Great experience! Had a nail in tire and they were able to sneak me in at closing time to get me back on the road that evening after work. Men and women working there are very friendly and straightforward.

A very unexpected over-the-top positive experience. I bought tires for my daughter's car at Costco. When one of the tires was punctured on the sidewall (within 30 days of purchase) I went to Discount Tire (DT) because it needed to be replaced ASAP. Costco couldn't do that. Yesterday was my 2nd visit to the Burien DT because of a nail in another tire which was discovered by Honda. Not repairable so this time I went to Costco. They wanted to keep the car for a day to determine if it would qualify to be replaced, if so they would order a new tire which would take a week and then the car would have to be left for another day to have the tire mounted. Crazy. I took it to DT yesterday, the tire was ordered and it was installed this afternoon! As busy as they all were, the staff was pleasent, couteous and helpful to everyone that walked into their lobby. They have all my future business! Costco on 4th could take a few lessons from DT.

Went in today with a screw in my tire. They took care of me no problem, no charge. Service was fantastic, they checked the rest of the tires and we were on our way. Can't get any better than that.

The team in Burien really did a great job for me today. I cannot say how grateful I am to them, this team can really crank out the work volume as well. We even seen a car chase today.Shame to say that Schuab told me my tire cannot be fixed and sent me away.I purchased new tires at Discount and let them know the story. Today at my install appointment the crew at discount checked my tire and was like we can simply fix your tire, there is nothing leaking from the sidewall, you only have 25k on them. Discount has a customer for life!!I appreciate this team in Burien especially.Thank you

Be prepared for a wait- Even with an appointment. But these guys are super professional and I don't trust anyone else with my Hyundai! They gave me a super good deal on tires.

Just one night before a planned ski trip, I found myself in a really bad spot because of a tire appointment falling through with another installer. I needed a new set of tires before I could carry a full car and ski equipment to the mountains the next morning. Miraculouslf, I found the exact Michelin CrossClimate2 tires for my SUV, and I called the shop just 15 minutes prior to scheduled closing. I spoke with Chris the manager and pleaded, and he was able to fit me in at the end of his day and had his amazing team expedite the install. In short- Chris saves my entire weekend AND I avoided a massive heartburn with my friends that were relying on me to drive.Chris- thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my desperation and saving my weekend.

I just have to say the team at this Discount Tire location need to commended. I had picked up a screw in my tire the night before, went online and made an appointment. I was in and out in just over an over for a tire patch. While I think that was great, the true stars were the front desk team. I arrived to a small line, a customer ahead of me talking on his speaker phone, phones ringing, and more people joining in line behind me. I stayed there to wait for my tire and the line never died down. I was there at the after work crowd was coming in, a bunch of walk-ins, but the team did incredible at giving each person attention, not a rushed feeling, ensuring everyone they would be with them. That being said, I highly recommend appointments. They re free and easy to schedule.The cherry on top was that my tire was patched. They gave me a bill for $0.00. When I informed them that I didn t purchase my tires from them, I was told it s a free service they offer. I was humbled that the level of customer service provided for a $0 bill was so high.Hats off to you all!

They are fast and friendly. They are always very busy. Both fast and busy comments are not necessarily a good compliment . Some workers seem to know the system better than others. They end up having to teach each other and cross talk or cross reference with the lead. Efficiency can improve. I had to come in twice for contentinental warranty replacement. They had to do a tread inspection again the second time because "it wasn't saved in the system" they said and they had to call contentinental on their own line according to one worker while the lead told me the opposite that I had to call and get continental on the line. A process that could have taken approx 10min turned into a commotion of 30-40min. Fix your efficiency issue and your store will profit more.

I showed up with a flat as a walk-in and had to wait a few hours for them to get to me, but the crew stayed after hours to get everyone taken care of before Thanksgiving. While it's never fun to drop a ton of money on a set of tires, I'm thankful that the employee who handled my sale reminded me of the AAA discount, which saved me a little bit of money.

For being one of my least favorite adulting things to pay for, this set of four tires and installation ended up being a lovely experience. The staff is so courteous and professional, got great help with selecting the tires. Definitely recommend an appointment as it was sooo busy.

Chris helped me w/ a flat tire, on a busy and very rainy Saturday afternoon and did so with the utmost courtesy, prompt attention and care! I was so impressed with my experience and will definitely come back to Discount Tire in Burien for future services. My 2013 Range Rover is now back in use thanks to Chris!

I always get good service at the Burien, WA location, always, but this time, they gave me a freebie! First of all they let me know that Ford puts plastic lug nuts on some of their wheels & that after a bit of time they expand & can make it really almost impossible to remove your wheels, for example if you have an emergency on the side of the road & you have to have a tire removed then you might not be able to get it off, which would cause further expense & delay in your life. So they let me know that this is a problem & that mine were indeed expanding & this is a known issue with Ford. Then because there was a mix-up in communication between some of the staff, they replaced all my lug nuts on all 4 of my tires, a $50 value, for free!! Who does that in this day & age?? These guys do, of course only in rare circumstances, cuz they can't give away the store, so to speak, but what a great Christmas present!!!!!! I'm so grateful!I recommend these guys highly enough!!! My appointment was for 12:30. My car didn't get pulled into the Bay until 1:30. The CSA said that my car would be ready between 1:30-1:45 at the latest. I watch as 4 workers just sat around joking and talking. I finally went out and asked if they were going to work on my car or were they all still on break being sarcastic. The female who seems to be the distraction of them all said no we're working on it. Then finally someone went to take my tire off as the rest still stood around talking. There is a time frame given and its quite frustrating to watch as your car sits there not being worked on knowing you when you have a list long of things to do ahead. This is frustrating and unprofessional!!! Save your conversation for your breaks or after work...smdh..

