Everyone is outstanding at Honda. I ve been coming here for a couple years.Kudos especially to Gennifer who is one of the writers. They are the first ones you see when you come into the service department. She greeted me with a wonderful smile and kept me fully updated on the work that was being done.I have a Subaru Outback, but come here for servicing.I think that says it all.Thank you for everything Gennifer.Also to Anthony who worked on my car. A lot of times the ones who actually work on your car are overlooked. So kudos to all who work on our cars to get them running safely and done in a reasonable time. That is why I keep coming here.Plus you have popcorn!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

i went in for an airbag recall on my 05 element. got wiper linkage parts too. staff was great. but Robbie in parts was exceptional. talked, got my parts, and much more conversation. i was amazed. service doesnt get better. before we both left our sale rep Ryan on our recent purchase was friendly as before. my girlfirend buying a honda here feels great, understanding the continued support is a great feeling. we've never been wowed buying, or owning a vehicle til now.honda experience is the correct term.this staff is a joy. jesse and kendra.even considering another purchase after meeting Dallas, another sales rep today!

Part got fixed but they did not tighten all the bolts when they put it back together and it made a concerning rattle. My husband looked under the car and found it was loose . Also they did not call or text to let me know when they were done so I sat in the dealership for who knows how much longer than nessacary. Other than that they were polite. And my brake is fixed

Had a great experience at the service department. Gilbert was very friendly and eager to help me get my car serviced with it's regular maintenance and checkup. He gave me clear explanations of the recommended services which hedid not pressure me to get done there right away, but .made sure I knew which things were urgent/important .

My experience at West Hills Honda has always been and continues to be outstanding. They are unparalleled in their customer service. My car was experiencing an issue which I thought was related to the key fob battery. I went in to have the key fob battery replaced. Once that was done and I was still at the dealership I tried the fob with the new battery and my car would not start. The service crew did a diagnostic test and discovered it was the starter. I was informed at every step in the process and a new starter was procured and installed. It did take some time to get it resolved but I was kept updated every step of the way. I couldn t be happier with their customer service and highly recommend them. Robbie was extremely helpful with the key fob issue and Sonia went out of her way to make sure I was continually updated. I will continue to have my car serviced at West Hills Honda. The customer service can t be beat.

This is weird to say but I don't think I've ever bragged to anyone about an oil change. It was quick and painless and the service guys Ryan and Brandon were very nice. I got a text message if I wanted extra services or not for my dirty filters- they sent me pics and a video of where they inspected but I didn't feel pressured with how it was presented. Very happy Honda customer!

1st time experience with Honda for an oil change. Ryan was my service contact and it was an extremely good experience. I was shown around the waiting area and it was quiet enough to enjoy reading. He was courteous and professional. He went the extra step on a couple items. As a result, I have scheduled to get some body work done at a fair price (I had gotten quotes from 2 other companies previously). Even though my car is not a Honda, I was able to take advantage of a great deal they have on multiple oil changes at a fantastic price so I look forward to using them in the future.

The folks at West Hills are courteous, professional and work fast. We needed a lot of work done and they provided a detailed and honest explanation of the reasons why. The price was reasonable too. Shout out to Brandon who walked me through everything and sought to make sure I was kept well informed and helped me get food. Thank you!!!

The new girl up front was very friendly and while being nervous was able to break down every step of the job. I like how open she was about being new and how quickly she was able to get answers for me. The job itself was done wonderfully my car drives fluidly with no issues and over all it was a great experience

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, start to finish, when working with Brandon at West Hills Honda to resolve an intermittent error message coming up on our Honda Pilot. He was professional, friendly, and diligent in helping me get to the bottom of the issue, resolving it, making sure I had all the resources I needed like a rental car, and went out of his way to make sure what should be covered by warranty, was. Thank you to Ryan, GM, as well for your kindness, concern, and professional customer service. Great job!!! We will be back for sure.

