I recently visited Legend Auto to purchase a bigger vehicle for my wife and 6 kids. We worked with Anthony, told him what we needed and he was able to help us get everything that we asked for. The service was exceptional and from the moment we arrived, there was nothing but smiles, friendliness, and lots of laughs throughout the entire process. Normally, reps from dealerships are super serious and it becomes a dry and pushy process but Anthony and the rest of the people that worked there made it enjoyable for not just myself but my family. He was patient, listened to everything my wife and I asked for, and helped us get a really great deal. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from them. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I came across Legend auto sales off of Autotrader searching for a used Tesla. As someone who drives 100-200 miles a day I found it tiresome going to the pump every other day, especially with gas prices rising exponentially.I called ahead and was answered by a live person, Bianca. She was polite and professional on the phone and then I was transferred to Abraham, the manager. I told them the car I was interested in and he moved it from Puyallup to Burien to be closer to me at work. I found this very helpful.Bianca notified me of where the car was and where she was to meet me upon arrival at the dealership. I was greeted with a friendly disposition and she was ready to drive with me. I found her to be very organized and helpful.While test-driving the car I had many questions and Bianca had her manager Abraham test drive the car with me who was very knowledgeable on the car's features and how to work it. He showed me all the pros and cons to the car in an unbiased fashion. I found this extremely helpful and that he was looking out for my best interest. With enough information, I was able to make an informed decision upon purchasing the car.We negotiated APR, trade-in, and monthly payment over two hours with extensive questions. I found Abraham to be honest and truthful about all his responses and gave me realistic expectations. He did not try to pressure me into buying this car and printed up 15 different finance reports for my husband and I to consider. We were able to come to an agreement in a professional and respectful manner which I find foreign in today's car market. Since I am a woman I often feel taken advantage of in this sales market but I did not feel like that here.Bianca and Abraham helped put the rest of the sale together and I was able to walk out with a car that I love and respect for this business. She and Arthur helped me clean out my old car which they did not have to do but was incredibly nice.I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They believe in a friendly team environment and are a diamond in the rough.

My experience with legend auto sales has been exceptional. From the moment I enquired about the truck & until I got my registration plates. No false commitments & No gimmicks to fool around the customer.I was helped by Nathan-Sales Rep. Juan-Finance Manager, Lupita-Internet Sales & Leo from Service everyone was kind & attentive. I have asked for few extra accessories & they were able to get my request approved. I d like to buy another vehicle for my business from these people.I would highly recommend this place to especially the one who doesn t know a dealer around.

I recently visited Legend Auto to purchase a car for my daughter. Initially, I went to another famous dealership in Bellevue, but unfortunately, I felt ignored because I didn't fit the typical profile of a car buyer. However, when I stepped into Legend Auto, it was a completely opposite. The salesperson at Legend Auto was welcoming, and communicative and kind without being pushy. I felt like they genuinely cared about serving their customers and ensuring a positive experience. This made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I ended up buying my Audi Q3 2020 from Legend Auto, and I have no regrets. I will return to this dealership for any future car needs, and I highly recommend it to others looking for a great car-buying experience.Kudos to the team at Legend Auto for setting the bar high in customer service and making my car-buying journey a memorable and enjoyable one.Don t forget ask for beverages

Jackie and everyone was really determined to get us out of the car we had and still into something we love. We are happy, very. Thoroughness, detailed, friendly. Jackie even brought out a plate of Thanksgiving leftovers to my mom because we were there so long (for good reason). The service and inventory was far beyond average. Great job Jackie. I bought my 3rd card in this dealership in 2 months one for my self and other two for my family. Amazing deal and this guy Fernando Carrillo take care and every single detail amazing seller fully recommended I will do more business with this dealershipThe best thing is how this dealership get amazing deals and banks options and all paperwork was so fast good job guys.

I was extremely impressed with Legend Auto Sales. They were professional, attentive, with great customer service and follow up on all my questions and they generally made the buying experience easy. I would highly recommend. I was shopping at a larger used car dealer, you may know the one, they have a large online presence, and say the price is set, no negotiating. I researched the car I wanted and knew the fair market value, based on year, condition and mileage, I can tell you Legends price was fair and the other dealership was thousands more for similar vehicles. If you want to spend more and just get what they give you, go to the other dealership. At Legend, they're accommodating and work with you to find the right fit. I will look to them for future car purchases. Ask for Ovi, he was great to work with!

Fernando was the best help I could've asked for, this guy needs a raise! I couldn't have asked for better service again the confidence I had going in there was not the same when I left I had no confidence in finding the right car for me but this Fernando's first option and he knew what I wanted right away I'm definitely recommending Legend Auto Sales and when you do I HIGHLY recommend you speak with Fernando he made me feel at home and comfortable it was like talking to old friend I haven't spoken in years! Thank you again for EVERYTHING!

Bought a 2021 Nissan Versa, good sales experience with Angel and Cesar. Unfortunately, check engine light came on the next day. After getting it looked at independently, we have brought the car back in and the sales manager and service department are taking care of recommendations. Really happy with this process so far. We know that used cars aren't perfect but Legend is doing everything to make it right for us. Would buy from here again.

When I arrived at the lot time there was a lot least 2 or 3 staff members greeting me and taking care of me. I have always bought my card cash and from private sellers so as a first time buyer at a dealership I didn t know what to expect but they more than met my expectations. Jose made the experience hassle free, he asked about what I was looking for and my budget then without wasting time he checked my credit and gave me a range of selection within my budget to choose a car. After test driving a couple cars I settled for a nice pick up truck. The manager set me up with the 3 year warranty which I highly recommend because it s worth every penny they are so reasonable if something goes bad on the car from engine to transmission and even the radio. I recently got my radio replaced and back up camera free of charge with the approval of the manager Abraham. I can t express how much I enjoy the truck and not having to deal with shady dealership staff. Legend Auto Sales is unlike any other dealerships I have visited in the past with friends and family if you are in need of a vehicle don t hesitate to try them out you won t regret it.

