HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!UPDATE BELOW (2/27/24) I have been involved in someway or another with West Hills Kia in Bremerton for about a year now since I bought my most recent car a Kia Sportage it needed some recall work done on it, And ever since then I have been inundated with emails and texts and occasional phone calls asking if I want to finance trade-in or upgrade my vehicle. After sitting on it for an about a year, I decided I did want to upgrade my vehicle after all and I went to them with high hopes. I could not be more disappointed, or horrified at what ensued! I came in as essentially a cash buyer, Looking to improve my credit and upgrade my vehicle and they proceeded to Hit my credit so many times it went down an enormous amount Put me in a vehicle. Let me leave town with it for several days that had not been approved for financed while they kept my vehicle that I had driven there and prepared it for auction, because a small dent in the hood made it not applicable as a trade in so essentially, I gave them my car, took a car from them with no paperwork, saying who s it was or where it was, they just gave me a BMW, essentially handed it to me, said leave. Also, I was pressured into the BMW. It was not the car I wanted. It was not what I asked for. I felt pressured I was there alone as my dad who used to make these trips with me, had very recently passed, which they knew of and I believe took advantage of. First I put down 10 K as a down payment on a $16,000 car, and then they came back and said I needed you to put down another 3000 to be approved for finance after they had let me leave with the car and then called me back stating as my credit wouldn t allow very many banks with a low APR to comfortably finance and to come back with it. Was I driving a stolen car at this point? Was it my car was it their card? Possession is 9/10 of the law who s car was it so this was all very confusing I m being asked to put down several thousand more after I had put down over half of the existing cost of the car Was now being told to bring it back. It was all very confusing. I did bring the car back as it wasn t the one I had wanted in the first place and brought a checkbook as requested then things go bad to worse I was given the runaround I was told to speak with John. I was told to speak with Jason. I was told to speak with Martine and then there was somebody named Derek. I still have the key to the BMW. They have the parts to my car that are missing that somehow were removed during the auction process, my key fob was given back to me broken, and I believe switched out my brand new tires I will be checking on that today and updating as I find out what happened. This place has great reviews but their customer service when things don t go according to plan is terrible horrible awful I would never go to this place and I would never suggest this place there is more that I could go on and on and on about I was given cell phone numbers and after worrying about the how and why how they wanted $13,000 down payment for a $16,000 car which Martine told me at one point that I would need to put down 18k for! WHAT?!? And also before they let me leave with the BMW, they signed me up for so many bells and whistles, and hoohaws, gigaws and doodads that the car payment I was originally quoted was $510 became 300+ more! That s right almost $1000 a month car payment because of their generous warranty Which they acted like, was included in buying the car. It was never mentioned if that it was IN ADDITION TO. On the sales floor, when asked about about certain vehicles, expectations, performance, andurability. I was told it s a pretty color Or look at that interior and look at this camera . If you value your money, I would go somewhere else that s a little bit less corporateUPDATE: 3/6/24 steps have not been taken to repair this situation that were promised.3/12/24 still no update or response.(Jason is a very decent guy, that s all)

I bought a car last week and it was my first time buying from a dealership, Landon from West Hills Kia was great! He answered all my questions, explained things well and was honest. The staff there in general were kind and Cody in finance rocks! Made my first time experience easy!

Russell Maddy was the best!! The dealership and everyone there was superior to other dealerships I ve been to in the past. Cody the finance guy was also great to work with. You will have a genuine, authentic experience at this lot. You won t have to worry about the car salesman stigma here. No attitudes or egos here and they will get you out the door in a timely manner. Do your ppwk online before you arrive and things will go smoothly. #familyfriendly

We were meet in the service parking area by our service Rep and given coupons for coffee while we waited for a oil change and 15,000 miles check. Everything was done on time. We will use West Hills Kia from now on.

I had a bit of a rocky start with a car purchase at West Hills Kia during COVID, but they have made a complete turnaround and I bought a new Kia Soul about a week ago.I absolutely could not have been happier with the entire experience. The salesman, Colton, was friendly, knowledgeable, and careful to get me the exact car I wanted, down to finding the color interior and exterior I sought. I never felt any pressure from him to buy a car that I didn't want.I also had a very good experience with the General Manager, Ken. Cody in Financing was helpful and made sure to guide me to options and a payment I could work with.I do not hesitate to recommend West Hills Kia to anyone seeking a hassle-free buying experience.

