Came here in the winter of 2015, if I remember right, to install a budget system with a single sub and wires for future upgrades. Esteban did a great job! My stereo and cables worked amazing up past my upgrade years later in 2017! He left me enough wire to be able to place an amp anywhere in the trunk of my 2001 accord. Unfortunately my car was totaled in the late summer of 2022. This resulted in removing my upgraded audio kit: this proved a great time to show his craftsmanship! He impressively kept everything tidy, zip tied, and ran perfectly throughout the trim of my vehicle. None of the cables were kinked or noticeable after the installation nor were the power cables melted (with a 2200 watt amp). Even though it sucks my car is gone, I truly appreciate his effectiveness and skills Esteban showed in my installation and how it help up over the years.

Esteban and his team are great. I wanted to upgrade the system and get a backup camera in an older Toyota Tundra pickup for about $2k. I was referred by my mechanic to one of the big chain stores in the area. On the phone their salesman said I could get a really good system within my budget but by the time I went there and met with him he wrote up an estimate for over $4,000. After researching other shops in the area I decided to go visit Esteban at JS, and I am really glad I did. He doesn't have the fancy displays like the other shops but he has really good knowledge and he listened really well to what I wanted and he made great recommendations. I wasn't thinking I'd be able to get a subwoofer within that budget but Estaban was able to do that as well. I was very cautious about the whole decision because I have put a system in two different cars in the past and wasn't happy with either one. And I am a semi-pro musician and have a fairly Discerning year. I told all this to Esteban and he was totally confident that I would be very happy with the upgrade. And I am. In fact I was so happy that a few weeks later I had them install the same system in our other vehicle. Before you purchase or install a car stereo, backup camera, or alarm system, I highly recommend you go to JS Audio and talk to Estaban first.

Went to these guys the first time to connect my subs & amp. I didn t have any wires. This was for 2 subs.($350) not bad . Upgraded to 3 subs, I had him swap everything out to the new box. I could have done this myself but I wanted a professional to do it. ($150) Upgrade my amp, went to a different shop for this. Went back to JS advance cause I needed a wire upgrade. Brought my own wire kit & he still wanted to charge me $180! Not including tax. Then had the nerve to say my speakers were hooked up wrong (HE CONNECTED THEM!) & that they don t go to that amp when it s all the same brand & the company recommended it as a set up. I tried but they obviously don t care about the customer.

He adjusted my alarm and fixed my friends auto locks and repaired her motorized windows. Top Notch service. Great place.......Car Toys is horrible, call Advance Car Stereo.

Absolutely the best! Estaban and company know their stuff. Been there many times and they know they're stuff. Got my Sprinter top rear back up light replaced and rear view mirror. Safe driving again.

JS installed a new radio/cd/dvd player, put in a USB port instead of the lighter that was there previously and charged me less installed than the cost of just the system at a Mazda dealership. They did a very nice job and I love the new system!

The prices here are reasonable, the staff worked with me to find a good time to leave my vehicle with them for a 2 door speaker installation/e locks.We scheduled a week in advance for a morning drop off so I was disappointed about 8 hours in, ringing them up to find out the work was already complete. Why ask for my cell if you weren't going to notify me? This was likely just a minor oversight, I came to pickup the vehicle.I appreciated the demo when I arrived. When I got into my vehicle to leave, I noticed a bunch of shredded wires and debree in the door and on the floor mats, along with some trim on the rear mats that weren't put back together. The interior was clean at drop off, I was expecting the same at pickup but again, not a big deal.When I started driving, I noticed a lot more rattling (audio off) from the panels and banging from the passenger door on turns. Later that week, the passenger window froze in place during operation. Convinced that something was messed up, I popped the door panels to find trim and body fasteners repurposed for their installation, leaving a single fastener in different places to hold everything together, along with various scratches on the trim. The window guide was one of them, missing a 6x16 bolt washer on the bottom. This not only explained the noise while driving, but also why the window fell off the tracks.Based on these high praise reviews, I'm sure this friendly shop does some great work, the reviews are what got me in the door in the first place. Maybe it was just a bad day at the shop, but I'll look elsewhere for any future installations.

I recently brought a 03 pathfinder. Not only did he allow me to drop it off a couple hours before closing, he finished the work by the next day. & I love it!! Clean install and no drilling, I will definitely be coming back in the future! They also do LED headlights FYI, and I love the ones installed for me!!

