Thank you to the crew that took care of my 2004 RX-8 (Black Sunshine). As soon as I told Brian the name of my car, he referred her the whole time with my interactions dealing Mazda service team-with dropping her off and picking her up to address her to her glorious name! I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness to remember she is my baby and the nothing will happen to her. A big shout out to the Mazda family! Rodents chewed up harness in our Madza Miata. West Hills madza mechanic and Brian Hull were a tremendous help working with our demanding insurance company. Honest, responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic buying experience! I worked with 5 team members in: sales, management and contract details/licensing and was thoroughly pleased with every step of the purchase experience because the team was so positive, helpful, personable, professional and READY to provide the best purchase. I was shocked at the no pressure conversation around simple options and purchase choices! A big WOW! I look forward to returning for a future purchase.They followed up with what they said they d too!

Good buying experience. My salesperson, Brice, was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Sales managers Derek and Kevin worked with me to make the buying process easy and followed up after the sale. Ryan in the Finance Dept helped expedite the paperwork process.

The entire West Hills Mazda team was very professional, kind, friendly, and down to earth. Shout out to Matt who made buying a used car a fun and stress-free experience. I had a challenging trade-in situation and they took care of everything no problems at all. The manager even gave me his contact information and told me to text him anytime if I ever have a problem. Very impressed!

This was our 1st visit to this dealership. The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Brian Hull. He was welcoming and put us right at ease. We were treated like family. They kept us informed of each step in our cars care. The videos of the car inspection were very helpful in explaining our cars maintenence needs. They were very up front with the service needs for the car as well as the prices for each. I loved that you could pick or refuse what you wanted done during that visit. We were shown the options of various payment plans. While we waited for our vehicle to be completed, we were given coupons for their shared Cafe with Ford for complementary hot or cold drinks or a variety of snacks. They also had hot sandwiches that you could purchase, which were very tasty. Mazda also had a lovely waiting area with hot coffee and snacks.This was indeed a great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Brian to help you take care of your car needs. We will definitely be returning.

Greeted right away. Which I loved. Got a tour of all the new models, talked about upgrading from my current Mauzy-never will happen, but overall the staff was fun, informative and patient! My service appointment was completed in a timely fashion. I received a text informing me of the whole vehicle evaluation and needed work after the initial work was done. Brian the service writer checked with the mechanic and arranged for the needed work to be completed immediately which save me from having to schedule another appointment. Kudos to West Hills Mazda

I took my Mazda in for regular service, and worked with Brian Hull (Service Advisor). Brian was extremely helpful, professional and clearly an expert in his field. He made the experience positive in every aspect, including taking the time to show me features in another vehicle that peaked my interest. West Hills Mazda is fortunate to have him as an employee!

We were "just looking". I'm sure a lot of people say that...and don't mean it. We really are the type of people to just look and not get sucked in! The last time we were 'just looking' was in 2020. We had such a bad experience with the people working at the dealership that not only did we not buy a vehicle�from them, but we no longer wanted to buy their brand of vehicle.�Fast forward to last week. I had decided I wanted to buy a used Mazda 7 or 9 and have been looking online at the various options. We decided to take a drive up to West Hills� Mazda�dealership and do a few test drives to see which we liked better. We were first met by Matt, who came up on us just as we were getting on to the lot. He was super friendly and very relaxed. He welcomed us to the dealership, he asked if he could answer any questions. We gave him the rundown�of what we were interested�in and he guided us to the vehicles�that were available. Then entered Shon, New Cars Manager. He is a boisterous, fun and energetic person who you immediately�like! Definitely�a 'people' person. Between the two of them we�felt more like we were with friends rather than at a dealership working out a transaction. We test drove a few options, Matt sharing his wealth of knowledge about the various features of each vehicle. We progressed along and decided to get the numbers run so we would know what our options were. Matt was very easy to talk with and we felt no pressure from him at all. Shon processed our information and ran multiple�scenarios with each of the two that we had narrowed our choices to. It was their no pressure attitude that sealed it for us and made us want to purchase the vehicle. Both were excited to do business with us and continued on with this new friendship! This is when we met Magdy. Another great guy!! In general you hear about the horror stories, getting roped in, getting 'tricked' into extended warranties,� not being able to escape these slick guys at the dealerships. This experience was so opposite!! Magdy was the finance guy who made all the paperwork magic happen. He was efficient, educated and a real pleasure to work with. Matt had the car taken care of so when we finished it was literally waiting for us with a red carpet! The extra attention to details, treating us like friends, and genuine good business�men have made this dealership our first choice. When we replace my husband's vehicle and buy one for my son I am positive I will be going to the West Hills Mazda dealership. I will be recommending them to friends and family!! I look forward to seeing each of them when I go back to them to get my new Mazda serviced!

