The best oil change service I ever had! I absolutely love the service It was quick. Staffs were friendly. I didn't know they check lights, tires, and breaks as well. It saved me time from going to other places for additional services. For example, I needed to go to the mechanic to change the lights and check the breaks. Jiffy Lube staffs changed my lights and let me know breaks are good. One stop shop! I appreciate the service I received at Jiffy Lube. I will definitely go back. I advise everyone to go check out Jiffy Lube. Thank you for the excellent service, Jiffy Lube!

My car is lowered and had a problem fitting into the oil change bay. I appreciated that the team found a way and accommodated my car. In addition, I was shown that my K&N air filter was dirty and given suggestions on how to clean it. That was above and beyond my expectations for a simple oil change. Thanks Jiffy. I'll be back for all my future oil change needs.

Another location told me my oil filter was out of stock and to try another one. This jiffy lube explained to me that most locations don't carry it but ordered it for me anyway in case I decided to come in! It was available within 24 hours. There was no line, everyone was very helpful and accommodating! Will definitely go back

The team in Burien remembered me and my vehicle and my specific needs for oil. I have a Chevy Tahoe with the Duramax. In fact they had the oil on hand ready to go. Very personable and efficient. So happy with their service.

Jiffy lube is the place that take my car for oil changes, jiffy alway do excellent for great prices, not just oil changes but many other services, I got an oil change today at Burien Wa. Location on 1st Ave S, I forgot the technician s name but he was Great! He did an excellent job! I Thank him, I ve been to several different locations and all were consistently great.

I literally wont even walk into this place. I called amd asked for a price of how much my car would cost to have an oil change, they said they cant do that over the phone, even though valvaline can and they know how much each car costs. Then i asked if they have any specials going on and he said to google it. Valvaline not only told me the price but also told me they had a coupon amd sent it to me via text. Oil chamges are expensive these days and i need to compare prices without going into every store. Didnt like jiffy lube before but was going to give them a chance but now.i never will.

I usually get my car worked on with my preferred auto shop in Renton. But I needed a quick tune up while I was on the go: oil change, windshield wiper fluid refill, and general lights check.The staff in this location are friendly, professional, efficient, and did good quality work! To be honest, I didn t expect this level of quality customer service from the Jiffy Lube chain.I recommend going to this spot whenever you are in the Burien area and in need to take care of your car needs. Make sure to tip them for the good work that they do!

Incredibly friendly, customer service oriented staff. Josh was so helpful, attentive and listened well to me. Made sure I was able to apply the coupon to my total, which I so appreciated. I have a hatchback and they told me to change the top light despite driving with it not working for over a year but after insisting every time I finally decided to get it replaced.They replaced it and I paid for it to stop working 3 months later.I hadent noticed Bc i am always driving my car not to mention I only go into jiffy lube to get my regular oil change when it reached certain mileage they have recommended on the sticker which is about 3 months give or take. When I asked them to make it right when I came for my oil change and they mentioned it wasent working they said it was over the 90 day warranty and recommended I buy a new one and start a new warranty.I was probably only over the 90 day warranty by A week or so due to the fact I only come in for oil changes. I could have kept driving around with my light not working if this was the case.Thank you for a waste of time and money you lost my service . Folks were quick on my oil change and overall on top of work. Sheldon checked in with and directed folks in line. They made sure people knew what was going on and that service was coming up which was greatly appreciated. The team had a friendly vibe when they worked. It seemed like everyone enjoyed working together which is refreshing. The team recommended I replace my air filter, which I did, plus I got my windows cleaned! It was my first time at Jiffy and I loved how easy and fast the experience was. The staff in Burien is lovely all friendly, so helpful and not afraid to share a laugh. I went in for an oil change, and they checked an array of things I appreciate Steve especially for topping off all the fluids in my car, making sure my tires were pumped and lights all working. He even cleaned the windows while the oil change took place (thank you Erick for the change!). The teams lead, Chelsea, is also lovely. My car is already running much better, and the cost was great, especially considering the service and treatment as a whole. A recommendation isn t even a question Services: Tires, Oil change

I drive a 2021 vehicle. I am the only owner. Immediately after my recent visit, I noticed a persistent clicking sound coming from my passenger side. The clicking sound doesn t always occur when I first begin driving, but once it begins, it does not stop until the car is turned off. I returned to the Jiffy Lube location and mentioned it to the technician. He wouldn t even look at my vehicle. He just said it had nothing to do with their work, and he told me to go elsewhere. I called a local mechanic and he inquired as to why I wasn t taking my car to the shop that originally serviced my vehicle. When I told him that I did take my car back to them and they wouldn t even look at it, he said that was suspicious and poor business practice on their part. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that or any other Jiffy Lube.

I went for an oil change during a busy time of day. The crew was amazing! They had great communication that kept the line moving.I especially appreciated Brian for greeting us and giving us quite the laugh as we waited. Overall great experience and I'd go back.

Update: They didn't screw the oil cap back on tightly so I was leaking oil and didn't realize it until my engine blew up on the freeway. I think people should know that, because not going to the usual meineke cost me a whole car.

I just want to be clear the service itself was quick. As a result of Jiffylube being efficient there was a long line I think it took me around 50min-1hr for me to actually be seen but once I was there it went by quick. Typically is not that long. I had 1 free day to get the oil change and JiffyLube was able to help me out. Thank you to all the hard working Jiffy Lube workers out there for making America run smooth. Didn't clean the windows, vacuum or top off all fluids when I went in for oil change like it says in the description. I'll have to check the oil filter, probably didn't replace that either. Poor service.

I really like the way the fellas work together the one lady that was there knows how to run a shift everybody was extremely friendly and well knowledgeable about the product that they were telling they didn't pressure me to buy anything that I didn't feel like thank you I will be back

Very friendly and very professional! Sheldon and his team are like a well oiled machine (pun intended) as they go through their various checks and run the oil change in your car. While you somewhat expect that, you may not expect how friendly and genuine everyone is. It really makes for an enjoyable experience on a task that is often not really fun to do. I highly recommend going here for your oil change.

The Burien Jiffy Lube staff were great! A different Jiffy Lube had not refitted the skid/protection plate after my oil change the day prior and after it had displaced and was dragging on the highway; these guys helped remove (for free) the plate and documented everything for us. Thanks to Nick and team!
