Super kind owners and staff and the sweetest dog named Milo works the store too.Came here unexpectedly when we realized our tires were almost bare! but they took care of us fast so we could get on our way on our trip to the peninsula.

Once again... in a pinch cause of the lovely maintained roads in the greater Seattle area Elvis, his wife and staff went above and beyond too help get me back on the road quickly with some new tires for my m5. Highly recommend going here for great prices and quick, experienced, and friendly customer service by owner Elvis, and his super helpful, smiling staff. Another 10 out of 10 experience.

Feb 9, 2021They are on the more expensive side when it comes to Winter Tire Changeovers (charged roughly $100), but I needed winter tires on two of my vehicles.I normally go to Discount Tire (charges roughly $68), but these guys got the job done in a quick manner when there were no appointments available.

My first experience with this place was good but the second experience was really disappointing. They refused to honor the warranty on my brakes, mind you the brake job was only four months old at the time and their excuse was I drove too many miles. Bryan was very nice and professional while explaining to me the situation but I just couldn t understand why they refused my warranty. I will never use this place again for my car services again. Forget to mentioned that one of my wheel nuts was missing after they worked on my brakes, had to buy a replacement.

Another great experiance at Pros tires in Burien. I like being treated well and these guys always are able to come through.Brian always asks quality questions so he can understand what end result i want. Then he is able to deliver or at least so far he has. Great guy to have at the front of the house. They keep our service fleet going.Thanks guysThe bath tub guy crew

Amazing bunch of guys, can't believe the level of professionalism equated to the financial value. While I was in the store getting a set of wheels and tires for my car I witnessed an amazing amount of customer service given to other customers being helped. There was a mom that came in and needed help she had a couple of kids you could tell she was totally fried and scared what it was going to take to get her car going again. These guys were so polite and nice to her calmed her down quickly took care of her and we're incredibly fair about what they charged. Needless to say I'm super impressed with this place will be back again.

After shopping around for a new set of tires for a couple of weeks, I happened upon Pro Tires 2. Their website doesn't allow you to see actual inventory, nor does it provide up-front pricing so I was hesitant in considering them. When I called and spoke to Ryan, he provided some quotes on similar tires that seemed to be competitive with the "box stores" (Les Schwab, Wal-Mart, Michelin and even Costco.) Despite the 45 minute drive from home, and despite the fact that I would pass 50+ other tire shops enroute I drove to the location the following morning. I arrived around 11AM (no appointment needed) and met Ryan to go over available options. Since I had already spent hours researching I had a good idea of what I wanted and what the cost was elsewhere. One of the two specific options I was looking for was not in-stock but could be ordered and installed a few days later. The other option was in-stock and the price quoted was $15 less per tire than the lowest quote obtained from a competitor. The entire process from quote to install was less than two hours and I am 100% satisfied with every part of the purchase (including the excellent customer service and the professional installation!) I'm glad that I found Pro Tire 2, and that I was able to look beyond the website and visit them personally. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who is in the need for new tires. Don't waste your valuable time checking out the big-name retail giants. Give Pro Tires 2 a visit and they just might surprise you too. Thanks guys for the quick and friendly service - you went above and beyond and have a new lifelong customer!

The lady at the front counter super nice to work with. The installer great guy to talk and work with.Revised: it's hard to know if the company is fully honest. I showed up early this morning after a hundred and ten mile drive to buy tires. When I arrived I was told the price what's higher than what I was given online. Because they have other buyers interested in it. An hour later the sales guy apologizes and said there is miscommunication and that there is more than one interested buyer. But please come back and we will sell you the tires for the quoted price. I drove back an additional Thirty miles out of my way to get to the shop again and he sells me the tires for the quarter price what the story of the other buyer.I believe this shop has the potential I've been a really good tire shop but I also believe and needs to practice better Business methods.

First off I was very impressed how clean the shop was inside as most shops are untidy and lack cleanliness. These guys are the guys will take care of you for great prices. I came to get some wheels that look awesome on my car and they probably gave me the best price around. They made sure I was completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and offered me water while I waited. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for great customer service, a great price and people who are knowledgeable about Wheels and tires.

Stop in to get a price to swap the tire on my Escalade on to a couple newer rims I had, Toby offer me a great price to get it done. Got me in right away and good thing when Josh was swapping tire on to my rims found the side wall of the tire had started to fail. Toby then set me up with a new set of tires at half the cost of the last set that I had bought 5 years ago and even went to Kent and pick up the new tire and got me back on the road quickly than expected . Great service, great guys would high recommend them to anyone that need a great deal on a new set of tire. Thank you Toby and Josh for the great service!!!!!!

Was here in 2017. Had 5 new nittos put on my Jeep. Had a small issue with tire install tech but was quickly resolved by the owner. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for the tires. They were great on my tj.

Cracked a rim in the snow so went to visit them, they put on a spare, got me a set of rims ordered that day. 3 days later I was back and set up and ready to go. Great experience!
