I took my new EKKO RV to Peninsula to see if they they could fit better shocks than the standard ones on the Mercedes chassis. They were very knowledgeable about the options, ordered the shocks and installed them quickly. The bill was lower than the estimate! Tim and Will were friendly and helpful. Great organization. I will use the again.

Major maintenance completed on time. I do a lot of my own maintenance and would say I m mechanically inclined , but I m no mechanic. These guys know their s..t! Justin is totally detail oriented and willing to explain and discuss anything related to the work. The same for Tim, who also kept me informed as the work and issues discovered along the way progressed. Only high quality components used, so it s not cheap. If you have a heavy vehicle, (22k# RV here) I d totally recommend this shop.

We brought our van (Ford Transit T350, ecoboost, high roof, extra long) to peninsula fleet and RV for its 100,000 miles service. Tim has done an excellent job of communicating with us exactly what it needed, the timeframe to expect, and the cost involved in each individual service. As things changed, he kept us up-to-date as well, and was sure to notify us immediately as the vehicle was ready to return home.I have worked with many different dealerships, and Mechanic shops over the years, and Tim has done the best job in communication. I have seen in a very long time. I m looking forward to using the shop for our van for many more years to come.

Took a new to me motorhome in for front end alignment and a general inspection. THEY ARE AWESOME. the work was done on time. Met me out front. They are my go to mechanic for the motorhome.

The Peninsula Fleet & RV, as well as All About Transitions Service Centers (right next to each other) are Class Acts. They are professional with exceptional customer service; and their prices are reasonable. (And, they even offer Military Discounts for some of their services.I have taken my RV s, trucks and cars to these businesses since 2014; and I strongly recommend them.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

The communication about the multi-point inspection of our class C motorhome was great. We received 81 photos of our RV showing us the condition of hoses lines Etc. This was great. Tim kept us updated on what was happening, needed repairs and estimates. Everyone was extremely competent and kind. We so appreciate them. Thank you.

One of my drivers broke down and called me for assistance. I looked online and saw that Peninsula Fleet was barely 100 yards away. I had my guy limp his box truck there and they took care of him and got him back on the road within an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better situation at that time and was extremely grateful that they handled things as quickly as they did. Great service all around from the initial call to sending him on his way.

This is the shop to bring your RV to if you have issues. I had taken my RV to another local shop and after $400.00 of diagnosis they weren t able to figure it it. Peninsula Fleet and RV figured out the issue immediately and fixed it right. It runs like new now. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I've spoken with them over the phone twice, each time their quote for service was astronomically over-priced. The last time quoted $900 for a valve adjustment and they are booked three weeks in advance.... took my truck to a shop in Seattle same Job for $550.Thanks for the Apology...maybe think about not overcharging your customers so drastically. Overhead valve adjustment is not a 5 hour job.

Update:Since my last review, I reached out to Peninsula. Garret, one of the owners has taken up our cause and our RV is in the shop people as we speak. Kudos to you Peninsula. Thank you for your prompt response. I am raising my review to 4 stars for customer service response. I'm still a little perturbed that the brakes were not fixed properly from the get go. Still love ya'll though. Thank you again.____________________________________________--We have been Peninsula customers for a few years and had no problems until last year. What a let down!!! We had them do a tune up and add an all new brake system installed Sept 2020 for $4593.45. Had to take RV back 3 times for the new brakes which sound like they are going to fall off the vehicle especially when going around corners or having to brake in traffic. Peninsula refused to fix the problem citing that the could not find anything wrong. Either the work was not done or the mechanic is deaf. Now we cannot use or even sell the RV because the brakes were not fixed as paid for. Plus there was a thumping sound when we drove the RV. Turned out the dust caps were not reinstalled properly. Owner claimed that there is nothing they can do about the problem and felt that the RV was safe to drive. REALLY!!!! Now we are stuck with a beautiful rig that we cannot use or sell. Will be calling again this week because we tried to sell this weekend and no takers because of brakes sound very scary bad and a danger to drive. Man up Peninsula and fix the brakes that cost us a lot of money to buy from you.

Lifesavers, that's all we can say. Tim, Vinney, Bob and the rest of the crew did a great job of getting or motorhome problem diagnosed and back on the road as fast as they could after a fluid leak occurred suddenly while travelling. Tim kept us up to date on the progress of repairs as it is our full time home. They fixed the problem and had us on the road within 24 hours. Thanks guys. I'll be coming back here for my service in the future. Great place for great service and fair pricing.

Took the RV in for a A/C leak. They tested the system said there was no leak, recharged the system and away we went. Owner was super nice when we could not make it back by closing, they let us pay over the phone and we picked it up after hours.

Estimate for doing extensive engine tuneup (50,000 mile) on my 2008 E450 B-touring Cruiser (Gulf Stream) was over $1,000.00 higher than Imperial RV repair, and they took way too long to get back to me with estimate (over ten days). I strongly recommend Imperial RV.