Professional service. Had a nail in my tire and they evaluated the condition of the tire and gave me as advice as to next steps. Buying tires from Discount with a warranty for the tires ensures that problem ms are dealt with with low cost to customers.

Always A+ service at this location. I take all my vehicles there for wheel/tire mounting and they always do a great job. Recently I brought some expensive wheels and tires that I needed swap with my OEM setup and asked them to be extra careful as a precaution, and they were. My new setup is great and my wheels were as pristine as they were before installation. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend making an appointment beforehand since they are popular and busy often.

They did in fact install the tires I wanted at the time of appointment but I sat for an hour after the work was completed because no one told me. They also scratches my wheels which had just gotten redone.

The manager on dec 15th went above and beyond as he immediately helped me as I waited for my car I watched him hustle and take care of other customers discount tire you need to keep this guy professional all the way in my 63 years of life I have only witnessed this a few times. I believe this person will do great things one day.

DT fixed my flat tire for free and reasonably quickly for how busy they were. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I ll definitely be back when it s time for new tires.

I had an appointment in 12/19/22 for a new set of tires for my 1999 Ram 2500. The customer service was great and I felt the visit was a success. I was able to to do a price match so I saved some money. I thought everything was a success until Tuesday morning.I realized Tuesday morning that I was missing a Hub Cap. I had only driven roughly 10 miles around Burien so there is no reason why this should have fallen off. I have been driving this truck for years across the state and I have never lost a Hub Cap. To make matters worse these hub cups are no longer manufactured so it is very hard and expensive to find an OEM one.After I realized I was already missing one I walked around the truck to check the rest and discovered another one was 1 bump away from falling off. When I called to tell them about this I was on hold for 30 minutes and spoke with 3 different people before someone finally gave me an email and asked me to send pictures. They said they would respond within the day. That was Tuesday and I am still waiting for a response.I understand this is a busy time of year and they are in the business of being quick, but they did not take the proper care needed. Who ever put my tires on did not take pride in there work, and now their office is hiding from me in hopes I go away.I would honestly recommend Les Schwab for now on because while they cost more they are carful and I have never had a problem with them before.The money I saved from the price match will now be used to buy a new hub cap, and I will have to spend some time looking for a real OEM part and not a replica.

Chris is the best!I came in late Wednesday night with a flat. The good ol saying let s take a look at it DEADER THAN A DOORNAIL! Can t be repaired oh well. Had to order 2 from another store so got to come back in the morning- got right in- Got 2 new tires on my Jeep instead of just the one cause why not?He was so easy to work with and made this whole thing just smooth sailing for me. Which I SO APPRECIATE!Carla on the other hand, sweet girl. Either Not very knowledgeable about the practice and how discount does things or lied to me- which is fine. Everyone has to learn right? Don t make promises to customers that you can t keep. She asked me if I wanted to keep my other tire that WASNT deader than a door nail and still had some life on it and I told her well YEAH! (Even though Chris had told me I couldn t and that was fine) she told me they would pack it up and throw it in my car when I came to pick it up- low and behold . No tire. I didn t want to make a fuss , would have been nice to have the tire but . Oh well.Didn t seem like she was on the same page? Or I was lied to? Unclear.

I purchased 6 tires for my work truck about 2 years ago. The tread came off, so I brought it in. The manager helping me said that I only had a warranty on 2 out of 6 tires. I'm a Six figure a year business and you think I'm not going to get a warranty on everything NEW.I don't know why I always have issues at this Discount Tires in Burien.

Purchase = **** (4 stars)Service = * (1 star)Overall = ** (2 star)I would not recommend going here for service. After purchasing, which was an overall good process, I have come back for 2 tire rotations and one flat repair. Each time I hand an appointment where it should have taken 1 hour, each time it s actually taken close to 2 hours(why make me sit here for an extra hour and a half if you aren t going to do anything with it? Isn t that why I made a appointment?)People working are very apologetic and do seem to want to do good work, not sure if it s a scheduling issue.Next time I m going to Less Schwab.

I brought a car in with a tire that had a nail in it. They "fixed" it, and the next day the tire was flat again. I took it back and noted that the SAME NAIL was there. They told me that they found 5 new nails in that one tire and that is what was causing the new leak. (All other tires fine?...) They ordered another tire for me and gave me a loaner. I don't get a call for a week. I call today...and am told by a happy-go-lucky employee that the tire came in on the 19th (5 days ago) and that I should have gotten an email and phone call. Well I didn't. I complained and complaint -- not a single word of apology, not even a taking of responsibility. Really. Even when I confronted her about it, she said that she did not know what happened but was just trying to help me. TAKING RESPONSIBILITY would have gone a long way.And the scheduling -- NO accommodation to me (because, hey, they didn't do anything wrong...). Professionalism? Wow.***After this review was posted, the manager at the Burien Discount Tire reached out to me. He was very apologetic and wanted to know what he could do to make things better. Training your workers better was my suggestion, and he promised that that would be a top priority.He then went well beyond what he had to do and offered to refund the original purchase price of the other 3 tires on my vehicle. I told him that was not necessary, but he was insistent. In fact, he went even further and ordered 3 new tires to be put on my car -- to match the newly replaced one. And, he was very insistent on this, on well.So, I would change my overall rating here to 4 stars. I can't just forget the insolence of some of the staff, but it very good to know that the top cares.

Unexpectedly needed new tires and Chris was able to get me scheduled in a really short amount of time. He provided excellent advice on tire options based on my needs and concerns. This team is wonderful and I highly recommend them!!