I came in with mild hopes of getting a deal made. However, I found a rig I had to make a play on and Cesar Delgado and Abraham HOOKED me up. They were HONEST up front folks and treated me like a king because I am a Veteran. Needless to say I will refer everyone I know and their dogs to this establishment. Very professional they look out for the customer and not the commission they are gonna make from the customer. They will get you a better deal than other dealerships especially when it comes to interest rates. Go in talk with em and I will bet you come out with a new rig. Fantastic experience.

Highly recommend doing business with Abraham and Legend Auto Sales. Listened to my needs, got me exactly what I wanted for my trade in, and was respectful of taking off the extra add-ons most dealerships have. Very friendly towards veterans as well!

Recently visited legends auto sales was struggling for months trying different dealers due to lack of communication, and just not working well with you, roberto was the first seller to approach us , told him everything we were there for , less than 30 mins gave us many options to choose from, was patient, was determined to help us fit our needs , Roberto is an amazing seller definitely recommend if you re looking to purchase any car that fits your needs, will be coming back directly to him. Juan the sales manager as well as Jessica Reyes finance, amazing people to make sure youre satisfied. Walked out the same day with my first car.

SEEING HOW RHEY DELETED MY REVIEW ILL POST AGAIN!!!!!WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN WITH THIS PLACE. First off my dad was working with a sales guy on a Thursday to go look at a truck for me as I lived a few hours away. The next day I drove out there to try and work with the sales guy my dad did, but he was running a little late as I showed up earlier than expected. I then had like 3 other sales guys help me as I continued to tell them I'm waiting for this specific guy. They didn't listen.. moving forward of playing the game of figuring out prices of their truck, my car, payments, etc.. the sales guy told me that a warranty WAS included in price and I said cool sold.. finally.. went to talk with finance and he's talking about warranties and I said hold up the sales guy said it was put in price and he goes no. Prior to this the sales guy took 20K in down payment via debit AND credit card. And I said we'll this new price won't work for me and he told me this price and this included. (Finance guy worked with me and has this whole time remind you thanks martin). Fast forward THREE WEEKS.. I get a random $40.00 charge to my CREDIT card. I texted Martin and he gets it squared away. BUT they used my credit card WITHOUT ASKING ME because my car i traded in was 40$ under value of what they gave me. If it was somehow a larger amount my credit card would have been screwed AND they illegally used my card info WITHOUT telling me. I have dealt with numerous dealerships and buying vehicles and I have never dealt with what I dealt with. I love my truck but 90% of the experience was horrible. Again. The only good outcome was my truck AND Martin in financeTHEY ALSO TRIED TO BRIBE ME 150$ TO DELETE THIS REVIEW I DID NOT ACCEPT AND NOW REPOSTING AS ITS VANISHED

I have been car shopping for a about a year now and I came across a car on Facebook market place and it happen to be this dealership I visited them and everyone was super welcoming and helpful. I had been in communication with Ovidio when I seen the car on Facebook and when we got there he made the long process feel quick, super helpful for a first time buyer we were then sent in to finalize everything with Edgar and he too was super helpful and super nice! I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I have no regrets of coming here!

Legend Auto Sales is a great place to go for first car. But there is some pros and negatives regarding the whole process.I just suggest to never get an oil change service. The service took over an hour. I have never heard of a place that takes over an hour for a car service.There s not many seats in the service department so you most likely will stand.But if you need an answer regarding finance talk to Abraham he will make sure your concerns are handled immediately. But wow almost an hour in a half for an oil change is crazy to me.

The real legend is Ray at legend auto. He really took care of me here! I ve had horrible experiences at dealerships before and this was a very pleasant experience. If I ever buy a car again this will be my go to spot from now on. If the owner sees this give Ray a big bonus this month! Outstanding employees!

I would highly recommend Legend Auto to anyone looking of a new vehicle! I knew exactly what I wanted, contacted the dealership spoke with Keegan, he was amazing from start to finish! As he promise he had the vehicle ready for me to test driver, I drove it and knew it was the one. They have very competitive prices and a five star staff! Keegan, was honest, fair and helped me get the car I wanted! Both Abraham and Jonathan made the closing process so quick and easy. Definitely will be back for my next vehicle!

A transaction that started a bit bumpy, but was recaptured by their GSM. He is a straight forward person who listens to the customers and finds a common ground that works for both sides. meets both sides.UPDATE: The 22 F150 came with only one key fob, so he ordered a second one and had it programmed and ready. He put a $100.00 gift card in the glove compartment in response to some of my initial challenges. However, where he really went above and beyond is whern my truck was being transpirted from Burian, WA to Sioux Falls, SD and the transport company was days late in delivering it and stopped all communications with me. At that point, we thought the truck was stolen. Adam, the GSM tracked the location of the truck through the GPS and sent regular updates of its location, until the WY State Patrol was able to locate it and recover the truck for me. Adam, was busy, but yet took care of me as a customer, even after the sale; which truly speaks volumes to be about his professionalism and intent for a high customer experience. I would highly recommend Legend Auto Sales and ask for Adam when looking for your next pre-owned vehicle. Just for point of reference, we purchased a 2022 F 150 Limited with only 9k miles. Thank you Adam for your incredible service!

Just bought a Subaru legacy from legend auto and recommend others start there when they re looking for a car.Nate made it really easy to find the right car, like I was talking to a friend instead of a car salesman. He got me the right information on the car, helped me test drive it, and walked me through the purchase. Buying a car is a big chore, but that day it felt pretty effortless. will definitely be back to legend auto.
