First off, these guys are first class! The lot is warm and welcoming, the cars are clean and they all present well!I live 3.5hrs away, looking for a very specific car. Luis reached out (I had forgotten all the messages I had sent, couldn t remember who, what or where) and provided me the information. I explained my geographical issues, but I could send a family member up to inspect and drive - if it passed the test, and we could agree on numbers, I was interested. I had a couple sell prior to my arrival, without even a call. Putting a driver together to get me there is a bit of a plan that needs to be put together. Luis sent all the negative issues, which were very minor compared to the year. I sent a family out, she said it was beautiful, so we negotiated a price by phone. They took my deposit, and pulled all the marketing on the vehicle. Due to weather, I could only make it on a day they were closed. Luis understood my situation, and opened up the dealership so I was able to pick it up!Top notch service hands down, super respectful to my mother, had the vehicle pulled up and ready every time we made a time to come in.For a small dealership surrounded by large dealers everywhere around then, they still stood out! Luis not only answered ALL my questions at ALL times of the day/night, he always responded and made the process easy. Respectfully the owner came out and introduced himself (very humble).I would happily send any and all my friends and family, feeling comfortable they would be given the VIP treatment!Thanks Luis for working hard to earn my business! Car was absolutely stunning! THANK YOU GUYS!

Great experience! Swung by last week to take a closer look at a truck I had seen posted on-line. I was pleasantly surprised that this was NOT the typical greasy car lot. I was there to look at a 2022 truck with low miles, priced competitively with others I had seen. The lot was very clean, and seem to have only high quality vehicles. Jason answered all my questions, we went for a test drive. NO B.S. AND NO PRESSURE! Truck drove great, negotiated a fair price and trade-in with in 10 minutes. Went inside to an extremely nice showroom and office, finished the paperwork in about 15 minutes or so, NO upsells, and drove off in the new truck. Outstanding place to find a vehicle and do business. Highly recommend, and will look here first when we have more vehicle needs in the future. Thank you!

Top notch service! The trucks on the lot are all hand picked and priced fair. My hardest decision was which one to pick from them. If you are in the market for 1 ton I would definitely pay them a visit. Thanks for the new GM HD. Will be back when I am ready to add to my fleet

Amazing dealer, saw a BMW online and texted Luis asking if he can keep updating me on the vehicle as it would be an hour drive for my to get there, very friendly and great response time. When we got there to check out the vehicle, everything was amazing and smooth, no one pushed you to buy anything and they never tried to upsell anything, the overall building was very clean and the hospitality they offered was amazing. Paperwork was pretty smooth, they were also very patient on receiving the information from my bank, as it took a few days, they were very patient but now everything worked out and it s all good. Overall 10/10, very amazing dealership. Will definitely check here for a next vehicle purchase

I was looking for a specific BMW nationwide for over two years. Other dealers would sell the car out from under me to a local customer or not allow an independent prepurchase inspection. By Design Auto in Burlington WA held my car with a refundable $500 deposit pending the inspection and actually delivered the car to and from the prepurchase inspection shop. Selling price was at market value and they arranged transport to the east coast at a very competetive cost. The business manager checked in with me regularly as the shipping progressed. Car arrived undamaged and as described and pictured by the dealer. I very highly recommend By Design Auto to anyone looking for a straightforwrd and honest dealer with superb customer service.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. If you want a low pressure auto dealer, this is the place. They are friendly and work with you to get you in the vehicle you need. Went to look at a Ram Rebel - Jason, Jordan and Stefanie couldn t have been more accommodating. We drive the truck and discussed our trade & the deal. Initial offer didn t meet our needs. We went down the road to look at a similar Rebel with double the miles & a new Rebel. The experience there was your typical low ball on the trade & trying to sell us stuff we didn t want or need. While we were sitting at this dealership - Jordan called after discussing with Jason & made an offer ghat we found fair. As we left the other dealership they were still trying to throw deals at us with today only caveat. We bought our truck from By Design Auto & walked away satisfied. Wouldn t hesitate to give them a chance to earn your business!

