hadn t been set on that particular trailer for that price we would have left. They were rude and condescending. The only reason I give 3 stars is because we like the trailer and the deal we got and I like the store for outfitting. Won t be buying a trailer from them ever again though.

Took my RV here to get warranty work done that was all paid for by Alliance Avenue. Got my RV back to find out I have a leak from my drain pipe in the location they worked in. I was told it must of gotten damage due to temperatures being cold. So, I took it back they fixed it, I bring my RV back to find out my drain valves are not working and are not holding the sewer in the grey tank. I will never take my RV here again to get worked on, they can fix the easy stuff but when it comes to more difficult stuff my experience has been bad.I was also told 3k+ to fix the bedroom slide because it was going in inch at a time and getting stuck. I decided to look at it myself and saw that one of the seals was getting stuck and it caused the motors to unsynchronize. I cut the seal in the area that did that and re-synchronized the motors and they work like a charm. It was under 10mn of work that I was quoted 3k for.Update 7/31/23:I took my 2022 Alliance on the road first time after I had the work done under my belly by Camping World. They cut a hole when they were working on the tanks and patched it very poorly and this happened (see below). Thank God no fire from all the wires dragging on the floor and being ripped.Like I said very poor work quality, I would take my RV somewhere else.

Jathan was incredible to work with, and I highly recommend him! He was a very knowledgeable, kind, and zero-pressure salesperson. We were not even thinking about buying today, but his low-pressure sales approach sealed the deal! Financing was fast, and they got us a great rate, too! It was the best sales experience I have ever had.

All though I did not buy the camper I drove 100 miles to check out, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Jathan was very kind and understanding. He did not give me the run around and suggested I talk price with the actual manager. It was low pressure friendly encounter. I would would have been happy to buy from this staff if they camper I came to see was in better shape.

First, the good. My father's rep, Ernie was great and he set me up with a really good deal. Ernie is the only reason this isn't a one star review. When I bought my trailer part of the deal was them installing brake controllers in my tow vehicle. The finance guy wrote it in based on the assumption that I already had all the wiring, which I didn't. I would kind of assume you would check to see what was actually needed, but maybe that's just me. I find this out the day I come to pick up my trailer and there's no way they can install it that day so I have to make another stuff for round trip. The extra installation also cost an extra $800. I told the finance guy that my credit had dropped since I got approved for the loan so if just pay it out of pocket so we wouldn't have to re-submit the loan. When I come back to pick it up, after is been waiting for a couple hours the service department calls to tell me they have to hard wire everything and that it's going to cost extra. Apparently neither the previous tech or the fine guy had bothered telling them. Nobody had access to my contact so they didn't know which controller to give me until they could g reach him. What they told me would be a4-6 hour project took ten. When they did install the breaker control they put it in a terrible spot, which they knew because the tech said he hoped I liked where he put it since there weren't a lot of options in a can. Had they asked me I would have had them put it elsewhere. Nobody showed me how to use it. The trailer came with a backup camera that nobody could tell me how to put into pairing mode. After I finally got it home I checked my credit the next day and day a hard inquiry from the lender. Had they told me they had to re-submit my application anyway I would have added the $800 to the loan. A couple of days later I went out to move it and none of the jacks would work because the battery was dead (I know about the manual operation). I brought the battery in to charge while I tried to track down what had drained it and it has a dead cell. I called the service department and told them about it. They said it would be handled through a different department and transferred me. I got voicemail and have now been waiting two days for a return phone call

I bought a 2022 Keystone Sprinter from this dealership on 28 Oct 2023. The buying process was fine, however, the dealership is yet to complete the registration/titling process 150+ days later. My temporary registration expired in December, and in January I was told that the dealership apparently lost the title for the RV and needed the old owner to sign additional paperwork to fix the problem. 2 months after that I'm still yet to have a resolution. The customer service is polite enough, but overall very poor. I live about an hour away from the dealership and have called them about every 2 weeks and get bounced around with "who is taking care of it." Each time I'm told "We'll definitely call you back" and have been called back only twice. At this point I'm unable to drive it due to it not being registered.Update 23 March: there is still no real resolve to my problem. The dealership says the issue is "with corporate," and I was given 2x 3-day trip permits...

We had the BEST experience at Camping World! We are slow decision makers, and visited the lot a few times before committing to our new trailer. Cody was patient with us the whole time, and expertly answered our questions, and showed us multiple trailers that would fit our needs, based on how we described that we'd be using it. Pick up was an easy process. The staff were thorough in showing us how to use our new trailer, and their systems made us feel confident in our purchase. Every detail felt well thought out and planned. If you are looking to buy a new travel trailer -- ask for Cody! We cannot recommend our experience enough!

5,100$ to replace fridge in RV. Got it done at JRs for 2500$I would never recommend work to be done here, too much overhead.Buying stuff for RV is good though.Check out JRs in Sedro-Woolley by Skagit burgers. You won't regret it.

Jerdan was both extremely professional while still being warm and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about units and helped us find exactly what what we were looking for. Very bad service. The refrigerator was repaired three times and as a result it does not work; the warranty is only on paper. There is only deception all around. Nobody respects anyone. Everyone understood that it was possible to steal and deceive.The workers are judgemental and definitely make sure to make you feel like a second class citizen.. I have never been to another store where I was treated so poorly. Never more. I will never come here again. There is no longer the America that was before.

I am super impressed with Camping World and thier sales representative Jerdan Greathouse. I was a little skeptical about having to drive 3 hours away for our rv when there are 4 other rv places closer to us but Jerdan is the reason why we will be driving the 3 hours away for our new rv. From a great video presentation on our unit to the level of professionalism he offers is a great reason why anyone should do buisness with Jerdan and Camping World in Burlington. When purchasing the RV in the room with the Finance Manager you are given a "KM Resorts Campground" offer for 2-3 nights for free. We declined and refused to sign it. It was discarded by the Manager, but they will still give your information to this company who will call you daily trying to sell you a "free" membership. Very misleading and I did not give Camping World permission to give my personal information to a 3rd Party Company when we did not finance our Travel Trailer.

We just picked up our new 5th wheel trailer. It was a great experience, we had a small issue during our pick up but that was quickly resolved by the professional staff. This was truly a wonderful experience. Brigitte and I would like to thank our salesman Ernest, Eric the F&I Manager and all the staff and management. They worked hard to make this a good experience for us. Ernest is a very honest hard working salesman who will work hard for you, he is the first sales person I have meet with standards. My daughter and I had the best experience at Camping World in Burlington today 10/13/23.We were quickly greeted by Ernest and let him know we were just peekingaround. He let us look on our own for a few minutes and then offered to show us a few RV's since my husband and I are almost ready to buy.Over the next 30 minutes he gave us his undivided attention, answered all of our questions, explained the process of becoming an owner of an RV & lots of information to take home. He showed us the showeroom before we left.We both feel in love with an RV today and will be bringing by husband with next time (soon).Thank you Ernest for your knowledge and time today! I 100% recommend everyone to stop by and see you!!

Our sales rep Bobbie B. was very informative organized and no high pressure tactics. This made for an enjoyable shopping experience as we try to narrow down the RV for us.Ice cold soda & popcorn in the sales office to keep our teenagers happy which allowed us more time as we looked at many units.We returned to purchase the Mallard IDM 27 and were completely satisfied with the process. Our travel trailer was all ready to go on the date we specified we'd pick it up.After two trips now in our trailer we could not be happier with our choice and purchase.
