The interior of my car was...very lived in. It had been on loan to several different households over the past 1.5 years all who had very active jobs that required heavy car usage. "I work in my car type jobs" When I got my car back the seats and floorboards were very soiled & there was a a funk. Detail Below Retail did a full interior detail + deep clean/shampoo. The car looks & smells amazing, the seats are so clean. It's as good or better than the day I took it off the car dealership lot. Also the turnaround time was great - dropped it off Saturday around 4 & had it back with a fully dry interior Monday around 7pm. I plan to use them in the future for a seasonal cleaning & highly recommend

We brought our jeep renegade here to be detailed before we traded it in for another vehicle. The owner was very responsive when we called him the night before to drop off our keys to him, as he does not have a key drop. He came to us to pick up the keys. He promised the jeep would look great for the trade and that it did! We were kind of on a time crunch for the pick up time so we could pick up our new vehicle at the dealership. He did a wonderful job on the detail, we are very satisfied with his work. We will definitely be back to have him detail our new vehicle in the future! Affordable prices too!

Wanted simple interior detailing done on my new (used) car. Messaged them via FB and went to the shop for a quote. Brought the car back a few days later to get the work done. Good attention to detail cleaning secret cargo cover etc. Easy to reach location on Ambaum.

Got a full interior and exterior detail. Dropped it off when they open at 930am, pickup between 830 and 930pm. They spent the full day working on my car. Dropped off 2 cars over 2 days and very satisfied. Small personal business, choice of scented or unscented detail in case you prefer one or the other. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!! I m in the process of trading in my car to get a new one, I also moved to Burien this year so I was trying to find someone closer. I am the third owner of my car which was owned by a girl in high school for YEARS, then after her a 17 year old boy. I don't think it has EVER had a good deep cleaning.Detail Below Retail took their time to make sure my car was SPOTLESS and got rid of every new stain, old stain, dirt from a house plant that fell over, coffee spill, you name it!It also smelled SO GOOD, and even weeks later it still has that 'better than new car' smell.You can tell that employees and owner are happy and all work really well together. They were polite, and PROMPT. I got a very reasonable price, I even left a big tip! I WILL return to Detail Below Retail.A happy customer, indeed!

TL;DR: Worth every penny, great to work with, excellent value compared to other options, feels good to support small business.***********I'll start by saying that I'm from Los Angeles, where corner full-service car washes are commonplace. I've been in the PNW for more than 7 years and I STILL miss my bi-weekly $40+tip hand wash and wax and it boggles my mind that no-one has attempted to re-create that up here, but we're here to sing the praises of Cory and his team, so let's do that:My brother gifted me "the works" for my birthday present this year. I drive a 2018 Forester XT, have 2 large dogs that are in the car frequently, and, unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of parking in a garage. I had 2 winters worth of dirty boots ground into the carpets, dust everywhere dust could go, a shameful amount of months worth of wet-dog noses on the windows, muddy paw marks on door jambs and headrests, moss and algae growing in the window, door, and hatch wells, and mineralized water spots that refused any amount of elbow grease I had ever leveraged against them. I don't neglect my car, mind you. I shop vac it, take it to Car Wash Palace in the winter and agonize over it every summer in the driveway, but you reach a certain point where the whole thing needs to be Mary Poppins'd and that's where I was.....until yesterday.Ya'll, I don't even think my car was this clean when I drove it off the lot 5 years ago brand new. It's impossible, but it has new car smell again. There is not a single grain of sand left anywhere in the black carpet, nor can you tell that a dog has ever been within 10ft of it, let alone inside. They buffed out scratches that I assumed were there forever. They pressure washed the hatch well that was solid green from algae growth. They polished every single trim piece so that it looks factory new.I won't go into the details but Cory had a bit of a scheduling snafu that impacted my service timing and resulted in me having to wait until 9pm to get my car, but guess what? He went the distance to get it done the day he promised and paid his crew overtime to make sure of it Not only that, he offered a free regular wash the next time I'm due to make up for the hassle.This guy does great work and even better business. You couldn't find a more deserving spot to spend your money. I will be back, and I'll be bringing friends.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Really unfortunate but we had booked an appointment to get the car cleaned up. I drove about 30 minutes to find them closed. Called the number and they were just closed and didn't even have the courtesy to give us a call (my girlfriend had spoken to them and confirmed all the details). Offered to make it up with a discount but when I called again to set up an appointment, they are fully booked till a week after (which won't work for us).

Wow. Cody did a *phenomenal* job. I ve bought my car 7yrs ago and never had it detailed. A quart of oil spilled in the trunk with my spare and that s when I knew it was time to get a professional. It honestly looks like a new car straight off the lot - so much better than I could have imagined given the shape it was in. Believe all these 5 star reviews. Good price great service. Cody is an absolute gem! I don't think my car was even this shiny and clean (inside and out) when I purchased it from the dealership. I recently had a family member accidentally scrape the side of my car while backing out of my long driveway and Cody managed to buff out all of the scratches, it looks good as new like the incident never happened. I couldn't be happier with the experience from first meeting to finished product. Thanks so much Cody, I feel like my car is brand new again!

Had an amazing experience with Detail Below Retail from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and I was in just a few days after reaching out. Cody is enthusiastic and accommodating. We took three cars in one after another, he made room for them in his schedule and was able to roll with some oddities of our requests (one car needed to be paid by phone by someone else). When I was in Miami my 2006 BMW X3 got detailed often to keep her beautiful but since I moved back to the Vancouver, WA area she has been sadly neglected since there are just no detailers around. I came up to Burien to visit a friend who had her car detailed recently by Detail Below Retail and she could not stop raving about it. I had her make me an appt and I am so glad she did. Cody the owner first off is a wonderful guy. He is personable and professional and leaves you feeling like he is going to take care of your vehicle. When I picked up my car, she looked practically brand new. The exterior was like a shiny new BMW. The interior was beyond restored. The seats look beautiful and the carpet back to its light gray, not a crumb or dust anywhere!!I will drive the 2 1/2 hours to Burien to bring my car back to Cody and his great crew to have her detailed, they are just that good!!Thank you Detail Below Retail for bringing Lucy back to life, she looks outstanding!Teresa Thomas

Just had my 2010 car detailed and could not be more pleased. It looks like new! Windshield is so clear I was home before I realized I had not put on my driving glasses. Every nook and cranny is pristine. And this is not the first time I have had the car detailed just the best results ever.

Cody was amazing! He was able to have me come in right away. I unfortunately spilled BBQ undeneath my passenger seat after deciding ribs were a good idea for a pot luck. He saved my car and I can't thank him enough.

Someone puked in my car - it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was my car taken care of the same day I called but after I noticed a slight lingering smell the owner cleaned it again for free and refused a tip.
