I can't say enough good things about this shop. The guys were great. They were helpful, courteous and professional. They completed work on my car quickly, replacing my timing belt and water pump. They even replaced a part on the car without charging me. I highly recommend them.

Bavarian Auto, took on the job of replacing the starter in my 1979 Mercedes SLC. It was not something that I could have done without a lift. They did a quick and amazing job to put it bluntly. The price tag was a little spending put they had a tiger by the tail accessing the starter to replace. Andrew at the front desk was really service oriented and he made me feel confident that the process was needed and told me they would do a great job on our car. Thanks Bavarian, you will be my service go to with any future car repair requirements. Thanks Again

My Benz is very special to us since it was my dad s vehicle and I was nervous to take it in to a new business for oil change and inspection. Andrew greeted me at the front desk and was polite, friendly and very helpful. Allowed me to bring my Labrador in the waiting room. Work was done timely and I will definitely be back. Thanks Andrew.

Great Experince working with Andrew to get a prepurchase inspection on a 2011 BMW 328i arranged from the east coast! Fully detailed inspection summary was sent electronically to me as well as a call from Andrew reviewing the report. I was able to buy with confidence. Thank you!

Our daughter s car has been leaking oil for about 4 months and we have had it in the shop every couple of weeks trying to figure it out. The local shop kept saying it was an oil sensor and charging us $800 to replace it. Then they thought it was a PRV which was another $600. Finally on the 4th time they told us to take it to a specialist. We call Bavarian Auto Haus and they looked at it 2 days later and gave us a full detail inspection on the whole care ( even pictures ) they found it was leaking from a bad turbo and could order a new one and put it in that week. Andrew kept me updated and fixed the leak finally. Great service , you have our future cars!!

My husband and I really appreciated the work done at Bavarian. They took extra time to properly diagnose and issue and get the proper part and didn t over charge us when they had to swap out for an OEM part when the first one failed.

I stopped by the Auto Shop today to price out an Oil Change and spark plug change for my VW.The gentleman at the desk, looked up the vehicle and Oil Change was appx $130 and spark plug quote was $400.I typically pay about $90 at the Dealer, but read that Bavarian was reasonable. I decided to check the Dealer, and make an appointment since the Autohaus was more expensive.Dealer came in at $90 for an Oil Change and $299 for spark plugs. I am disappointed that the independent shop is more expensive.Check your pricing prior to taking your auto to the independent, you may find the local Dealers have better pricing, and more parking.As per the response, I do not need a 3 yr warranty on an oil change, and the dealership, also builds a relationship with it's customers. In today's economy, a difference of $140+ for oil change and spark plugs, is quite a difference. I was hoping that the shop was competitive, since I have 2 VW's and a BMW and the nearest BMW is either Belleview or Snohomish. Cheers to users with this auto shop.

After three years of trying to get my 1980 s BMW repaired here, I ve had to start working on it myself.Bavarian failed to install 3 center carrier bearings, 7 u-joints, and one steering box. Checking these things myself I found bad output shaft bearings on the steering box, a crooked center carrier bearing, and they attempted to rebuild the u-joint 4 times before realizing that it had to be factory built on the drive shaft (then charging me for that.) I ve been working through these issues and warranty claims from the old ownership to the new, and have not found success.For full transparency, the car is a 1983 BMW 533i, they did successfully install the front lower control arms. The management is approachable and easy to work with, but the quality of their work is sub standard and does not result in lasting repairs.If you drive the car at all, have someone else do it.

Had some work engine work done there and they did an amazing job, ran into some hiccups due to parts issues, but nothing that was their fault. Very pleased with the work and I've used them in the past as well. Previous owner installed an incorrect oil pan plug which stripped the threads and created an oil leak. These folks folks replaced the oil pan & plug. They also replaced the controller for the console video display.I received excellent customer service. They go the extra mile to ensure that the work they is top quality.

I ve had my BMW serviced a couple of times at BAVARIAN AUTOHAUS, a local business in Burlington, and the service was excellent. Andrew was so accommodating and understanding when I had to cancel twice in a row. I needed a ride back to work and Juan was professional and friendly. Don t take my cars anywhere else. Very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! The electronic quote system they use is super easy to read and understand! Will be taking my car there for anything else that may come up. They took my car in last minute after breaking down, they found the issue right away and didn t run any tests or do anything without authorization first. They quickly started on my repairs and had me back on the road in just a few days!