Did a wonderful job installing a Sony headunit into a Jeep Grand Cherokee with voice controls, steering wheel controls, backup cam and everything else that comes with it. Amazing price and great people to work with. 100% recommend

I had an alarm installed one year ago, the alarm started to "chip" and would not stop, so I called them and I asked them if I could bring it down for them to take a look at. When I got there they told me that I would have to make an appointment and that they charge $65.00 an hour to take a look at it (i live on North Beacon Hill). The tech tried to tell me that it was the noise from the traffic that was setting off the alarm. Yes when a very loud motorcycyle passes by it would set the alarm off. But over the year I had this alarm installed it happened three or four times. The owner had his tech come out and talk to me he didn't even have the courtesy talk to me. The tech would go and talk to him and come back out. I would porbably have to have a new alarm install at my cost. I decided I would go to Stereo Warehouse and get it fixed. I should have stayed with Stero Warehouse.

Esteban is great! I stopped by to get an estimate for an alarm system Esteban explained the difference between the options and the rates were very reasonable. We've scheduled an appointment and the installation was smooth and finished on estimated time. I am very happy with the product I choose and even more happy with the great customer service, you can tell this guy is super professional and he really cares about his customers.Thank you Esteban for the superb service!!!

Do not ever do business here. We were first quoted $80 for installation and, without another word, it ended up at $180. We took in a perfectly find car and left with one that is not so fine. Doors won't lock and airbags turned off. They absolutely refuse any responsibility for this.

Excellent customer service. I lost the fob for my car alarm and the owner told me what my options were and disabled the alarm for now because it kept freaking out. No charge at all. I will be bringing future needs to this shop. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Successful car stereo installation but they were quite sloppy. Broke some of my AC bulbs and didn't want to take responsibility for it, forgot to put back screws at end of install, left my car running unattended in the street. When I went back to have them fix the bulbs, they got the diagnoses wrong n told me to order the wrong parts. Fortunately I just did it myself and correctly.

After car toys couldn t install an aux cable, I brought my g35 here and had it installed no problem. The owner works quick, and is very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back here with my next vehicle.

I've taken him two very different cars, a 2019 MB Sprinter and a 1979 Toyota FJ40 Landcruiser and both times he exceeded my expectations. The 1979 FJ40 is a classic car, and that's exactly how he treated the car, with complete care, no holes drilled, taped all the edges of doors, radio on all areas he was working on. Esteban is definitely the man, I would trust him with any car now. He is knowledgeable, high work standards, and knows his audio. I don't know how his prices compare with other audio stores, but I don't care because I wouldn't trust anybody else to work on my car.

No appointment, just dropped in. Had wiring issue in an earlier attempt installing an aftermarket head unit in daughters car. They were able to quickly install, now works as it should. Friendly, professional.

I read a lot of reviews about JS Advanced Stereo and the owner Esteban on Yelp. An overall four star rating and everyone was extolling his honesty, great customer service, reasonable prices, and ability to do great work quickly. I was impressed and a little curious so I decided to go check it out.I had recently bought a used a truck, which I love, but it did not have an up to date stereo system. I know I am old school, but even I no longer have cassettes, lol. The speakers are great just needed a blue-tooth CD player. I didn't have a lot to spend on it and after I had had a frustrating visit to Car Toys this last weekend which left me thinking I was gonna be stuck listening to the radio for the rest of my life, I headed up to JS Advanced Stereo after work today.Estaban greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained what I was looking for and how I doubted I would be able to get what I needed in my budget, as well as installation. I explained how I had seen his store on Yelp and was impressed with the glowing reviews about him and his business. Within 15 minutes he had found a really nice Sony stereo for me and done some quick calculations and came up with a number I could handle. The total cost, new unit, all the extra needed for installation, and the install came to less than half of what CTs lowest offer was.He had the unit installed in less than an hour and I was cranking up Pandora and taking calls while I was driving, for the first time ever.So go see Esteban at JS Advanced Stereo. He will do his best to get you what you want at a reasonable price. Thank you for taking care of me and my truck.

The owner of JS stayed past closing to replace the necessary components after my system was calibrated and was still glitching.He goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are fully satisfied and that the whole system functions.

This is a really long story, as most of mine are, I guess I'm just a "detail" kinda guy. So, having exceeded my character limit a few times now let me try and just cut to the quick.Esteban and his company, which have 17, 5 star reviews and nothing less, installed 2 speakers without my authorization, then within a few hours one of them stopped working. He didn't charge me for the speakers and labor, but it's not quite the act of generosity as it appears. IMO, it's more about getting busted for doing shoddy work. I had also asked them to install a USB port so I could charge my IPhone. They installed the port, which also contained a mini-jack which Esteban told me wouldn't work, why?, at that point I just didn't have the patience to wade through all his Baloney, however he assured my the USB port would be fine. When I tried the USB port, guess what, it didn't effing work! Unbelievable. So basically after paying $185 dollars I am right back where I started.