Nina from the service department was a pleasure to work with. She kept me well informed about the status of my vehicle. She provided recommendations on things that needed repair and updated me on the status of a part delivery. Unfortunately a part for my car hasn't arrived yet due to inclement weather. Through all this, Nina communicated well with me. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family

Brandon was extremely professional and focused on my complete satisfaction. We had the vehicle in for its first oil change and service as well as to respond to a factory recall. Paul was wonderful to work with! Super friendly and informative. Came in for an installation of a trim piece under warranty; they had no issue with ordering the part. Installation process was super fast, was in and out in less than an hour. I can always count on West Hills Honda.

I have always been treated like a VIP when taking my car in for service. Today my service advisor was the very helpful Ivan Serrano. We planned out today s service and my next service . It s nice having a plan when dealing with expenses. He explained all items on the forms.

They serviced an oil change and recall for my screen. Multiple people greeted me/let me know there's water and what not. They got done faster than the quoted time. Ryan and Ivan are notable mentions. Very hospitable. And the red bull spritzer was tasty.

The service was good, but having to come in twice was a pain.I was also told that everyday was senior discount day, but was only given it for the less expensive day of the two days.I wish I had been listened to when I made the appointment as I knew what was wrong, so I could skip the minimum $200.00 diagnostic fee, but that's life I guess.I was kept well informed about the progress of the servicing and the service person, Paul, was very nice.I would like it better if the receipt had a paid block rather than just an amount due block. It looks like the bill hasn't been paid.Overall, West Hills Honda is great, if a bit pricey.

Great experience! Ivan at Honda truly takes pride in his work and care for his customers. A few years ago we had written off West Hill Autoplex due to bad experiences at 2 different dealership. But, the professionals at Honda have brought us back. Thanks for your commitment to your customers.

Brandon provided PROMPT, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE service! He goes the extra mile to answer questions, is pleasant & very professional. Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, was very surprised to get a same day appointment on a Saturday! Check in was a breeze, only waited a half hour and was on the road. These folks are friendly, helpful and fast. So much better than other West Hills dealer service departments.

I have been taking my vehicle to West Hills Honda for all my service appointments for a long while. And each time I had a positive and satisfactory experience. However, on my last and recent visit my experience was met with an unexpected and negative situation. I had a 3:30pm service appointment and I arrived to the dealership at 3:26pm. I was checked in routinely and was told my vehicle would be ready by 5pm. As I waited in the lobby area, the time went past 5pm which I never received any follow up status on my vehicle during my appointment, however, I continued to wait. So after some time passed by which was now around 7pm, I decided to get up to see what was going on with my vehicle. And much to my unexpected surprise the service department had closed for the day by the time I went to look to check on my vehicle. By which time I was angrily frustrated at the fact that how was it possible to forget that myself as a customer was waiting to be followed up with which had never happened during my appointment. Shortly, after discovering that, the service department had already closed for the day I went and spoke with the other West Hills Honda employees informing them of my situation. Thankfully, the staff member I spoke with were very helpful in assisting me to retrieve my vehicle key fob from the service department. After a lengthy discussion with the staff member about what had transpired they sincerely apologized for the matter and made arrangements to make it up to me in future service appointments. My information was then given to the service manager which I was contacted by them same day. Which during our conversation, he apologized on behalf of his employee and ensured solutions going forward to prevent what happened to me from happening again. Regardless, of the fact, I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism of not being followed up with as a customer and to be forgotten about. But going off of my previous positive experiences from past appointments, I know the quality of work is always good to go when I bring my vehicle in to West Hills Honda for maintenance. Which is for that reason I will continue to provide my business to them under the expectation that what happened to me will never happen again.

Went for an oil change. Ivan was my team leader and a joy to work with. He was the friendliest, funnest person I ve dealt with in that scenario. The tech suggested some extra things that needed done, but no pressure, which was very nice!! The time I was quoted it would take was the time it took. Would return.

We're loyal West Hills Honda customers. Trust them to give us honest and quality service. Was a little disappointed how long I was there. 1 1/2 hours longer than estimated.