We took our 2023 Mazda CX5 to West Hills Mazda for its first oil change and inspection. It was a great experience. Brian greeted us then walked us through the whole process of our vehicle inspection. He made sure to explain everything, gave us some coupons for some snacks. We received a text and a video of our car inspection while we waited. Our first oil change was fee of charge. Our positive experience pretty much guarantees we will be returning for all of our Mazda s maintenance care. Brian took care of us 100%! Thank you Brian!

I went to a different dealership and was told I had one option to get into a vehicle and it wasn t anything similar to what I had been wanting or looking at. Ended up leaving without a vehicle but left feeling hopeless. I ve put in so much work to repair my credit so I could get a vehicle of my own. And the one vehicle was my only option and almost felt compelled to get it.I started looking at West Hills Mazda online and completed the pre-qualifications for a zero down finance option. I ended up scheduling an appt with the online team who d give the sales team a heads up with my desired vehicle.When I arrived for my appt at West Hills Mazda, I was greeted by Tre. He was unaware I was coming in for an appt but quickly reassured me he d find me something I d be happy in.I was very skeptical but gave Tre my desired vehicles. Tre found a vesicle but it wasn t anything I wanted as a vehicle. So he said, Okay, I got you, don t worry. I ll find you something that will meet your expectations, please just give me a few more minutes. He came back with the exact same make/model I was looking at online, although it wasn t new, it was certified pre-owned with a 3 year manufacturers warranty left on it.I imagined the vehicle being bigger because of the pictures online and was hesitant to even test drive it. Tre was so patient and understanding with me. I decided to test drive it and actually fell in love with the vehicle. It drove so smooth and did not have a lag getting on the highway. By the time we got back to the dealership, I felt very comfortable and confident with buying the vehicle.Tre was an amazing sales person! He understood my concerns and desires for purchasing a vehicle and he made the experience so much better. I had a lot of anxiety looking at vehicles for weeks and not finding anything is be comfortable purchasing. Tre stayed until the transaction d, which was almost 4 hours past the time he was spouse to leave for the day. I can t say enough about Tre and how he made the experience, a happy experience.Tre, thank you so much for having patience with me and understanding I had anxiety buying a car. Thank you for caring about getting me into a vehicle that would be safe for my family and lay me a long time. Thank you, for caring and not just trying to make a sale. I hope when others are looking for a vehicle, they ll see this and request you as their sales person! Blessings to you and your family! I've been bringing my f250 to west hills ford and my Miata to west hills Mazda for several years now. They do good work, the people are nice, and the prices are decent. My only complaint is that they don't have loaner cars.

Man oh man this dealership is great! Jon Rohlman helped me pick out the most amazing 2024 CX-5 turbo. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions & showed me every cool feature the car had. Once I purchased the vehicle, he helped me set up my chosen accessories and has been so attentive, checking on me every few days post purchase. Thank you Jon!Magdy from the finance department is amazing as well. He was to the point, gave me his honest opinion on some of the add ons, and helped me choose a protection package that brings me such peace of mind.I truly cannot recommend this dealer enough. After car shopping for over a month & being frustrated with how other dealerships/sales staff using old school salesscripts, Wendel (sales) & Derek (finance) at West Hills Mazda made this purchase smooth & pleasant. They were professional & knowledgable making the sales process clear & efficient. Jake also made the signing painless & efficient. Highly recommend this Mazda dealership. Have entered a straight 10 on 2 other reviews of this visit but glad to repeat it again, cell phones being what they are. Brian was an excellent service advisor,paying close attention to my concerns, explaining fully before and after what was happening and what he recommended now and in the future. I will be bring the car back for his recommended work. I also agreed to him having his crew do an expanded list of other chores this time. Thanks so much to everyone who worked on my 3 .

2 1/2 hrs for a oil change is not acceptable. No fault of Cole,the guest service rep, since he is the only employee working. They also only have 1 tech!!West Hill auto needs to hire people and pay a reasonable rate to keep employees.If time is of essence I would not advise going here for what should be 30-40 minute oil change. Ridiculously long wait!!

Jake was amazing! Extremely helpful and friendly and was able to help me with some questions I had regarding a service plan that was purchase at a different Mazda location. Overall a 100/10 experience! My 24 CX5 and I will be going there from now on.