They are very sneaky and shady about your loan; they change things several times during the quoting process and chalk it up to a mix up or mistake . Change your Apr and while you sign the initial paper saying one Apr, your final paperwork has a higher one (shame on me for not noticing; but I didn t expect them to change it from 8.4 to 9.19 after I signed the 8.4 agreement). They didn t provide me with a spare key but expected me to give me the one from the car I traded in. Didn t end up putting any money towards it until we complained because I got locked out of my car the following day.Didn t fill my tank, wash my car or clean the inside when I bought it, which is super weird. Never have had a dealership not do that.Then my plates arrived there 3 weeks ago. They told me they could mail them to me and confirmed my address. It s now been 3 weeks and my plates are expiring in two days and they haven t arrived yet. I ve reached out 5 different times asking for an update and they re ignoring me.Funny how they respond right away when you re inquiring about a car but they don t follow up with you or respond to you once you ve purchased one from them.I am not impressed and wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.*updating my review; my husband called them to see where my plates are and the lady who emailed me claims I never emailed her back. They also claimed they didn t have my correct email. Which is interesting because they emailed me 3 weeks ago. I responded to them within a few hours confirmed to mail them and my address (which they HAVE seeing as I purchased a car from them a month ago). I have since sent 5 emails to follow up. All went through. The guy who sold me the car also never marked my plates as needing to be mailed out.This place is shady, sneaky and have poor customer service.**Edit #2: they reached out after this review and couldn t figure out what happened until today. Apparently when we did the service contract add on during financing this is what increased the APR. unfortunately the finance person did NOT disclose that to me. So once again, very shady. This is poor business and awful customer service.

I have to say that I am so impressed with KIA, specifically Mike Lash in Finance and Jason in service, along with their parts department. Today they absolutely helped me with an issue with my car which is normal, what s so impressive their friendliness, level of professionalism, and willingness to help. I m so thankful for them and their service!

Good inventory on hand, with an agreeable sales approach and an efficient sales process.Knowledgeable team, with Blake as the vehicle expert and Michael in Finance.Though purchasing a car is always a bigger time commitment than what may be entirely desirable, felt my time was valued by the team and never wasted.Overall, would both recommend and purchase again from West Hills Kia!

Just got a new car two days ago and the experience was AMAZING! Landon was my salesman, he was more than helpful and made the experience very fun!I want to commemorate Kia for how FAST they work! The first thing I think of when wanting to visit a car lot is how tedious the experience can be. But they took up no time at all!Landon was very thorough with walking me through the features, price and potential payment plans for my vehicle and did an amazing job breaking everything down when I didn t understand.If you re not seriously interested in buying a vehicle, I wouldn t go to Kia. I honestly came into Kia to LOOK, I had no intention of buying. However, the amazing customer service and fun atmosphere changed my mind very quick! I felt no pressure to buy a vehicle, I WANTED to buy it! I also love how they aren t over the top with trying to force sales, if you re not interested, they get it! No added pressure to buy additional items.One of the best parts of their service is the delivery of your vehicle! They clean it bumper to bumper and ensure the vehicle is in mint condition. My vehicle was so spotless, it sparkled in the night! AND they put a full tank of gas:)The vehicle I purchased was very high tech, but as I stated before, Landon explained all the features perfectly! I have no problem understanding my vehicle now. When I left the lot I felt like a pilot And lastly the walkthrough inside the store was incredible! I was introduced to ALL departments and shown the service department in case I ever needed to schedule a service for my vehicle. Landon also explained how often I would need to service my vehicle and let me know I had a service pre scheduled! Landon sent a follow up message a day later to ensure I loved my vehicle and asked if I had any questions, I ve never had a sales person do that so I thought that was amazing customer service. All my questions were answered straight forward, no last minute changes to the vehicles price, no additional, hidden charges and no issues which my vehicle!This was a 10/10 experience and I absolutely recommend Kia to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle, or to look around.