The team at By Design Auto have been fantastic thus far in the buying process. I typically hate salesman and dealerships and especially don't trust independent shops. All those frustrations and distrust are alleviated by working with By Design Auto. They have been upfront and very communicative and that is much appreciated.

4.9 but if I put 5 it d be a cop out.There I put a 5.Person was nice, having different car brands on the lot to see model differences side by side helps a lot.Prices seemed lower than anywhere elseOnly saying what can be seen from an outside viewpoint.

By far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It's an independent dealership, that has very few people working for them, but man what a great crew. I worked with Kurt and the guy was awesome. Not pushy. Listened more than he talked, very friendly. I only wish car buying experience was this easy everywhere. Got a great deal on the truck I bought, well below the KBB and any other sellers including private. This place should be your first and last stop if you are looking for a used car or a truck. By Design Auto Group - number one independent dealer in the state, number one independent dealer in our hearts!

I live in Connecticut. They had the truck I've been looking for. These guys are legit. Jason, Devon, and Brian are a pleasure to deal with. They answered any questions I had along with photos and video of the truck I purchased. They made the paper work process very easy. Had the vehicle shipped without having to fly out there. Coast to Coast. 5 stars all day

They take their time with you, and make sure that you truly want the vehicle. If I lived 3 states over, I would still come here. No scams, No B.S. I have been driving my 2011 Kia K-5 from "By Design" for a few weeks now. Every day, I come home and tell my husband "thank you" for taking me to the best car dealer ever! It was at "By Design" where I found the car that got my attention and made me go "Wow". Jason is absolutely wonderful; a genuine professional sales person. That is a 'rare find' these days. They had the mini cooper I had been looking for and within 6 hours it was mine from start to finish. I contacted them through email and they responded with "Come on up". I then got a call from Jason a few minutes later to say they would be looking for us. That was at 9:30am. Test drove at 12:30 and took it home at 1:30. So courteous, professional, meticulous, and principled! Highly recommend!!Terri Ronk

We've purchased several vehicles from By Design Auto over the years and they have never disappointed! We worked with Brian for our most recent purchase this month and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The purchase and trade in were seamless with no hassles. Then when I came back in for a scheduled service, Brian went above and beyond by lending me his personal vehicle to get back to work while my car was worked on. The team has always been incredibly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, and there is none of the posturing or pressure you get with other dealers. They keep a quality inventory and if they don't have what you want, they can probably find it! Hands down best car buying experience every time and I highly recommend.

I purchased a car the other day from this dealership. I worked with Devon every step of the way. There was no pressure ever to buy the car and I really appreciated that. When I got to the dealership everybody there was very genuine and kind. Devon was preparing the car the day before I went to go get it. He noticed something wasn t functioning as it should, it wasn t anything mechanical. I respected the fact he had the problem fixed even though it took more time due to circumstances out of our control. I am completely stationed with my new car and I can t enough about my experience with Devon, but if you are looking a car check out By Design Auto Group.

I found my beautiful baby at By Design Auto online. I called and spoke with Devon. He was professional, knowledgeable and very forthcoming about the vehicle. The test drive was fun, the application process was smooth and he was positive and pleasant the entire time. I recommend anyone to go their first! Devon and Brian love cars and people and it shows.

Well i can honestly say that this is the worst car buying expierience i have encountered. If you plan on doing business with this dealership i would be very cautious, if you live in another state be extremely cautious. I inquired about a truck, negotiated a fair price, placed a deposit on the vehicle, secured financing and was going to wire the remaining balance to the dealer when i was told "they didnt believe this was the right truck for me" when I inquired further as to the reasoning behind this i was given nothing but deflection and cryptic answers. When i asked to speak to the owner i was told by the sales manager that "this is as far as your going to get" I feel like a victim of discrimination and have now lost a sizable amount of money in travel expenses and my time because of these inconsiderate business practices. It was a terrible experience. If you are looking for a used vehicle i recomend you look elsewhere. Truly unfortunate
