Darrin, Jennifer and Justin(?) were amazing. We found the vehicle in the online inventory and they had the car waiting for us when we arrived. No haggling, no up sales, just straight to the credit report and then financing. One of the quickest and hassle free car purchases we ve ever experienced. This is the 3rd vehicle from Heartland for us. And we will definitely be back to see Judith.

Barrie took care of us and made the deal so stress free and easy. He has his team working together so well. As a group they communicate excellent they are very professional they think ahead. it truly was a pleasure to work with them. when you get such great service it makes a impression in a world where great service is no longer the standard. Great and easy experience. CJ was awesome, answered questions honestly, and easy to get along with. The car I bought was excellently detailed and I will definitely return for future general maintenance and buying another car eventually.

I felt cared for and well tended in this largest ever purchase made on my own. Jeffrey spent time with me answering questions, listening to and alleviating my anxieties with patience, exploring the options I was considering, even helping me by driving other car home on a dark rainy night with bad traffic so I could drive my car off the lot (adding an extra hour to his day after the dealership had closed!). And he was incredibly pleasant company. It takes a while to buy a car, and he found common ground for connection and humor. Others in the office such as the lovely woman at the front desk (whose name I can t remember) and Austin from financing were supportive and helpful and pleasant to deal with . I m so happy with my new beautiful car, which is perfect for me!!! I feel I have great support with the purchase too. I can reach any of them with questions should something come up.

Darren was awesome, came in told him what we wanted and left that night with our cars! Had a snag with the Mazda but Toyota was awesome and gave us a rental until the Mazda was ready to go! All around great service from everyone at Toyota and Darren for listening to our needs and finding us 1 try wins each!

Can't say enough good things about Heartland Toyota! Easy to find right off the highway. My Wife and I get our Scion serviced at Heartland. We pulled right up under a huge covered bay and walked right in and we were immediately seen by an associate. Service took about an hour and we waited in a beautiful upscale waiting area with it's own cafe with free wifi provided. We would especially like to thank Jennifer for being so patient with our Mother in law, Seashelle Ryan over the phone. We know dealing with someone suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia can't be easy, but you handled it like a pro.

We honestly were not looking forward to buying a new car, but glad we went through Heartland Toyota! Our salesman, Parker Boon, was AMAZING. He was patient, so kind, and easy to work with. He made sure we got the car that WE wanted, and helped us get to the price we needed. When going through the paperwork he was personable, honest, stayed late, and even went to his own personal car to get me a phone charger since my phone was dying. He truly got to know US and we felt really valued and respected by him. We would 100% go back to purchase another vehicle from him. Nolan, manager at Heartland Toyota, was also great! He looked into multiple rates and was able to help waive fees to get us to the monthly payment we were looking for. Lastly, Austin in the finance department was very knowledgeable and was able to get our rate down further towards our desired amount, even after we had signed to a previous rate. Even though car shopping was something we were dreading, Heartland Toyota made it really easy and supported all of our needs. Thank you!

The sales people and management here are great! Parker in sales, and Cody in management. They worked with me so I could get what I wanted. The communication is on point and cordial. Easy to reach if needed. When I returned a few weeks later to ask a question, they remembered me and the car I purchased. Everyone was so nice. And of course, a complimentary coffee while I waited. Bought my Toyota 4Runner there in 2000 (and still have it)This time I left with a Porsche. Will return there for my next car too. Their service is wonderful too. Thank you for being a trusted business.

Excellent customer service. Great price, they got us to the payment we were comfortable with. Jenn and Barry from Toyota and Malachi from Honda. helped us they were very polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend shopping here for a new vehicle. And will likely be back in the future for a new vehicle.Thank you guys.