I have quite the storied history with the Haselwood family of dealership service departments. To start with the GMC dealership took 30 days to complete a recall repair on my GMC Canyon with the best part of it being that the timing was completely off when I went to pick up my truck after being without it for it for 30 days. At least with the follow-on repair they gave me a rental so that I didn t have to spend more time trying to arrange rides to and from work.My second and third time was with the Honda dealership and for another recall on my Honda Fit for the airbags. The first repair was done correctly and timely. However, with the second repair, it was conducted timely, but they failed to reassemble my car correctly. The media box would not open due to an improperly installed trim piece from the dash. I noticed this as soon as I sat down in the driver s seat so I m shocked that the person fixing the air bag looked at it and thought it was good enough. It is a minor issue and was quickly corrected, but the devil is in the details. If they do not have the time or care to make sure this detail is correct, what about when the repair is on a more critical item? If they don t care to correctly install the trim, did they correctly install the air bag?The latest chapter is that the Kia dealership will only program key fobs that are bought from their part department. Now I understand not wanting to use part from the customer that might cause an issue with a repair but not programming a key fob? Other dealerships in the area did not have this policy when I called to check, and corporate Kia did not have this as a policy when I called them. I guess the Kia dealership here wants to make sure they get you for every dollar they can since their price is twice what a third party sells the key fob for.The only star of this was the sales team that made buying the car low stress and straight forward.Overall, my confidence in the ability of any of these repair departments to correctly repair issues with my vehicles is non-existence and I would not trust them to provide a fair price for repairs.The latest chapter with this dealership is that we have taken our EV6 here 3 times to have the heat fixed. They have not resolved the issue yet and when I picked it up today they told me they couldn't find anything wrong despite me having no heat on the drive in to drop it off.After forcing them to raise the issue to a manager, I was able to get them to offer a loaner as they would need the car for while to troubleshoot with Kia.

I recently purchased a vehicle at West Hills KIA. The whole process went very smoothly and seemed much less time consuming than past experiences with other dealerships. The team of Haley in Sales and Michael in Finance works well and they both seem very streamline and efficient. I would like to thank Haley for being so accommodating, thorough, and a joy to car shop with. Also, loving my cute new KIA Soul.

Very kind and friendly. Answered all of my questions. No pressure from them about buying a car, making sure that I got the car I wanted.Stephanie helped me look for cars at other dealers when they didn't have the car I was looking for at their dealership. Blake helped go over the car with me to make sure I liked it after they went through the effort of getting the car to the dealership that I picked out from another dealer location. Micheal was very helpful with going over payments of the vehicle.

BUYER BEWAREWe went to buy a car for one of our 16 year olds for her 16th birthday. We ended up buying a 2019 kia Niro, after driving it 30 miles the engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership, the service dept looked at it and said it needs a new Cadilac converter. West hills kia didn't want to fix the car so they wanted to put us in a different car. We spent all day Saturday and majority of Easter Sunday looking at cars that weren't even close to what we bought for the year of the car and the features. The management team sent us on WILD GOOSE EGG HUNT for cars that weren't where they were even supposed to be. And then were told we had to make a decision off a picture and no test drive because the car was in the detail shop. West Hills kia finally refunded us our money because "they didn't have anything in their lot that we liked". Then the next day posted the same car for sale for the same price that we bought it for, after saying to us they were sending it to auction. Where is the integrity in that? We will never buy a car from here again. The salespeople were great and not pushy but the rest was horrible. Management kept saying they were going to make this right and they were so sorry this has happened to us, but never made it right. Was told that the General manager was going to call us and touch base with us never a word he had his other managers deal with us.

The employees were welcoming and helped us buy a new car with minimal issues! Jewels was super genuine and kind throughout the entire process. She helped us save nearly 3k with military discounts and other negotiations, despite them obviously having a set price in mind, as they're a car dealership! The financial staff members were just as helpful, guiding us through the process the entire way and answering any and all questions we had! They have tons of protections for your vehicles and tons of different cars to select from. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. If you go here, ask for Jewels and everything will be okay!

Yesterday was our second purchase at West Hills Kia. Blake Eickmeyer was our salesman once again! He goes the extra mile for his customers even if he's drying off your purchase in 18 degree weather with a wind chill of 10! I went in for my scheduled oil change with Jason in service who is awesome as well and ended up buying a 2024 Kia Sorento Hybrid!!If you're looking for a new ride go to West Hills Kia!

I was not looking to buy a car, I drove by and saw something cool that made me stop to look, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, we had a very pleasant conversation/experience and out of that we figured out what would be the right car for me and boom! They had one (huge inventory) once the vehicle was out of the shop and ready to test drive we confirmed by driving the car that it was the right one, and we proceeded to work out a deal that was beneficial for me and the dealership, what a great place to buy a car! The guys at Kia are awesome, but if you would like to deal with a kind and professional person that will pay attention and listen to what you want and need, ask for Blake!Thank you guys.