I bought my first brand new car from Heartland last week! My dad and I had the best experience with Rabar, Austin, and the team. They made us feel welcome, listened to and taken care of from beginning to driving off at the end. Absolutely no pressure/ upselling from Heartland s team, which I ve experienced from other WA dealerships they only want to provide what you need.I love my new Prius and am so appreciative of their help in making it such a memorable experience. I highly recommend going through Heartland and will be back

I purchased a new 4Runner from Heartland Toyota after my Highlander was totaled by a careless driver. Overall the experience was positive and the salesman Michael was pleasant to work with. The only reason I don t give the dealership 5 stars is because Michael told me they were including VIP service (3 additional oil changes and tire rotation), but the finance guy refused to include the tire rotations. That left a sour end to my experience. Why wouldn t tire rotation be included with the oil changes?

From start to finish my experience at Bremerton Heartland Toyota was wonderful. My salesman Parker was fantastic! He is a genuinely thoughtful and enjoyable young man. His knowledge of the inventory and the process was very helpful. Communication was also great. While waiting for the car I was considering to arrive, Parker kept me will informed without prompting. Micheal Stradley helped my husband and myself get into our dream car! We needed an upgrade and he found us our KIA sorento hybrid! Even tho I think he mainly works at Toyota he made sure we found the right car for us and didn t pressure us into anything we didn t need or want. I would HIGHLY suggest that anyone who needs an upgrade or something new ask for him, Micheal Stradley! You will not regret it !

Chet was friendly and personable. He addressed all my questions, and got me out of there in the time he stated. Most of the 5 pounds of dog hair and dirt were vacuumed out of my car! I also really enjoyed the free drink from the coffee bar, a perfectly done dirty Chai.

Jeffery from sales was amazing when it came time for a new car, he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Even when he was running back and forth for our papers and stuff he still made sure to come and sit back down for a second and talk with us! We left with a 2020 Tucson and we re very happy about it, will definitely go back to him if we ever need another car!

Back in April I had the pleasure of purchasing a Tundra through Chris Christopherson. I feel Chris went above and beyond to make sure the purchase went smoothly. He also took the time to go over all the vehicle s features and answered all my questions.The other day I had my Tundra in for its first service. Jenn Beguin in the service department did a great job. Not only did she address all my needs, the vehicle was completed by the estimated time. I appreciated the attention to detail by the service department.

Parker at Heartland Toyota was super helpful when helping us look for a truck. We told him what we wanted and he was able to show us the trucks that they had that matched exactly what we were looking for. When we were deciding between 2 different Toyota Tacomas, Parker explained that one of them (the newer one) was a certified used car and that means it came with a 7 year warranty and oil changes for 5 years! That sealed the deal for us and we walked out of Heartland Toyota happy new owners of a 2021 Tacoma. Thanks Parker for laughing at our lame jokes , taking the time to listen to us and, helping us through the whole process.

Heartland Toyota is an amazing group. Rabar and Steven immediately assisted with my questions, returned calls and texts quickly, and never once pressured me into a vehicle. They listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle. When I made the decision on the vehicle I wanted, they were quick to work with lenders and Austin was awesome in finance to efficiently and effectively get paperwork done. It is by far the fastest and best purchase experience I ve ever had.

update: new manager is working with me. originalScammed by Christopher Strobel. Was told i needed extra things to get financed. When i called to have them removed a week later i was told it was to late (it wasn't the guy just wanted his commission). The dealership also said they didn't have records of who sold me the car. Yep no records of giving someone a commission or sales contracts. Been trying for 2 years to have the protective coating i never got, refunded.

Service Advisor Austin Newell was professional and personable from the get-go, acknowledged my need to have my car serviced by a specific time and made it happen. I was informed about the service cost in advance, and when service was completed, was advised about services I will need in the future. Perfection!

My car would not start with no indication as to the problem. It was towed to Heartland Toyota. Olivia Moore was in contact with me throughout the process of determining the cause and how to proceed. Kyler was an excellent salesperson. He made sure to keep us updated on the status and arrival of our new Toyota to the dealership. We were just looking but quickly decided to purchase a 2023 Toyota Venza! Our salesman Kyler was excellent! We knew nothing about hybrids but he sure did. Rabar was amazing. He took his time and listened to what we were looking for and didn't push anything on us. Spent time searching for exactly what we wanted.
